I have used their services several times. They are clean, organized, with fair prices and kind employees. They generally work quickly, but, if they cant work fast, they will give you a ride home in their shuttle service (if you live no more than 11 miles away, I think).

A great experience overall!*** Update - 6/17/21 *** Im a bit upset to find that the vehicle I purchased was not adequately inspected before purchase, and I have found that the engine is full of gunk. This isnt something that happened since I purchased the vehicle, since its only been since September 2020. The only way to fix this is to get a new engine, since engine cleaning is so difficult. We spoke to Ron Craft regarding the findings, and they havent been helpful. They wont service my vehicle, since its not a Chevy vehicle. The Kia dealership has indicated that this problem shouldve been found at time they obtained it for sale, and they shouldnt have sold the vehicle knowing this was a problem if they had done their due diligence. Im very disappointed in the response by Ron Craft, and I wouldnt return to purchase a vehicle. Please be aware when purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Im sad that it has gone in this direction. Still waiting to hear back from them with a plan, but its been more than 2 weeks.

Good customer Service is hard to find these days. However, there is a Service Consultant here who offers Phenomenal customer service at Ron Craft Chevrolet in Baytown. Mrs. Monic Cook, has been there for many years and as long as I can remember she has been a pleasure to deal with. In times like today it’s good to have a smiling face from someone who actually wants to make sure you are taken care of. She followed through with everything and made my visit easy and stress free. Thank you again Ron Craft and Monic for taking such great care of me.
