Zero sense of urgency. There is always only one person at the cash register. The employees walk around like they are half asleep. I love Zara but the service at this location is complete trash!

This store is unique and different they have clothes that you may not find anywhere else but, one thing I dont like about Zara, is that they never have coupons or things that average woman cannot wear I mean if you size 0 to 4 you can find things but!!!! if youre plus size or maybe 10 12 14 its going to be difficult and their clothes do not have stretch maybe and few things. The kids and men stores are also, available.

Casey!! As I type, this young lady is going above and beyond looking for me a pair of shoes that Im interested in buying!!Shes looking in the stockroom for my size!!Shes found them!!! How appreciative am I!!! BUNCHES!!Zara KNEW shed be a GOOD worker!!THANKS

Great place for shopping better get it when you see it or its gone

The line was absolutely ridiculous! I was on my lunch break, just trying to return something. The sales associates see that the line is long and don’t hop on register. One person on register and about 10-15 guest in line, ridiculous and a easy way to loose money. It’s also not fair to the one associate on register, where is the manager? And why is she not getting help on register?

Got a shirt with a stain on it. Said they wouldn’t let me return it because there was a stain on it even though I haven’t even put the shirt on yet…Also online photos misrepresent the products. Cheap t-shirts for $20. Stay away.

I used to shop in person at this store and now the online experience just made everything way easier and faster

These people have terrible attitudes to say the least. Customer service is horrible and the manager Vanessa has a terrible attitude and its like her staff just follows behind in her foot steps!!! I totally agree with the review about her!! She is very unpleasant! She does not smile or show any type of gratitude towards her customers. How about we not shop here at this location anymore.

Clothes are stained with kids blood. Store reeks of white settler colonizers.

Today was one cashier. And a long line....I wanted to leave.

Great choices and the associates actually let you shop and are not pushy. Very refreshing.

Ordered items online. Had family member who loves by a store go to return it after processing items through the return prompt online, gave my family member return email, order receipt email, as well as return label with return barcode. We do not live by a zara. Walked away from my mom after not accepting any of these forms as part of a return. Kept asking for another barcode. Not my first online return and this store obviously has no common sense when coming to customer service. All items had tags on them. Will not be supporting this store with this kind of service.

I’ve been calling the store for over a week to see off o could return some sandals I purchased online , no answer at all.

Today is sunday the 27th of dec 2020, 5:40pm.from the girl at the door waving for people to come in like they are animals coming back to the barn , to the employees at the register treating shoppers like they are garbage.NOTHING PERSONAL Happened to me I’m just writing what I have observed.it’s the not the first time i have seen something like this but this time i just had enough.

Customer service was terrible, and I was unable to return my items or even get store credit.

It’s like they actively try to give you the worst customer experience possible. Love the merchandise though.

Terrible place to shop. Employees are clueless. No Covid precautions and warnings. Surprisingly even some employees do not know how to wear masks.

The worst experience I’ve had in a store ever!! Based on my experience visiting that store on 10/30/2021.1- no bags or basket for you to put your stuff in, carry it on your arms if you want to2 - after I tried the clothes on I had a lot of clothes on my arms and the the lady at the fitting room didn’t help at all taking it, I myself had to put everything on each hanger and hang it while she was talking to her coworker3 - the line at the cashier was big and took me at least 20 minutes to pay4 - the blazer that I bought had a big stain and I only saw it when I got home, at least I was able to return, but made me waste a lot of my time going back to the store
