I suppose I shouldve read the reviews before going here. I wanted to get a nice faja (waist trainer). I saw this store and decided I could give it a try rather than buying online. You know, support local business. I waited for assistance and asked the woman with red hair if they carry them in my size. She asked how much I weigh which I thought was strange because any woman knows the same weight can be shaped differently. She said they didnt have but carried girdles, I agreed to take a look. She offered one size and I requested a size down because Im on a weightloss journey and wanted to make sure Ill have it a while. Since she only had white I decided not to buy. As I was walking out, she decides to ridicule me with the owner about the size I requested!!!!!! I was so shocked and I let her know thats no way to treat customers and left. Ill never ever be back there.

Ridiculously over priced & rude customer service. Went looking for an item, & rather than offer assistance -the girl came from behind the counter & would just watch my mother & I, aisle to aisle we turned searching for item to purchase. Until I finally approached her to inquire about said specific brand/style item. She dryly responded they didn’t sell the item. Sure will watch aisle to aisle from afar (I guess in case we stole?) -but didn’t approach to offer assistance as she clearly saw us looking/reading up & down. It’s definitely not what it used to be years ago! Prior to any special occasion (my high school prom long ago, etc! Remember the cards they would punch until you reached X anount for a percentage off?), we would stop in & find the perfect hosiery, undergarments etc. & customer service used to be wonderful. After this experience, rather spend my money elsewhere.

I like it some what !! I can get my bras and stocking ; A lot of things out dated Smell funny like stuff old people .. I am up in age but not that old 😊

The women who work there are very professional. One woman had a nice sense of humor. Truly, my opinion of the place is, its over priced! I feel it takes advantage of women who do not drive or who do not compare prices. Experts in Bra sizing? I think not. I am NOT large breasted by ANY means. So, when I asked to be fitted( after a little no you do it!) I was informed that I was a modest D cup! Break that down. My C cup I was already wearing was totally holding me in place. So, I didnt buy a demi D cup. You could tell that someone felt there time was wasted. Go to VS in Newport.

Every time you enter the store you can hear the owner of the establishment yelling at one of his employees or someone on the phone. They go back and forth for so long that creates a real negative environment being in there. Your better of shopping somewhere else where an employer doesnt disrespect his employees the way this guy does in public were everyone can see and hear.

This store does not follow their own hours. Whenever you get their its closed even though it should be open for another half an hour or not even open for the day. Not to mention the merchandise in the store is real expensive. But its one of the few stores left in bayonne that my wife can shop for her things.

The owner of the store is a very rude man. Treats people with no respect, always yelling at his employees, and should learn how to be a better human being. If not for his wonderful staff I would never let my mother go back to his store. Thank you Sara for your wonderful service.

The prices in this store is ridiculous. Who wants to pay $40 for 1 bra or $22 for underwear? You can get better deals in other stores for more bang for your buck.

The salesperson, Pat, was very helpful and patient. She helped me find everything I needed and made great suggestions.

Use to work here for a while until the owner became a little strange . I definitely didn’t like how loud he talked to customers & he tried to belittle them over any little thing . The prices are extremely overpriced for the crowd he draws in , he makes way too much of a profit from the older women & men . He over stresses the idea of someone stealing when he never really gets any business , to the point where he watches the camera twenty-four seven . I won’t ever walk into that place again & I definitely don’t regret leaving when owner started overstepping his position of being a so called “boss”.

Barney Stocks selection of stockings and bras are overpriced. You should just go there to find out your size and style of the right bra. Then find the exact ones anywhere else for a much better price.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT buy anything from this company! It is a complete scam. Do not give them money, do not order anything. They will send you emails confirming the sale with a tracking number from a bogus shipping company. Stay away save your hard earned money. They are crooks and scammers
