I will have to admit Im not a big fan of Michaels because every time I went there it was never organized. I primarily pick up T-shirts because that is my side Hustle and all the shirts were always a mess. Unfortunately AC Moore went out of business because of a pandemic subject not to be discussed in this review. I would have gave it five stars but as usual the t-shirts still are a mess. I have no choice now but the shop here when I need to make a special order when a customer forgets how many he or she needed. I do order online most of my shirts so this is only an emergency stop. I know are we going after other because it is the only place besides Joann. Jo-Anns is too far for me to travel. I will Explore More in Michaels and in time it will be I hope where I would like to shop for my crafts.

The young lady Sarah was very helpful on assisting me picking a frame and a back round for me on something that means a lot to me.. she also assisted me with a 2nd frame on my old cartoons which came out great...

Prices are excellent has everything my son needs

Nice and quiet. Store is usually not crowded so it makes it easier to find help. They have so many different things and of course the coupons are great.

The website regenerated my order pickup location to this store after checking out online while physically closer to this location. I get that I should have checked. My problem is that when I called to rectify this situation, I found out an employee fraudulently marked down that I picked up the order and presented my ID even though I was 30 minute away at that point. The store manager, Julie, was no help in rectifying this issue and merely suggested I call the 1-800 when all she had to do was refund the order pickup. Complete lack of professionalism and attention to detail.

As I enter the store, someone always asks if I need anything or if I need help finding something. The store is always well stocked and clean.

This store is an excellent resource for so many household decor projects. For example, the selection of picture frames and silk florals is impressive.

Stopped by the bay shore store and asked the cashier(Judy) if a certain paint would work on cardboard and was told to read the label 🤔

The best place to find everything you need for crafting.

Went here and didn’t feel the need to pick up a cart. So I held my paints against my chest as I roamed the store. One white younger female employee kept watching me and standing near me as if she thought I was going to steal the paints. I felt very uncomfortable here as a person of color and will not be going back.

Michaels was very amazing. The store is fantastic. There is an abundance of diy merchandise for you. I go to Michaels to buy my clay for my YouTube channel (The Clay Dude) and my mom also buys yarn. There is a lot for you to get there. I highly suggest going to Michaels

I went to this Michaels to buy a new cricket blade, look at the Martha Stewart section of the store and get stocked up on Anna Griffan papers of which the store had none of the items I was looking for. I saw only 2 employees on the sales floor and the one I did ask didnt know the answer to any of my questions. Other than that there is plenty of parking, sale items were clearly marked, it is clean and bright. They had a large variety of fabrics and craft supplies and the checkout process was quite fast.

I love going to Michaels. This visit though, with the things I was looking for, the shelves werent fully stocked with what I needed so I was pretty disappointed. But they always have such a great selection, always something to buy our a great crazy to make. And always great deals when you have a coupon or coupons!

Because you can find supplies for your projects or did ideas you want to be creative like if you going to do something like special and you want and you make up your own projects like an art project you can be created and they have the supplies that you need the shirts yarn paint you name it they have it

Michaels is your go to shop if youre thinking of starting a DIY project. It has all the essentials for your crafty needs. I went to buy a dry erase white board and an easel. Best part there were 60% off coupons. Thats one more thing to love about the store is that they have promotions going on alm year round. And if you sign up with your email address, your coupons are in your inbox to use. I love its customer service and return policy. We went back almost a month and half later and still got the refund. It also has some pretty decorative summer stuff that I have my eyes on. Great store. Great business. Love it. Happy shopping!

Always a line...never have I been to this store without having to stand on line...after not finding everything I was looking for.☹

They had the brand colored pencils that my wife wanted...but I was looking for beads and they had a lot of beads out of stock...for my bead work I will buy from a Native American site online from now on.

I cant keep my wife away from here. Not just a craft store, but the best craft store. Picture frames of all kinds and sizes, sports holders for baseballs, hockey pucks, footballs, sports cards etc., All seasons decorations, plus during Christmas they have different villages and items of that sort. Items for shirt decorations including shirts too. Great reasons for sports minded guys to go like me.

As always, a great place to find all the little knickknacks you cant find in other stores, and as always, quite understaffed and a bit messy, just like every other retail business these days.

This store is set up a little differently than our normal store but we found what we needed. A longer line at checkout but they moved pretty quick.

In the store now. There are almost 20 people on line with two very slow cashiers.

Anything you want for your arts and crafts you can find here. Service is very nice however they are not fast. The cashier was chit chatting with a customer even though the line was getting long. I found that a bit rude

I went on a Sunday and I was the last customer to leave the store. I asked the cashier for the discount and her response was a little too harsh. I know they wanted to go home but they could be a little nicer.

This time it is not the circumstances. Like other retail, the store keeps up with annual occasions and may be overboard with holidays.
