I like this location much better than the old. A tad bigger and more organized. It has local honey, chocolate and a few other Cleveland proud artists. They have some furniture and dishes, towels, and trinkets in the back. A nice knife selection also.

First time in a Williams-Sonoma store its very nice, clean, customer friendly and the staff most informative on their vast selection of different items that you can choose from.Take your time here its so much to choose from and look at for you and your home or for gifts

WS is well-known for high quality kitchen ware. Their approach seems to be grounded in scientific function, that when properly developed leads to a pristine aesthetic that I respect and value.

Clean and well organized. I wish the sales people knew more about the products they are selling and information such as warranties. I would have made my purchases when I stopped in instead of going online if they could have answered those basic questions.

The product I saw online, listed as in stock, was nowhere to be found in the store. Judy looked it up and went in the back and found it for me. Very helpful and courteous! A very good shopping experience.

Nice to walk through.

We were looking for a cake half sheet pan from the store that was closing in South Park. The salesperson said they were out of them individually but claimed there was one in a set. We purchased the set, but it did not contain the half sheet pan that it was supposed to include. The items are well built, but we were duped into buying something we did not need. Sure, this is not the store in South Park that closed, but same company/staff, so same reputation.

Back ordered after I purchased an item. Have not gotten the item yet and WS will not let me return the item that I have not gotten because its past the 30 day return window. WS is not the great company it once was.

A female answered the phone at the Pinecrest location in Beachwood, Ohio. She did not give me her name. I needed help placing an order and using a rewards coupon. This woman was impatient and short with me, interrupting me and being curt. She hung up loudly on me. She did place the order and I am grateful for that, but her attitude left a bad memory. I have had the same interactions with her before in person.My initial call was at 1:30pm. I called back at 2:21 pm and spoke to Kim. I was questioning why the email confirming the order did not reflect the 25 dollars off. She explained that it takess 24 hours for this to show up. It would be nice if the customer was informed of this upfront. Kim did mention that Janet had placed the order.

Everyone is very helpful and if an item is not in stock they will order it for you.

I really like a certain pattern of glassware here. The clerk wraps them together in one piece of paper so they are not safe in the bag. Then she puts heavy things on top of them in the bag. On top of this, she charged me full price for a Christmas item that was obviously clearance priced in late June. Not going back here again.

They are not African American friendly. Placed an order online and when I got to the store to pick it up the employees acted like they didnt even see me standing there waiting. Thinking about returning the item and shopping elsewhere.

Went here to pick up some Demi Glace. Came back a few days later because I picked up the wrong flavor. Never opened, but was told it was illegal for them to accept returns on food. Interesting law, never had a problem at a grocery store before.

The staff was nice and helpful. I was greeted upon entry to the store and was guided to the right area to find what I was looking for. I just started culinary school so Im slowly acquiring more and more cooking supplies. Ill deffiently be back here.

Quite possibly the rudest customer service Ive ever encountered - mostly from the manager. After being scolded by an employee working the checkout for not forming the line below the sign that is not in an intuitive spot and hidden between two racks of product, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the manager, who was browsing around on her manager computer. Why couldnt the employee who scolded me return my item? Because only managers can return online-only items. She then proceeded to not make any eye contact or really acknowledge me while apologizing for the wait and returning my items.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I have never had such horrendous customer service in my life. The associates are unknowledgeable and utterly RUDE. I will never shop at this location ever again and would suggest avoiding it at all costs. When I mentioned their poor service in person, the manager said verbatim “I don’t care” and it truly shows. Very disappointing a luxury store that sells a spatula for $50 treats their customers so poorly.

Poor customer service. They were busy and did acknowledge me n said they would be with me shortly. I walked around the store looking. They customers they were helping were finished and walked past me ,going out the door. The woman who said she would help me disappeared into the back room. A person who was stalking the shelves did ask me if I was looking for something. I told her they may want to put a price tag on the item I was looking at. She told me an about price . She could look it up. At this point I thanked her, but after waiting 15 + minutes for What I thought was a manager , I said I was not really interested at this time to purchase anything from a store that has what I think was poor service from a place with poor customer service.

Wonderful warm welcoming staff and gorgeous displays of lovely items! its like a dream!! the woman who rang me out is very sweet deifdently love this location and set up!

I went there because a friend was demo-ing some products. The store is nice but pretty similar to other WS stores.
