MAN!!!!!!Your associates were WONDERFUL! They were all very welcoming and polite. It was like they were glad to see me, they wanted to make sure I received excellent service, and that my expectations of premiere service were met. They seemed to be glad to be at the dealership. My husband called the dealership when we were out shopping for a new GMC Yukon. When Adolfo answered the phone he was excited to help us. He was friendly and honest about the car. He took us to view the car, and he was very thorough on how to operate all of the newest features! There was no haggling about price, and the financing options were easy to understand. I brought my 2017 Buick Encore in for multipoint inspection. My advisor was Nikki Ellington. I was concerned because the Toyota Dealership that performed the oil change when I purchased the car tighten the oil plug too tight for your dealership to perform an oil change. I took the car back to Toyota to get the oil change. I brought the car back to Baytown to make sure it was done right and identify any other problems.Nikkie listened to my concerns and assured me that everything would be inspected. She was very professional and very polite. She also has a great memory - she greeted me by name when I entered the office. I will have my battery replaced in the next week at your dealership even though it cost more than the local service centers because I want the peace of mind that it will be installed properly.

I wanted to let you know Heather, did a great job in keeping me informed on how things were on my car. She was very sweet and professional. If she did not know the answer to something she would find out and call me back in a timely manner. The technician that worked on my car was very nice. I appreciated the work he did on my car. He took the time to protect the inside of my car while he was working on it. He put plastic on the seat, gear shift, steering wheel and covered the mat. I did not have a way to get home or come back to pick up my car. They were very understanding and arranged for an Uber. They paid for it both ways. I will use them again and would recommend them to friends and family.

This place is a joke. Dropped the truck off yesterday for service. Was told they would probably have it done today. Stopped in today because we hadn’t heard anything and was told the diagnostic would be done by NEXT FRIDAY. We are talking nearly two weeks for a four-wheel drive diagnostic NOT actual repair work.1) When we drop off, we expect a fairly accurate time frame for the initial service to be completed.2) If the time frame changes, we expect a phone call with updated information. Neither of these basic requirements happened. Instead, we got excuses and attitude.This vehicle is WORK EQUIPMENT and needs to be back in service in five days. Honesty and transparency are needed for us to make informed decisions about how to manage the limited time it can be out of operation.For those wondering if this place is worth coming to: Find another GMC service to take your vehicle to because this one is nothing but excuses.

We have purchased 3 cars from 3 different dealerships. This was by far, our most enjoyable experience. Quick easy, hassle free process without giving us the run around. We saw a vehicle that interested us, I messaged to inquire and make sure that it was still available and let them know that we would be coming down to take a look at it. When we arrived they had the vehicle pulled out front and ready for us to test drive we were done with the whole purchasing experience within a couple hours at most. I would definitely consider going to them first when we decide that we are ready to upgrade another vehicle.

Be careful with this dealership, I agree with other post. Talk over the phone, you’re interested in a specific vehicle and agree to terms, once you arrive they switch it up on you. On top of selling you a car they push to complete their customer survey, even informing you to place all “10” because it helps them. Sell you by stating they can help you with accessories, but then it’s smoke and mirrors as you reach out to them for advice and pricing and give you the run around and worse fail to return calls. Now, you’re forced to find another GMC dealership to provide you with the preventative maintenance because I wouldn’t trust this dealership to perform honest work. Dropped my car off at my 9:15 am for my “appointment” for diagnostics. I already knew one of the camshaft position sensors was failing and needs to be replaced. They couldn’t even bother hooking up a code reader to charge me 150 dollars for diagnostics even at 5:30 pm the same day. Save your time and drive into Houston to another GMC dealership. They will at least screw you with the cost with a good customer experience within a reasonable time frame.

Spoke with Vincent first but since he was out of town he had Crystal work with me. She got everything rolling since I was driving in from the Sugar Land area.She had the truck ready and the details started so we were able to complete the transaction within 3.5 hours.Buying a vehicle is never a good experience, but she made it great. Only issue I have is she needs to spend a week with me teaching me all of the functions of my new Denali truck!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and a waste of time plus an added inquiry on my credit report and a major disappointment. I had gone in and test drove a vehicle and liked it. Told the sales associate that he could send an credit application to me to fill out once I returned home. So he did and I submitted it shortly after. I got approved the following morning went over all the details of the loan etc. via phone conversation (All while I was at work). I stated I wanted the vehicle and the deal was good, and that I would make arrangements in my schedule to visit the store later in the day. A short while later the sales associate called me back to inform me that there was someone at the store looking at the same vehicle. That individual ended up buying the vehicle out from under me. The associate informed me they were a first come first served store and that since I was not there her deal took precedence. Never did make this known upfront nor offered documents for me to sign via email to secure the deal at all. Docu-sign is a common thing these days. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP AT NOR RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE DEALER EVER!!!!!! If I could have left negative stars I would have...

I made an appointment for 7:15 AM and dropped off my vehicle at 3:45 PM the previous day. My vehicle was not touched until 4:00 PM on the day of the appointment and then nothing was done to it until the following (3rd day) and that took all day. The only things done were a swap out of transmission fluid (which I had already asked them to do 3 days earlier) and replace my battery since it was 3 years old. This 3 days without my vehicle was un-called for.

Thank God my vehicle was still under warranty with Dodge. I bought a new/used vehicle from them. The service department acknowledged that they felt the problem in the brakes I was talking about. But couldnt find anything broken. And they wanted to argue with me about it. Such a freaking JOKE!! I took it to the Dodge dealership off 225 and they found the brake booster, and vacuum pump bad. Needless to say. I will not be buying from GMC buick when my big bonus comes in next year!!

Purchased a use car there about 3 months ago and the problems are starting to add up. Trunk dont open key fobs as in both and not working window went out and now I just waiting whats going to go wrong next. I stay away from smaller dealerships for this reason but I guess it dont matter. Its frustrating since you buy as is but that even 3 months and these problems are major. Im giving 2 stars only because my the guy that helped me was good and the buying processes was good.

I called randomly on the way home from Houston. We live in orange, tx. I had been looking for a car for my mother and I put in a request for info on a vehicle on a Sunday. I get to the dealership to drop my vehicle off and the guy was very rude and no loaner and he didn’t even try to attempt to get me one. Ill be honest, I usually go to CarMax to buy my cars but I found a car for my wife online that caught my eye on the Baytown GMC - Buicks website. I called & got a very pleasant sales rep on the phone, her name is Crystal. We spoke about the car & she told me she had a little room to work with me. Not too excited about doing the used car dance but this time it was enjoyable. I was very upfront with Crystal about what I was looking for & what I wanted to pay for this vehicle. She went to bat for me with her boss man. I almost got exactly what I asked for but it was so close I would consider this a very pleasant experience & I would highly recommend this dealership & especially Ms Crystal. I was in & out extremely quickly, they even detailed the vehicle, filled it up & hand delivered it to my doorstep all within hours of walking thru the front door, now thats what I call top notch service. Even the finance manager was pleasant to work with, he got me in & out & never tried to high pressure his end of the process. So this is a 5⭐ review & its well deserved!

They failed to schedule an Uber. They couldn’t diagnose my roof leak on 2021 Yukon. They mentioned it was a known issue.Long story, don’t get a sun roof on a GMC and don’t plan on using this place for warranty work, unless you have an extra vehicle to drive.Or just don’t buy from this dealership altogether and save yourself a headache.I can’t even get my rear entertainment system to work with apple products! You have to use “Mira cast” which android doesn’t even support anymore!

We had an awful experience with this service department in the past and I didn’t want to take our vehicle there because of that. None of the other dealerships could get our truck in to be worked on in a timely manner so we had no choice to take it to Baytown GMC. To our surprise the service dept made a totally turn around with new staff and we were highly impressed with the work that was done on our truck and Victoria was AMAZING! I had been shopping around even to the same dealer at different locations but I felt I was still not satisfied with the outcomes . I saw a vehicle on the website and made an appointment to go see it across town and once I arrived I was immediately greeted in the parking lot . Our sales guy Dexter Isas was very flexible at all times . Very understanding of what our needs were and very patient . He pushed and pushed to get us we’re we wanted to be . He made it possible for us to leave completely satisfied and happy on our new vehicle . Definitely will go back for our next vehicle .
