I went to the store to buy my daughter’s school shoes. She liked the white Nike airmax 90 but her size were only in the display and was visually dirty. They refused to give a discount so we decided to order a new shoe online instead. When the shoe we ordered arrived, it was the same DIRTY shoe from the store. This shoes were $120.00 and should not have been mailed out to anyone in that condition. I immediately took it back to the store for a full refund. Will not be spending my money in this store again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS STORE....Went To get My Son Some Shoes, And The Sales Guy that Helped Me Gabe, Was Fantastic- helped Me never Once Did I fell I was A bother...Got the iteams I wanted , Paid - And While walking Out my sons ( 6 yrs Old ) Decided to Put His New shoes on Ok...Cool But Re⁹⁸mind You I have a 1 yr Old In my Hands...Out of NO WHERE Mr. IRVIN comes And Helps Me, Takes full Control Of This Situation... With such a great attitude, And Being Very Professional...We ended Up Needing A Bigger size Shoe - He did the Exchange with No hassle or complaining....LET ME BE honest, This was The BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have experience In long Time...IAM GREATLY SATISFIED with this Store & Employees....thank you very much Mr.Irvin & Others .... Been there alot never had a good experience till now ...even tho there was a lot of people service was fast and the employees payed attention to the customers! I went with my little girl and the associate that helped us was fast, nice and helpful.

Went in for workout shoes. My size was not available. The customer service is great. I was able to pay n half shipped from another store. Just waiting for the arrival. Customer service really assist their customers.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered in recent memory.First off, they neglected to acknowledge me upon entering the store for starters. Secondly, they lack professionalism & common courtesy considering they literally hired a bunch of kids to run the store.If that was not bad enough; they added insult to injury by marking up the prices (well above retail) on all clothing merchandise & accessories as well.In conclusion, Hibbet Sports is a bad investment, monumentally flawed in customer service, overpriced & unashamed about it.😤🤬🦨

I won the raffle for the Jordan Retro 1’s UNC. The Manager called me the night before to confirm. I drove 40 minutes to get there. Got to the store at 9:45am went in to purchase my shoes and was told that they could not find them. The manager Sierra I think her name was told me that she had just laid eyes on the shoes before I got there. She rang up another customer and walked him to the door. He slid her some cash and walked out. They could not find my shoes and I believe they were sold under the table. Then I called corporate to try to get the situation resolved but they were also no help. All they did was give me a coupon for $20 off my next purchase. I won my pair fair a square and still could not get them. Hibbett on Garth road sucks and I suggest if you do enter the raffle and win be there soon as the doors open to still secure your pair.

Called the Baytown store to make sure they were open today so I could drive and return some shoes since I drove 45 minutes yesterday and they were closed due to hurricane Laura warnings. Called twice today (August 27, Thursday at 12:30pm) to make sure they were open. They answered, I heard breathing and then they hung up instead of taking the call. Nice customer service, definitely will be coming back soon.

Yes I walked in to Hibbett today in baytown thinking of getting me some shoes I walked in it was three workers there not one said how you doing or said hello I walked around for 5 minutes and no helped me the two ladies were on they phone and dancing and the guy just standing there poor customer service

Terrible experience. I attempted to order a jersey through the website and received an error stating the online order system was malfunctioning and try again in a few minutes. I tried again and received the same message. Five minutes later my bank calls and tells me I was charged 4 times!!I call the store to explain the situation and asked if they could at the very least hold the product and I’ll come to the store and physically purchase AFTER being charged 4 times online.The response was “no, sorry we’re busy”.Never shopping here again. Poor customer service.
