Used the shop in the back of the place for my truck got some bracks redid and a master cylinder . Nice guys would recommend for mechanic work

Amazing service and even better customer service. I have a Harley and you already know parts or work is expensive to do at the dealer. These guys will go out of there way to fine you a good part for a good price. They are very good with keeping you up to date with the status of your bike and letting you know the different possibilities and prices you can go with. I couldn’t ask for a better shop!! Need to take your bike here.

They take forever to get the parts for the motorcycles and make the repair, They are so unprofessional, they have bad customer service and they do not give you the bikes on time its almost a month and my bike is still not done and he said in 2 weeks it would be done but still have not received it.

Ill start by saying that they did diagnose and fix my bikes issue and for that I am grateful. However there was a lot of negatives in my experience with them.-They were almost 2hrs late on picking up the bike (scheduled) with no call, I had to call them and was late for work.-They asked if I had brought in a battery with my bike which I had. Said they would give me back a good used battery (mine was only had 2 runs one it, was almost brand new from the previous season).-Broke the stator cover and charged me for a new one.-Charged me an extra 5% for using a card to pay, no indication this would be the case prior to me showing up, a heads up would have been fantastic so I could have gone to the bank first and saved some money.-Poor communication.Overall it wasnt the best experience. I think they are capable and can do the work but simply lack the professionalism of a bigger shop.

Good repair shop. They always seem to be a little overworked but that is OK. Oh and some of the customs they do are amazing. Like the one in this photo!

Had rear tire replaced and asked to have rear pads checked. Had approx. 16000 miles on bike.Replaced rear tire and said brakes too. Less than 500 miles later took the bike to Harley for full service. Said rear pads were 50% worn?Seems to me the pads were either not replaced or replaced with used pads?Don’t know it doesn’t matter now. Just be cautious if your gonna go here for sevice.Employees were nice guys. A little pricey I thought after looking around at other places.Shop around!!

The owner treats all of his customers personally, respectfully and honestly. A most very intelligent man when it comes to servicing his customers. A wealth of knowledge on 2 feet!

I was recommended by a client of mine to this shop. Rj sayed great things about this place and he wasnt lying! The guys got my scooter running great! The whole process was relatively easy. I called ,got a time for drop off, got a call a few days later saying the scooter was ready. At home i battled with it for weeks trying to figure out jetting and stuff untill i finally sayed let the pros handle it. And they did. Im very pleased! The price wasnt outrageous. $145 later im back scooting around town having fun. THANKS AGAIN GUYS!

The staff is really friendly and if they can get you on your bike asap they will try, they are also knowledgeable and have some parts for BMW bikes. Which is nice because its hard to find shops that can fix or have parts for BMW bikes on the spot.

Everything went as planned. They were friendly and even helped us find our way over the phone when the gps couldnt find them.

Been dealing with this place for at least 25 years I knew the original owner when he first started out he lived with a friend of mine its tough to make it these days but theyre doing pretty good have good mechanics to

Took my v rod in to get a frame piece replaced and when i picked it up today, there was a huge handful of dog food in my air filter cover. Never taking it back to these guys.

This place is garbage and do nothing but guess work trying to repair Motorcycles, Dont waste your time or money here.

Best personal service, for your motor cycle around lake county and Kenosha county, treat you like a person, unlike the larger shops, Check with them before committing to a over priced large company that looks pretty
