Brought my phone in for repair. The screen went black on the right side after a month. Brought the phone in and was told that they couldn’t help. Do not recommend this place. Don’t come here. take my advice. As you can see in the picture there is no damage to the phone. Just bad quality parts that go bad as soon as “ the real 30 day warranty” expires.

DO NOT COME HERE! I came here because I broke my phone on my bathroom tile to get my phone screen replaced. When I got home it was perfectly fine everything was great and when I got to bed I tried to plug my phone it to charge it, it wouldn’t work. I tried 3 chargers and my phone wouldn’t charge. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!

I went because my charger port was blocked. They were able to fix it within minutes for the low price of FREE. However if the charger part would have needed to be replaced it’s $89 which is still cheap. I go here for all my cellular device needs.

I dropped my iPhone 8plus on the concrete Sunday morning and the screen cracked, and I didnt have insurance on my phone but luckily someone recommend this place and let me tell you! They did a good job. I came in at 6:30pm to drop off my phone and the called me around 7:30pm to tell me my phone was ready! I was so happy they fixed it so quick and the staff was really nice. Oh and I paid $86 which isnt that bad compared to other phone repair shops. Thanks you guys and I will most definitely be more careful with my phone😣

Do not take your Ipad here to be repaired. On the first trip only the glass needed to be replaced. After picking it up the screen was crinkled underneath and the home button fell in. When I tried to return the same day the shop closed early. I went back the next day and he said he would have to charge me for the screen repair. On the second pick up the fingerprint button was broken and the screen was put in crooked. He did not charge me for the second service.

After a miserable experience with another local repair shop, I took my sons cellphone to Cell Solutions and Repairs when it wouldnt turn on after a screen replacement. Within 5 minutes, the problem was diagnosed and the owner demonstrated why his proposed solution would work. Even though the original repair shop offered to honor its full warranty, I decided to have the phone repaired at Cell Solutions. I hate having to come to a Cell phone repair store... but thats because my phone is damaged! The team here however makes it easy to get in and out quickly with a repaired phone. They work on all types of model phones and are friendly and informative. I had several questions about some other phones and Cathy was very informative and answered everything. Aqib fixed my iPhone 6 and 6s screens and made some adjustments as I requested. Cant be happier, the fees are just a bit under the competitors here but all things considered Im happy I got it done here, its a good place I hope I dont have to come back but if I do I know Ill be in good hands.

Great service, good price, but for 10$ extra i could of got my phone back perfect.. i noticed 2 bright white spots on the lower portion of the screen. Wasnt fixed correctly and i dont think i have warranty. Spend the extra 10 and go to a better cell phone repair store.

Brought in a Droid Maxx 2 with a bad battery, but they said that they dont work on Motorola phones because of concerns with parts. Either they order very large quantities or they buy extremely cheap parts because I can see plenty of listings at roughly $20-30 a piece. Im familiar with working on electronics myself but the repair I need to do requires a specific phone repair tool, so I asked if they sold anything like that. They dont, but they also dont advertise that they do, so thats not a huge problem. They DO advertise that they work on all major brands though, so thats a little unfortunate. If you own a Motorola, or want to get anything besides garden variety accessories you can buy at Walmart, then this isnt the place for you.

DO NOT go here begging you. Hell and back trying to get my phone fixed.. I went there with a cracked phone screen, completely my fault. I dropped it… They put a new screen on for $110... I got home it was sitting on my counter, I picked it up to answer a call and it cracked... I was like what the heck I thought maybe it was a faulty screen. So I went back to them telling them that and they said that the only thing I can do is give me a discount for another screen… So I thought OK what can I do, so I paid $80 for another screen to be put on .. I left and one hour later it started opening up apps and going through my music and doing all this crazy touching that I wasnt doing… Using my data like crazy… I came back and told him that and asked if they could fix it again, so they said they would put another new screen on. I thought it was nice of them to put on another screen for free but debated if I should have kept going to them… I left with the new THIRD screen and it got worse. I couldnt even text, it would predict crazy words... I came back and asked can I just get a FULL refund because I need to go somewhere else now because now I phone that keeps getting worse. He said yes for full refund , but that they will put the cracked screen back on and give me a full refund.... I was like whatever sounds good I just need to go elsewhere with my money. When I got back he refunded $80 back, I was like I paid $190? he said he was only going to refund me for the second screen when I already confirmed that I was getting a full refund… So I left here with a cracked phone and a phone does not type… I told them the least you could do for the hassle of me coming back-and-forth would be give me the full refund because now I might need to buy a new iPhone on top of what I already paid and the hassle, so I said I would write a crappy review, how would that be worth $110 to them?? I said Im giving you a chance to fix the problem, what is a meesly $110 from your business for a bad review of the truth? and he said I dont care write the review ill write back on the review that youre lying then this lady that has never dealt with my phone / I have never seen comes out acting like she knows every thing is arguing with me and she is saying things that have nothing to do with my phone. So if you go to this place there is a chance youre going to spend MORE money instead of fix problems. So here you go sir heres your review feel free to comment below like you said you would.

The worst place for cellphone repair, they lie about warranty, they dont care about customers, only the $$$$.The fix the led on my Galaxy S5, and the cashier told me that I have 14 Warranty, 5 days after I pick up my phone, the screen started to lift up, creating a shadow for the inside camera, they technician told me that he doesnt Warranty after he fix it, he told me to buy another case to fix the problem, thats how they run business.Dont waste your time going to this place.
