She took her time to explain everything twice (we were annoying lol) She also went above and beyond setting up the new phone and switching all my contacts apps etc to the new phone!! I definitely recommend visiting Isabel for any cell phone needs she’s an absolute sweetheart!

I want to thank Irvin who helped me today when I purchased a new phone. He spent a lot of trying to get my information from my old phone transferred over to the new phone. My old was running out of space but he didnt give up and was extremely patient. Irvin is an excellent employee. Cricket should be happy that he works for them.

I had the pleasure of doing business with Sre, who I believe is the manager of this Cricket Dealer. He was the best cellphone salesperson I have ever worked with (and I have had quite a few cellphones in my day). His staff at the counter was excellent as well.But working with Sre was so comfortable, like he was an old friend of mine. He pushed nothing in my direction. He sold me a very good phone at a very good price. I love the phone.I am a retired business owner of 26 years, and customer service was always my top priority. It is obviously Sres top priority as well, and man is he good at it.Make sure you visit Sre the next time you need a cellphone or cellphone accessory. Tell him Jeffeo sent you!
