The woman who performed my eyebrow threading experience (the older of the 2 woman working at the time) did not listen to what I wanted for my eyebrows and thinned them out too much and shortened them.I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I have had an unlimited eyebrow membership for multiple years and when I informed her that I did not want to renew it just yet, she was extremely pushy and would not take no for an answer. She kept pushing different deals and kept asking me, “why? why won’t you sign up today?” I informed her that it was not within my monthly budget and she kept insisting. I have never been treated with so little respect in my life.After she ruined my eyebrows and disrespected me, she demanded a tip. I will never return to this company. I would rather pay twice as much to get my eyebrows threaded somewhere that listens to my shaping criteria and treats me with respect. I have an extremely important event to attend this week and now I’m left trying to figure out how to pencil in my eyebrows because your technician absolutely ruined them. I look ridiculous because of what she did.Additionally, the phone number listed on the company website is out of service. It seems that the entire company is unprofessional and should be closed down.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I had thick eyebrows with a good shape and I just wanted them to clean my brows up. I specifically told the lady to keep the thickness and shape and when they were finished I had a thin line for an eyebrow. They are probably half the size they used to be if not less, I am mortified. This place should definitely be shut down.

At Beachwood Mall, I didnt get the womans name but she was pleasant and did a lovely and painless job on threading my eyebrows.i will never go to anyone else! Very talented & clean. I highly recommend going to her for your eyebrows.

I wish Tam was still there. She was so sweet and caring and would always do an amazing job. I can never seem to find her when I go. She is the only reason I bought the packages. The younger person they brought in is super unprofessional. She was on her phone the entire time she was doing my brows and never asked what I wanted. She also made me wait an absurd amount of time while she was on break.

Was a little bit of a wait but really good job. Ill definitely be back.

Still in shock by this experience. The woman literally cut my brows in half and left absolutely NO hair or even a resemblance of an eyebrow to work with and now I will spend the next year of my life looking like the chick from 2009 that thought pencil thin eyebrows were cool. My one brow is literally 3 inches long now. 0/10 recommend.

If I could give a half of a start I would. My eyebrows came out horrible!! will go back to Preet in Garfield as the always did a good job! Disappointed!!

Tamam Alalawi she is not just the greatest human , she is also a amazing professional, she have learned skills not just for her professional performance but also to make everyone feel welcome and confident with her job. The worst experience ever. I have been getting my eyebrows done for the last 20 years and the women that work at rmla have no idea what they are doing. It was painful, uncomfortable and she totally messed up my eyebrows. I had stray hairs everywhere. Do not recommend this place to anyone

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The woman butchered my eyebrows, then had the nerve to tell me the filling service would be free because it was my first time there and each subsequent visit would be charged. They needed to fill my eyebrows because she basically took them off! One side looks like a little boys buzzed cut. Im so utterly disappointed and mortified that I have to wait until my eyebrows grow back to normal. These people have NO clue what they are doing. Never returning again!

I have been coming to this shop for about 4 months now and I like the service and how Tamam Alalawi does my brows and face. She is very professional and I love the results.

I love the service, and the prepaid package is very convenient also the customer service is very plesent.

The two ladies who work there are way to pushy. I told them 4 times i didnt want the $45 membership and they kept asking and asking AND ASKING. Like they couldnt understand why i didnt want it. Not only that but they arent very good at doing brows. The tip of my brow was rounded and when they filled it in, it wasnt bleneded properly. The black lady that used to work there was really good and a lot nicer. They also didnt tell me that you could only do the $12 membership on a credit card. I thought i paid with cash for it butwhen i came back after they already did my eyebrows they told me i dodnt have the memberhsip.
