DO NOT GO HERE! I went for a oil change and saw this after picking my car up only because my low tire signal came on and when I went to put air in the tire there was no tire cap it was missing so I went to buy a tire cap and the gentlemen at autozone pointed out the damage to the top of my car. When I went back and asked about it they said it couldn’t have been them it looks like someone tried to break in.

Midtown Auto Repair services is one of the best car service providers there is. They tell you exactly whats going on with your car and never try to get you to make unnecessary repairs. Theyre priceses are very reasonable and theyll also send a report to Carfax of all repairs and service done on your car so youll have a history at a tap of a finger. They were highly recommended by Carfax and they are state approved. I give them two thumbs up 👍👍

Ive visited this location on 3 separate occasions with 2 of my vehicles. normal maintenance services. Two guys that seem to work behind the counter a slim man and a heavy set man. On all three visits the heavy man seems to have a grudge for me as if Ive done something to him. The thinner man has great customer skills. While my work has always been done with good quality as well as in a timely manner ill be looking else where from now on I like to be treated like a human being. Today I passed in simply to schedule a test drive with a mechanic to possibly help diagnose a noise from the vehicle. The only option I was given was to leave the car. I said that wouldnt be an option and I was told to wait an indefinite time with the possibility of maybe someone helping me. It really is a shame that the customer is not first at this establishment. I was also told its not a 123 thing to diagnose a ball joint. It pretty much is jack up on side of the car check for play check for rips. I choose to come in because time for me is limited not lack of mechanical knowledge.TLDR: Heavy set guy has low customer service skills and paying customers seem to annoy him. Lied to about complexity of troubleshooting an issue.

My first experience with these guys was to have my vehicle inspected and they were honest and fair. Brought my car back in recently for an oil change and will definitely ALWAYS use them to service my car. I have recommended a friend who had a problem with a Starter in his vehicle and Midtown fixed it quickly and reasonably for him. Great company!

I drive 20 miles one-way to have these guys work on my car. Honest people, great service, fair price, a sense of humor, quality work. This kind of quality is rare. Your garage should be like your doctor. Its personal. Best damn garage in town. And then some.

If I could give six stars for this place, I would. Vinnie is an amazing mechanic and incredibly nice.I took my 2010 Infiniti M35 into a Sears for an oil change about a month ago. When I left, something happened that caused all the coolant to leak out at once. By the time I got my car home, the car was overheating so bad that the car was stopping every few seconds, lurching forward, stopping again, etc. The temperature gauge was as high as it could go. I towed my truck to Sears the next day to have them look at it. They tested it and thought it was something to do with a broken cylinder head gasket and said that isnt something they can repair.I towed my car to two other mechanics who also thought it was something wrong with the cylinder head gasket and something too labor intensive for them to help out with. I was close to giving up and just junking the car but thought Id call around to give it one more shot. I called Vinnie at Midtown Auto, described the situation and he told me to bring the car in because he was skeptical that it was really the head gasket.The car situation was bad timing as I had to go on a business trip to Boston in two days. I let Vinnie know about the trip and said maybe I should bring the car in after I got back. Amazingly, he said to still bring it in and he would keep my car their during the trip! Above and beyond almost any other garage IMO, especially given how little space most garages have for housing vehicles.The next day, as I was boarding my train to Boston, Vinnie called me and said he had already fixed my car. He also got the emissions done for me and repaired a flat tire! He was able to fix the car when three other mechanics couldnt. It was amazing. To top it all off, the amount he charged for all these services was ridiculous. He should have charged me at least double what he did. How often can you say that about a car repair place?I will only go to Midtown Auto now for any auto problems. He has a customer for life!

We have been using Midtown (Vinnie and Donald) for about five years now.They are honest, friendly and thoroughly competent. They take the time to explain whats wrong and how they will fix it.When they give you an estimate, they keep to it or notify you immediately if they turn up something additional.They are much less expensive than the previous mechanics that we used and every bit as good or better.My wifes car is now over 17 years old with 210,000 miles on it and it runs like a swiss watch. Outstandingly good place and people.

Ive an older vehicle (200k+) which runs well, but its old enough that when on rare occasion things fail they outright fail. Midtown Auto has bailed me out of a jam with great service a couple times over the years.

A friend recommended Inhave repairs completed at this location. I did and the work was awesome. Took my car in at opening received back before closing. The owner Vinny explained what my car issues were and what was repaired. Definitely has my business.
