I’ve had 3 back surgeries and have a king Serta perfect sleeper and just sold my house and we are temporarily in an RV and there is no way I could sleep on an RV mattress. He helped me find my exact mattress in a Queen that would be perfect in the RV. Wonderful customer service.

They arrived right on schedule. They called to give updates and only took 5 minutes for the two guys to carry a mattress and a box spring through the house and up the stairs into the bedroom. Im extremely happy with the Mattress Firm team for being so easy to work with and professional.

We just purchased a new Jennings Black Hybrid mattress with an adjustable base and couldn’t be happier with our shopping experience! Jessica was phenomenal- she expertly fitted us to the right mattress after we’ve been sleeping on a horrible one for years. She educated us on the different materials that go into the construction of their mattresses, how the adjustable base works, and helped us find the perfect fit. I recently got a voicemail that a mattress was to ship to my house the next day. It was a mattress I had looked at during a rodeo event (not related to this store). I called corporate to cancel, but they had closed for the day, in a panic I called this Mont Belvieu store, and I worked with Geoffrey who got all the facts, called around and got the shipment cancelled, told me what to do in case it still arrived, and how to complete cancelling the order. He has restored my faith in Mattress firm, and while I will never look at an event mattress again. Mont Belvieu will be the first place I look and recommend people to go. Thank you, so much!
