I had an wonderful experience here! I needed and oil change and to have my car looked over before a road trip. The staff were super nice and I was out of there super quickly even though it was busy! I will 100% bring my car there again!

Ive gone here a few times and I cant complain. Its always straightforward with polite professional help. My most recent reason for being there was to inspect a possible issue from a bad pothole incident. They inspected it and showed me nothing was wrong giving me a piece of mind from here on out. A smaller shop would leave you with a sense of uncertainty or a position to exploit a unknowing customer, but not here. I do highly recommend this place to all.

They did a good job on my car for new tires and a wheel alignment. Would use them again.

Went for a alignment was told they couldn’t loosen bolt and would be an additional 700.00 to replace parts . Drove to mavis on back highway right after and they were able to do the job for $89.00 stay away from this place

Oil change was fine but I still think customer service has gone out the window everywhere.

I got all four of my tires put on good to go$150 a tire that is not bad for Firestone all terrain those snow storms just come out of nowhere and let me tell you when you hit a white out you better pray to God youre in the middle

Took my perfectly healthy 2015 Tucson to them for a routine oil change. Car comes back with check engine light on and RPM consistently revving. Take the care back to let them know and they tell me I need a throttle body which comes to $737!!!! Part comes in late so they have my car for 2 days instead of one. Then they call me back an hour before closing to tell me I need a throttle body sensor for an additional 437!!! 😯. Why wasnt this disclosed at the time that they told me I need the throttle body! Ill be taking my car to a reputable mechanic in the area for the sensor, just to make sure no EXTRAS pop up. Ive always been told to stay away from Firestone, and with this experience, Ive learned my lesson.

Awesome customer service and I didnt have to wait all day for my car. They also found an item wrong with my car gave me option to get them fixed. The price of the job wasnt experience and I will be back to get other jobs done on my car in the future. Thanks for everything.

These so called “mechanics” stripped my oil pan & I only find out when I go for my next oil change at the dealership! Now my warranty is being voided by the dealership because of the after market part they put on my car & they refuse to acknowledge their wrongdoing!! And of course the guy who messed up my car no longer works there!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went in to get my break pads replaced. Head mechanic comes out telling me I need to practically replace the whole break system. Quotes me over 2k...I go to another mechanic not to far away. I only need rotors and pads. Parts 320, labor 140. Place is worse than the dealer. It’s a shame because I’ve been to other Firestone locations and never had this issue. Safe to say I will no longer be doing business there nor recommending anyone I know in the Hudson country area to go there.

Professional and courteous staff

I called the store and spoke with Chase to set up an appointment. I needed to switch out 2 old tires for newer ones, rotate the tires, and get new windshield wipers. Chase was helpful and let me know when I could come in. When I arrived, he checked with me that he understood what I wanted and let me choose wiper blades (I later changed my choice of wiper by calling, kudos for his flexibility there). All in all, it was done in under an hour, I checked the invoice and everything looked squared away. Very professional and helpful.

Im always very satisfied with Firestone. I trust the company. Courteous employees and fast service. I recommend them highly.

John and Ben were quick to assure me my tire would be fine and that I would be in and out within a few minutes. They kept their word. If I could five them 6 stars I would.

Went multiple times for a tire repair, they didnt have a available slot to fix it which is understood. We agreed on me opening the wheel myself and dropping it the next day (they could have done that in few mins). Went with the wheel next day and i am told it needs a plug and cant be repaired.. could have said that on the 1st day. Extra star for helping me with air in the flat tire.

Got a quote to replace my alternator from Firestone in Bayonne I was told over the phone 580 Knowing Firestone is over priced I called by secondary mechanic in Bellville he quoted me 600 so to my surprise i was saving 20 bucks and a 25 minute ride to Bellville. Went to pick the car up at Firestone and at the register was told my bill was $1100.00. So I was shocked and angry having been deceived. Consumer be aware of this business. This is not the first time Firestone ripped us off They gave us a 1600 dollar quote due to a noise coming from the front of my wifes Mazda, being suspicious I took the car to my Bellville guy who changed out an unevenly worn front tire for 225 noise gone and 1400 saved. The Bayonne Firestone is notorious for mis-diagnosis and over charging and cannot be trusted. This business is not even a 1 star

I bought 4 tires with the warranty after a couple of weeks I have flat tire I asked him to change the tire because I have warranty he refused second of allUnprofessional please dont wasting your time I want to do the wheel alignment two times and then I took my car same way he didnt do anything when I was spoke with the manager he said this is the we can do I took my car to the dealer he cost me lest he did the job perfectly dont waste your time and your money with the bad service you going to do the job more than one time.

The person at the front desk was really courteous and professional. I went to this establishment to get 4 new tires. But the mechanics broke all 4 of my safety lugs. I thought they just cracked one, but that was not the case. The mechanic, of course lied and probably kept them and the key to my lugs from my truck. I am happy with the purchase of my tires but not happy with them removing all my safety lugs and taking the key, without my permission. Unfortunately, I do not trust this place to make a return to get any of my vehicles worked on.

Do not go over there, They Ripped me off and my car not fixed

Very slow service. Waited over an hour and half for an oil change and a/c charge even with an appointment. They pulled my truck out and heard one of the mechanics tell the other guy they still needed to charge to a/c. After an hour and a half wait for just an oil change I told them to forget about it. Will not be going back there. I told them the day before exactly what I needed and set the appointment and they still couldnt get it done in a reasonable time.

Please tell me how you take your car there for an oil change and leave with a dent in your car and scratches on it.

They started exactly at appointment time and completed an oil change + checked over the vehicle in under 15 minutes. Fast, excellent service!

Stay away, I am going to make a small claim in the courtmy steering wheel turning so hard, they did not fix my car problem and they replaced some parts not cause this problem. They want to charge me $2100 , my car is 2006 nissan quest , the car value is not even $2100

The worst customer service i have ever seen , they were so nice when they were talking you to purchase their service , but when you come to take a service that you already paid for ( tire protection plan ) the guy was trying to send me away saying he was fully packed up and there is no spot and i kept telling him if i moved the car like that i will completely ruin the tire and if there qas a chance for him to repair it then they will have to replace it , then he finally took the car but he said it will have to stay overnight i said ok , and then i got a call in 10 mins that my car is ready for me to pick up !!!! If i knew about their way of dealing with their customers i would have never purchased the tiers or the protection plan from them , but unfortunately i am stuck with them

Visited this place twice.. Flat tire fix was super quick and their team is friendly.. Sobhi and his mechanic fixed the rusted rusted valve caps in less amount of time. Thanks for their friendly help.

During a routine oil change they recommended a rear break pad and rotor change; a service the manager told me they are qualified to perform. A couple of days later I noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the rear of my car. I brought the car back to this same location and was then told that they took care of it by tightening the rear struts.As soon as I drive out I notice that the noise is still clearly there. Not trusting the service anymore I brought my car to a different mechanic who showed me that my breaks had been installed wrong (reversed) and due to that misalignment I had lost one of the stabilizing springs and the system was making noise.When I went back to Firestone, instead of being apologetic about the situation the manager, Chase, put the blame on me for not coming back a third time to tell them that there was still noise. Needless to say, this location has forever lost my business.I am only giving them two stars because the tire changes Ive performed here have been successful.

Very bad customer service I had an appoinment and when I got to the place they said I didnt. It took an hour just to change one tire.

Usually four or five stars, last time three of their Techs were out sick so service was not so great. Missed an alignment issue but thats not really their fault due to the absent tech.

These people dont have professionalism. I Left my vehicle in this location to replace two front tires. One of the technicians opened the driverside door so he can confirm the tire size. Few hours later he call me blamed me for not providing him with the right tire size. They didnt have the right size of tire in the shop.

I took in my car to have its oil changed, 3 hours later not only was the oil changed but two of the headlights screwed where damaged ( AND NOT REPLACED). This is where my question starts.... Why were the headlights screws involved in a oil change?
