Dishonest people who don’t follow through with promises. STAY AWAY!I bought a 2020 BMW Z4 a month and half ago and I am fatigued chasing them to deliver what they promised.They told me it is almost like brand new with no scratches, no issues, and they were reassuring me that I don’t have to fly out to check myself. They were saying how reputable they are and nobody ever had an issue getting a car shipped. They also told me I will receive two keys and one key card. I ended up receiving a car with bunch of scratches on the bumper (pictures attached) and one key.After chasing them for weeks they have sent me the second key that doesn’t work (key card never arrived) also the manager promised to compensate for the scratches with a free brake package and didn’t honor his promise (I have email exchanges to prove this and the trucking company documented the scratches also had the dealership sign off on it).I have kindly emailed the manager few times about the free brake package he promised and notified that the key card didn’t arrive and the second key isn’t working but he is ghosting me instead.Every interaction was a red flag from the beginning. They were dismissive on the phone when I inquired first thinking a young lady wouldn’t buy this car. The inclination in the salespersons voice was just disrespectful but I ignored this because I really wanted this car. He gave me one price over the phone then sent me an invoice closer to $10k over of what we have discussed. I called him out on it he finally changed to the price he promised back pedaling that this was human error, he had multiple mistakes in the applications I had to chase him down to fix these, when I notified about the scratches he insulted me with an offer to send me $100 and advised me to do touch ups. I spoke with a reputable & credible body shop locally they said that will cost at least $1000 to fix and that was just judging by the pictures. It may cost more but definitely not less. Later, the sales manager promises to call me back with a proposal to make this right. He never calls then I persistently call few times a week and he doesn’t call back. I finally get in touch via emails he promises the key and to give the brake package and as mentioned previously fails to deliver. These last few weeks he started ghosting me and leaving me no choice but to seek legal action. I have a strong case because everything I say I can back with metadata and documentation. What a shame that this day and age this is the service a woman can get at a “reputable” dealership. I am fatigued over a month and half chasing these folks to honor their word.~Ani

It took me a while to make a decision if to go with Benz or BMW, so I decided to give them both a try and see who would of have made me more comfortable and welcomed. I have to say, Habberstad sales rep (Joseph Jacino) made me feel like he cared and I wasnt just a sale number. He did a lot even after hours he try to help me understand the process and what I should expect. He treated me like if I was already approved for the vehicle, he was amazing. I really appreciate what he did and going beyond to do whatever it took to make me happy. After him I met with Justin his finance manager, another person that welcomed me with a great personality, he kept the contract process as quick as possible. I think between the 2 visits, I spent about 3 hours max... I have to say my experience with this dealership gets 5+ stars. #BMW 2022 #X3 series. Thank you!

After BMW had my car for 2 weeks for issues including washer fluid not coming out of a wiper, I get my car back and notice the fluid still isn’t working properly. (It’s been 4 days since I picked it up at the dealership). After testing the wipers again in my driveway, I notice the fluid is draining directly out of my car onto the driveway…on BOTH sides of the car! There are currently 2 puddles under the car and you can watch the fluid heavily leak out after attempting to use it on the windshield.Frustrated, I call the dealership and when I attempt to leave my name for a message to call back, the salesman (Paul) decides to end the call as I am giving him time to copy my first name and waiting to say my last. When I call back, Paul claims he never spoke to me and again is rude, talks over me, and again tried to end the call without giving me a chance to give my name.To back track to only my most recent experience, as there are many, I arrived to pick up my car after 2 weeks, to see stains on the trunk and hood of the car, that the young man that drove it up the the front for me, was unable to get off - even though they claim to wash the car before returning it to you. Vincent the service managed, suggested I come back AGAIN to have it detailed by them. He was unbothered and unapologetic about the state of the car, in addition to someone’s water bottle being left in my cup holder which is absolutely disgusting. His nonchalant attitude carried over to my showing him the state of the loaner car I was giving, which was extremely gross. Smudges, food crumbs, hair ties, lay throughout the car, in addition to the broken passenger side lock. Once, a bag of what seemed to be fertilizer, laid strewn across the trunk of a loaner I was given.This is one of many examples of the complete lack of quality and professionalism exhibited by this dealership.Go somewhere else.

Buying or leasing a car is not my idea of a good time. Greg Cola changed that experience for me. I highly recommend him. I leased my vehicle 3 years ago and decided to buy it at the end. There was no commission for the purchase of my car for Greg and he still went above and beyond to help me. The service is also outstanding at Habberstad.

Dealing with Vick, was an absolute pleasure. He listened to my concerns, established a trusting relationship and was able to get me everything I wanted in a vehicle and much more! When push came to shove, Vick was able to custom order me my x3m40 and have it delivered in record time. ~2 weeks from the factory! Unheard of!! I would highly recommend friends and family to go see Vick at Habberstad BMW of Bayshore!

He was very kind and genuinely wanted me to be happy. With all of the inventory issues going on across the board, Troy went above and beyond to find me a car that was available asap and still had everything I wanted. I definitely suggest working with Troy, as he was by far the best client advisor I have had yet at any BMW

They are 10 minutes away from my house but I always went to bmw that is far away from me. I had flat tire and got in contact with them vie roadside assistance. I was very surprised about service. My experience with Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore was great from the test drive to final purchase. My client advisor/technical specialist Vick was very personable & informative. He was understanding of my situation that my car was totaled & I needed a car rather quickly. I also mentioned my past experience with other BMW dealers was not good at all. I test drove an X3 with X-drive & remembered how much I enjoyed driving a BMW. Vick made it happen with all of the features that I wanted. I even got my preferred color exterior & interior thanks to Vick going above and beyond making the swap. On pick up day, Anthony explained pretty much everything, there was a lot of new technology that happened in the last 5 years since owning my last BMW. The Financial manager was very informative about my add-on options from platinum to bronze. He wan’t pushy, he calculated the differences in monthly payments based on my selected add-on options on his docu-desk. It was probably the most painless experience I ever had going through the financial paperwork. Vick after the sale offered his help with any questions on the car. I am very happy with my experience at Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore.

I drove in without an appointment to have my coolant topped off. Upon removing the radiator cap, the tech observed that it was damage. The part was replaced under warranty and I was on my way shortly thereafter. It was a great experience to get the service I needed so promptly.

Dealership did a bait and switch on me for a custom BMW order, claiming there was one last allocation for the X7 and that I could have it if I gave a deposit and ordered it. I proceeded to do that. No word from the salesperson (Greg Cola) for 5 days, and when he finally responded he said the allocation I put a deposit on was not available anymore. The dealership never notified me that they were trying to secure another allocation for me in the background, and I was left for 5 days thinking my car was ordered. When I tried to get my deposit back, he pushed back saying it was ridiculous since they could order another X7 for me. However, ordering a high in demand car without a build allocation and ordering one with a build time associated with it are two very different things. He suggested that it was somehow my fault in hesitating to put the order in and someone else had jumped in. If that were really the case why did it take 5 days for me to find that out? Then when he said he would refund the money - no confirmation at all. If you want open and direct communication with a BMW dealership please go somewhere else. Treat people who give you money with respect and open / honest communication - even if just to say sorry its not available anymore, but well make it right and were working on it.

I received a call to confirm my appointment for service and auto inspection from Michael Rios. He was very nice, thorough and accommodating with regard to making an appointment for me to bring my car in and wait. Once there we agreed that I also needed an oil change And Michael was very quick to get me a loaner so that I could go to work. I received communications and videos of the inspection of my vehicle From the mechanic, and was able to view on the video their inspection process and also the explanation of what work had been done. I like this feature very much, because there are never any surprises. I received a call from Michael Rios and was able to pick up my car within a two hour period. When I got there my car was freshly washed which was an added bonus.

I went to Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore to have my oil changed and perhaps establish a relationship with them for my car services. I was pleasantly greeted and assigned to Service Drive Manager George Ikonomou.George introduced himself, listened to my concerns and explained everything they would recommend doing. He did a visual inspection of my car with me and answered all of my questions. I also received a video inspection from the mechanic performing the service while waiting in the lounge.I was pleased with the service I received in a timely respectful manner, very pleased with the Service Drive Manager I was assigned to and look forward continuing utilizing the services of Habberstad BMW of Bay Shore.

I made a request to have my battery checked to see if the hybrid was being charged properly. Had an appointment for 7:20am. By 4:30 they still did not looked at the car. When I picked it up the next day, they did not check if the car was being properly recharged and they billed me almost $500. For good measure, they gave me back the car uncharged.

I have had nothing but problems since I started my BMW lease two years ago. On top of that the BMW roadside assistance has the worst customer service. I have my 2019 Bmw stuck in a parking lot since the 25th of September and have yet to get it towed because the roadside assistance is that bad. My electrical hand brake won’t come off and i can’t shift the vehicle into drive, neutral or reverse. A 2019 Bmw… glad I didn’t finance the vehicle because after this lease there’s no way I go back to Bmw.

Troy was amazing, I had a terrible experience at one of their competitors trying to lease a car for over 3 weeks. I called and Troy helped me get the car I wanted and we sealed the deal in 15 minutes over the phone. I picked up the car 2 days later. Highly recommend the dealership and Troy as top notch sales person. Brilliant team down to Carlos showing me the cars in and outs to finance team getting me out the door in 12 minutes from the time I sat down. I am from CT, but traveled to Habberstad BMW of BayShore when searching the web and they had the a used 2016 Nissan Rogue car I wanted that they took in on trade. I can’t say enough good things about their salesman, Greg Cola he provided VIP service allway and treated me with attention and care like I was buying a $100k+ BMW. I have never received such great service from a car dealer. Anyway definitely worth the trip, would look to buy all my cars from Habberstad BMW from now on.

I recently purchased a CPO 430i xDrive. Robert Pellegrino was a great salesperson. I had tons of questions and he patiently answered every one them. I appreciated the straightforward and no BS attitude David (finance manager) had. He made the paperwork an easy and transparent process. They also gave me top dollar for my trade in which was a big plus for me.

Had the worst experience with them. Original appointment was on the 17th of August and I had requested a loaner since I had another appointment at 11:00am. Arrived at the location at 10:00am and dropped off my car and waited 45 min before I had to go and ask what is happening and at that point someone was finally able to help me. After sitting with the service advisor for 5 min I was told that there are no loners available. At that point I was very frustrated and mad cause they had just wasted my 1 hour for no reason. After that they rescheduled my appointment for the 19th of August.On the 19th of august I went and dropped of my car for oil service and detailing of the car, everything went smooth and quick which I was happy about. The next day I picked up my car and when I came home and looked at my car completely it was to my surprise that the detailing was done so horribly. My 8 year old son could have cleaned the car better. My car had dirt and grass in the trunk the doors still had the smudges on them.I posted my disappointment with the dealer but it looks like they don’t care as no one has reached out to me to try to resolve this matter. These people don’t really care about there client cause I am being told to Call them when I’m the one one who had to deal with al of this and they don’t have a it of courtesy to call and maybe apologise for there behaviour and service that they provided.I didn’t feel welcome in the store and maybe that’s why the service provided was so low since I was being treated as a minority.

Took my car in for a recall, excellent service from the minute I entered the shop. Thank you Ryan G & Joseph A for a painless and informative experience and follow up. Special shout-out to Luis for pointing out how to turn off the lane assist feature in the loaner car before I left, coming from a 2005 330 to the 2021 330 that would not have been fun to find out on my own :). I highly recommend this location.

IPhone 5 BMWs and by far habistat Bayshore has the best service facility in Long Island George is the best service manager Ive ever dealt with he is the most efficient pleasurable person to work with and does the extra mile for everybody when he wasnt there Rudy was also a very kind and professional person to help out me when George wasnt there and Lewis is the most pleasurable person when you bring your car in for your appointment this facility in those three people should get rewards for everything they do and how they treat people with professionalism
