Always a great experience. If they dont have the part you need theyll get it for you quick, but Id say 4 out of 5 times they have it in stock. Fair prices. Staff is always friendly, accommodating, and tend to be much more knowledgeable than other chain auto parts stores. I always go to them 1st and never have complaints.

Celeste was a great help just bought a 2008 BMW she helped me with check engine and purchasing the part. She also assisted me with learning how to use the IDrive in my car, I wont go to any other auto part store, staff was also helpful thanks autozone.

The staff there was very helpful but the store manager was very rude.She was on her phone talking really loud.She had a very bad attitude and was talking disrespectfully which I did not appreciate.I was hoping she would of provided better customer service but she did not.She was also complaining to employees while on the phone slouched over the register counter,saying this is my store this is Celeste store.She smelled of alcohol and illegal substances.I hope my experience there is better next time.

Came in for a lug nut and replacement stud for my tire and had a great experience. Working with Jeremy, we were quickly able to get the needed parts and he was also kind enough to check the check engine light code on my car. Would highly reccomend 10/10

I went there today at 7:45am the store wasnt open. I called the number posted on the website and someone picks up the phone just to hang up without saying anything. I called 3 times and the same thing happened. I say there until 8:00 and the store still hasnt opened. I left and came back a half hour later, store still hasnt opened. Whats going on?

This is the last time I will use Autozone for anything I do on my car and my customers cars.I called to verify if a part was in the store like I always do. The clerk on the phone said it was in stock. Before I hung up the phone with him, I asked him to pull the part and keep it by the register since I was on my way.I arrived and asked the cashier if we spoke on the phone about the part I called about. He said yes it was, and said that he needed to locate the part in the back and I would have to hold on while he looks for it.( Defeating the purpose of calling, verifying it was in stock and asking him to pull the part)So honestly, after 25 min of waiting, with at least 2 employees working in the store not helping me, I decided to leave the store and go home.This is the 2nd and Last bad experience at Autozone in Bayshore that I will have.It wont hurt your bottom line, but you turned away a busy loyal customer

Was able to get Check Engine codes read for free. The staff here is extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this store without a doubt.

The worst. And i mean the absolute worst service i have ever seen in my life. There is always a long line and the people at the register take phone calls while you are standing there and look stuff up for a long time while you wait. I took the time to drive there and the phone takes precedence??? I would never go back and spend my money where the employees could care less.

I was in line for a half an hour and the girl at the counter let two people go in front of me as they walked in the door. They had no Knowledge of working and the computers they couldn’t find any of my parts. What a completely waste of time I would never go to this store again!!!! Half the stuff in the store you can get at home Depot for a lot less.The other part I dont like about stores like this is that half ass mechanics work there offering their advise to customers that dont know any better. Then they spend thier money on subpar parts that dont last as long as ome parts.If youre not a mechanic and want to save some money by doing the work youre self; go for it. But usee advice of well know you tube users. Not these guys that are making 10 bucks an hour selling cheap parts.Spend the extra money and buy ome parts, youll replace them less often.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this Auto Zone located in Bay Shore, NY!!! We had an issue with my car breaking down. It was way over due for an oil change. So my fiancé and I stalled twice before stopping here. We finally get here & buy the necessary parts for an oil change. One of the associates came out & asked if we need anything, We needed a certain wrench bc the oil filter wouldnt come off. He went back inside & came out with sockets for our tool, a lightbar to help see, and a wrench. I couldnt have been more thankful & grateful for this associate, I wish I could have caught his name so I could have posted it here. Once we were done, We gave them back the items they let us use & there was a tiny bit of oil in the parking lot. The manager came out with kitty litter to help soak it up. Thankfully we had stopped here!! We got amazing service!! So I would definitely recommend Auto Zone in Bay Shore, NY. Also theyre pricing is very reasonable. Thank you so much for everything guys!!!! It truly means a lot that there is still nice genuwine people out there who really care!!!
