Hi, I would like to say, that the two employees Miranda, and Martinez did a wonderful job with my cookie cake. The design was exactly what I wanted. And it was just wonderful. So I would like to thank those two employees.

Would you pay for a birthday cookie which looked like this and the name spelled wrong? Unfortunately we did but never again. And the name was right on the receipt.

I went online today to order a cookie, thinking Id have to pick it up in the morning. To my surprise, I was able to order it online, there was only a 2 hour turnaround, AND delivery was available for a very reasonable fee! The cookie arrived as promised and was fresh and beautifully decorated. The delivery person was also very nice. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be using them again!

I’ve brought my family to this location twice before and have always had excellent service that the employees went above & beyond for our large family. The drive is about 20 minutes and was worth it until this last visit on Monday afternoon around 8pm. Usually when we arrive the cookie cake slices are gone but the nice guy previously on 2 occasions has went out of his way & made them for us as it took only a few minutes to icing them (this is the whole reason we even come)! This past Monday of course none were out on display so I asked the new guy if there were any available and he said no. I then asked if some could be made & he blantly told me no. I explained to him the other guy usually makes them no problem then he didn’t respond & ignored my statement! There were cookie cake slices on the bottom tray by the ovens that he could have put icing on. We spend quite a bit of money here when we come as there are 6 of us and it is pretty upsetting that your one employee’s customer service has drove this family away from this location!

Very disappointed! Ordered a cookie cake early in the morning through the application. By the time it was ready to be picked up, it was NOT ready! Apparently they missed my order and I had to select a different and smaller cake than my previous order and wait “10 minutes” which actually lasted 30 minutes. The whole purpose was to pick it up on time for a party. As a result, the worker almost forgot my refund for the difference of the cookie cake price since it was smaller. I was extremely disappointed with this surprise, my order did show up in their system but somehow they missed it.

Very disappointed with my sons cookie cake. My 5 year old could have done a better job. They ran out of yellow so used freakin orange to finish it off. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

Absolutely great service at the Mont Belvieu 146 location. I would like to add the gentleman Josh went above and beyond to give me the best customer service ever. Im allergic to berries so he offered to go to the back to get a new untouch ice cream container and a new unused scoop to serve me ice cream. Ive been to many ice cream shops and none would ever offer this. For once I could enjoy an ice cream cone with my family at an ice cream shop. A moment truly I thought wouldnt ever get to enjoy. Hands down best ice cream shop service. I will continue to return. Amazing training and my hats off to the owner and bosses for training such amazing employees.

Fantastic team at this location! I had an issue trying to order on-line, I was sad. Then called the store, they took order on phone, took my CC and BAM! Next day-by 11am Ready! This team has it together! You need a cookie cake, this is your place. Second time customer.

Consistently out of cookie cake cookie dough.

Went online to call and place and order the phone number is wrong on the website and the girl inside was so confused .

I came a few days ago and bunch of the employees were out back and when I came in and got my ice cream the sprinkles were stale and my mother in law asked for 3 cookies and got only 1. This was all the afternoon shift. I didn’t know they run a teenager circus.

We ordered a Huge cake for my sons birthday & it was perfect! I would definitely buy again for any future birthday parties! Love! Love! Love!

They made an awesome shake for my husband. I got a few cookies and cookie cake slices. I love that they have a good amount of icing on their cake slices, Ive been to others where you get one little dab. We were very happy to walk in and see that. My kids only really eat the icing 😂 the staff is super friendly and fun. Well be ordering my daughters cookie cake from them next week. Highly recommend.

Cookies were great! Just wish employee would have put down her phone and waited on me faster. It seems like I stood there a good 5 minutes while she chatted away. I will be back but if I walk in and employee is on the phone, i will walk out and never come back. It is jusr rude!

The customer service was not very inviting I walked in no one said a word but every other customer got a welcoming greeting...like its 2020 if green isnt the most important color you see why be in business. I complained to corporate about my reward not being honored and Im still waiting on a call back its been 3weeks.....

Dont order from them, we order and paid for a large cookie for a Birthday party serval days ahead of time to insure our cookie would be done on time and be what we wanted. 30 minutes after our cookie should have been ready I call and they were still working on it.When we finally got the cookie and cut into it wefound different colors under the white and chocolate icing I ordered.There was red, yellow and blue icing underneath the kids were groused out and wouldnt eat the recycled cookie and I dont blame them. They didnt even offer a refund on the recycled cookie.

Well I ordered a cookie cake last week for one of my sons birthday talked to them 3 times to make sure it was done correctly and get there to pick it up and name was spelled wrong and not decorated the way I had asked for. They fixed the name and have me a discount off of it. So this week I ordered an ice cream cake and called to make sure it was ready and they said it was for Sunday I said no it was for today. Well make a long story short this cake was totally done wrong. I do not recommend this place to anybody

Stopped in to order a cookie cake. Wonderful service, the 2 ladies who helped me were amazing.

The staff visibly groans every time you enter and gets mad at you when you order and act like they’re doing you a favor by giving you your food.
