The store was slightly messy, but that wasnt the real issue. Zero customer service! Not even the bare minimum greeting when I entered or went to the register. And if you want a bag be sure to ask for it BEFORE they ring you up! The associate didnt ask if I needed a bag regardless of the several items I had. It wasnt until I had paid that I asked for a bag; because the employee just left all my items on the counter , that was informed it was 10 cents. I dont care about the charge for a bag but the service was sub par. The one in Commack is MUCH better!

This Spanish Cashier is so Rude. I said Have a nice day to her and she didn’t even respond me. What a RUDE CASHIER. I don’t care if she speak any OTHER language. BUT IF YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES I AM SURE WE ALL KNOW WHAT IS MEANING OF HAVE A NICE DAY. FIVE BELOW PLEASE TEACH THEM SOME MANORS.

This place has a lot of good things for everyone no matter what age you are. You can even buy your pet something.

Pretty good deals. Quality its really a little better than I thought it would be. Parking is free and its easy to get to from the Sunrise hwy, Brentwood Rd or the side street (dont remember the name of it). Theres handicap parking upfront with ramps and unfortunately the overhead lights and the store were flickering and they really were making me dizzy. If youve got a seizure disorder or migraine thing, limit your time in this store.

This store actually has a wide variety of items, especially for art, kids, and home. It was clean and well organized, and the staff was friendly.

Hadnt been here in awhile was very pleased with the selection. Spent over 100 dollars today. Only issue I had was not everything is not $ 5 and under some things are $ 10.

I dont know who thought of this store or why anyone would take me in here.... whats not to like? Had to remind myself I only went in to see if they had mirrors. First time going and definitely will be coming back. Store was clean and the staff were really nice. You can actually get some pretty good stuff for $5 that would cost 3 times as much anywhere else. And they had a great moon mirror that is now displayed above my bed :)

What an absolutely amazing store to go too! They have so many good items that range from makeup to kids toys to electronics! They have it all, even snacks and beverages and even candy! As the name entails, everything in the store is between $1-$5. The workers are extremely nice and they also play music in the store! The best way to describe this store is, The Michael Kors version of the dollar store.

I love this store...i find great gifts, phone protectors and so much more at this store..check out their selection of novelty t-shirts always fun to go through them, I have several of them.

Great spot I found the majority of what I was looking for and then some for 5 dollars or less. They had a lot of activities for the little ones.

You can save money here, there is a wide selection of items. I purchase a tablet case at five dollars plus change. It held up in quality and appearance for several months. Not everything is like that, most of the earphones and computer mouses are at C-grade level and would fail you in a short period. They carry some office products, the art supplies selection improved.Customer service is questionable.There are other concerns. For example, the store sells a mouse pad which would be banned in Calfornia. A label on the package states in it about an unidentified chemical of causing birth defects and reproductive problems. Thank you for the small print warning, Five Below, how considerate of you for the customers! The question is, if the Hollywood state rejects the product why would be safer in Suffolk County, New York?

Lots of products for $5 dollars or less. Some of their items are less than $5 at any other store as well(candy, notebooks, pens/pencils etc) and some things are a good find. I would suggest not having high expectations in long term product quality on certain items for items $5 it less. But, there are some great things here to get.

Honestly, I like 5 below but dont get carried away! Its not a .99 cent store. Just buying 4 items will cost you $20. Still a cool store though!

Got this adorable little llama! Called her Lluna. That store will never stop being the greatest. I definitely recommend going there. And probably staying there. Theres a large variety of fun little things ranging from clothes to even airpods. Absolutely loved it.

I love this store...they have toys for all ages of kids for amazing prices 5$ n under ..and decorations for every holiday..crafts..party supplies..electronics..and its not crappy dollar store stuff that falls apart by the time ur kid gets home ..my girls absolutely love this store ..they even have cute flip flops and slippers and little cute slip on shoes..and printed t shirts...i saw the same brand mermaid doll in stop n shop for 15$ and it was 3$ in 5 below..

Fair prices. Know vwhat your buying because some things are cheaper elsewhere like dollar tree. But very generous with exchanges as I had bo problems 2x. I love it there.

I was in the store paying for my items with my fiance. The employee told us that it was so wrong that he was letting me pay for my products and told me to stop being so indpendant. Then she asked me what would happen if we got married and when I told her we are getting married soon she said we would always have problems because of my independence

This is one of my favorite stores to shop in for trinkets etc. Makes me feel like a kid again with all of the old school candies that I grew up on.

Everything costs 5 bucks or less...fun to look at a variety of different things that you probably dont need, but will still most likely enjoy...for an hour...or day...or week or two, at least. Or until your pre-teen accidentally forgets to hold onto the business end of the $3 kite you thought would be fun to try out, and it floats away into the ocean where it chokes out a couple of sea turtles who were trying to celebrate their 136th birthday...Still, the store is fun...mindless, inexpensive, unadulterated fun here...and you can bring anything you want back home for 5 bucks...or less.

Very addicting. They have so many things to give as a gift for children and teens. You can get a few things from their and make a gift basket. The staff is very friendly. My favorite department cellphone accessories. I load up on earbuds and phone covers. The only con is it always swells moldy there.

Another place where you have to try not to put every item you see into your basket. The kitschy IKEA? The Trader Joes of trinkets?

Its good for things that are really worth 5 or less, dont think your going to get a great deal for something that would be 20for 5, the quality of games or things in general is very cheap. You can end up buying more useless things.
