Prices are good cell service signal could be better nice add-on netflix and excellent costumer service

When i walked into the sprint store in the south shore mall i didnt have a great confidence in thinking that i could get approved for a phone. Octavia the retail consultant told me every positive way that i would get approved. Working in sales as well Octavia displayed outstanding customer service, knowledge, and courteous. The whole sales team also worked as a team, which i thought was cool especially Christopher the other retail consultant and assistant manager steven. I will continue to always go there for all my purchases and i strongly urge everyone else to do the same.

My family and I had a great experience at the Sprint store located right next to Panera Bread at the Bay Shore Mall. We were originally helped by Octavia and Kevin who were very helpful by getting us switched over from T-Mobile with no hassle. Came back a few days later and added two more lines with Steve who was super kind, honest, and helpful. Steve made sure we had the best deal possible. I would definitely recommend coming to this store!!

I give the this store a active 5 stars . I got to say the customer service was great. They made sure I understood everything about my phone and service. Great job.

My experience at the Sprint store in the south shore mall was amazing! Chris, Shai, Steven and Adalis were such nice people and I recommend this store to everyone! They helped us through so much and they were so patient with us the whole time.

Very bad service and professionalism. Spent about 10 mins in the store and no one came to ask if I needed help, I was the ONLY one constumer in the store. There were 3 staff but they were too busy on their cellphone.

This company shows no loyalty to their existing customers, they only care about sucking in new ones. After 18 years with them, I signed with another company and got a better deal and better service.

Uneducated staff , up selling plans, dont match prices on website. Store manager Josua took line activation fee without explaining its not refundable. Tried to sell most expensive plan without the option of the cheaper plan. Overall I wouldnt go back to this store
