Just got my battery changed there today and he was reallyyyy helpful. I’m always coming here when I need things for my car and they always assist me if I need it. Always amazing!

Mark was incredibly helpful and I cant thank him enough. On a day when I was running late, my car needed a jump & I spilled coffee on myself while heading into the office (yea, you know the kind of day). I stopped in an Mark took the time to help me determine that my battery was in need of changing and then installed it for me. A task I can do but it was a more than pleasant surprise when he helped by doing most of the dirty work for me (especially as I was in business attire). He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend stopping in!

AutoZone was great I was in and out in no time, the parts manager Paulo.... told me if he had everything in stock of what I needed for my truck rotors, pads, and shocks, and even help me carry them to my vehicle also purchased some nice top of the line windshield washer Wipers....and put them on for me .... while his assistant G was helping others in the store

I went in with a battery issue and Mark the manager really took care of me, great employee and asset to auto zone! I’ll be back for all my car needs.

I went into Autozone to have my battery tested and was taken care of by a manager named Mark he came outside and tested my battery. I asked him some questions as to what the causes could be and he was very detailed in explaining to me how the battery and charging system worked, it wound up that I needed a new battery. I wound up buying a new battery. I did not know they installed them until a Mark asked me if I needed it installed. I kindly said yes please and within no time he had my old battery out and the new one in ! He asked me if I would like my alternator checked while he was there with the testing machine. He tested it and it was fine it was the battery as he explained to me when first testing it and why. I’m very satisfied with this autozone ! Mark was exceptional and knowledgeable in helping me and he knows what he is doing. I recommend this AutoZone and Mark very highly !!!

I just want to say that the wonderful worker Kris/Chris is a lifesaver.I went in needing help replacing my car battery and wiper for my back mirror. He helped me through the whole process and made my day a lot easier. I would also like to thank him. I highly recommend him.

I needed to purchase a headlight I went into the store and I was helped by one of the managers by the name of Mark. I’m a woman so I knew nothing about parts and he explained everything in detail so I made the purchase. He asked if I needed it to be installed and I said yes. He did it in no time with no problem. He was very helpful. I would recommend anyone to go to this Auto Zone and ask for Mark. He was very kind , patient and knowledgeable.

I was in the Bayonne area my battery light came on I went into Autozone and was taken care of by a manager named Mark. He checked the battery for me. This AutoZone is one of the most organized and cleanest among all AutoZones in the area. The employees actually know what theyre talking about and seem to give you the proper customer service. I have a AutoZone closer to me in JC but I go out of my way to Bayonne because customer service is a mile better.

Fiona and Chris were super helpful. First snowstorm and of course my wipers broke on my commute in. I was willing to install them myself, but they insisted on helping. In the rain and and the snow, they came out and got my wipers working. The commute home was MUCH better. Fiona also checked in to see if I was a member of the rewards program to make sure i get coupons when spending $ at autozone. Thought that was great.Keep up the great work!!

Chris and his team are exceptional; we got gas at the QuickChek next door and our truck would not start. He came out and helped jump start our truck. No cost, very gracious, This is how it should be but very rarely is; support them! Buy your auto parts here!

On Saturday 6/29/2019 at 7:40am the store was not open as it states on the door & when I tried calling the store number, someone hung up on me. I am & have been a Autozone customer for sometime but I keep experiencing more and more negative situations with the company. As of today I will start spending my money else where & I advise you do the same.

When I came in 1 worker mopping floor the other was helping 3 women. I waited for 25 mins before someone asked me can they help me. After I received my service it was ok but the wait time was crazy. The guy mopping shouldve stopped in assisted me, then went back to mopping. I was trying to get a starter for my truck.

My battery died and the gentleman their that day were the most professional and helpful.

So i stoped in to bring back a core part which is a caliper and bracket. She opens the box and looks at it from the top and claims the bracket isnt there....Well geez thats funny because you might have to get your hands a little dirty and actually remove the part from the box to see its on there....She claims there is no bracket. Me not knowing about car parts i go to my mechanic livid i didnt get my money for the core and he chuckled and showed me the bracket was attached to the caliper. WOW...AUTOZONE BAYONNE HIRES PEOPLE WITH NO CAR KNOWLEDGE STAY FAR AWAY. THE MANAGER LOOKS AT ME AND SAYS SORRY WE FOLLOW RULES HERE. NO BRACKET NO CORE REFUND..DUDE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE BOX. WOW!!!!! STAY AWAY.
