Really friendly and helpful worker. Recommend!!!

I will give zero stars for this store if I can. Overcharge me B&W printing fee every time I went there. Per page, B&W is 0.35 which is not UPS standard fee 0.25. Overcharge me computer fee since I bring my USB to the store for printing. Long wait time. Never go there again.

Charged $2 bucks to print 2 pages and made me connect to WiFi to print. They said it would cost $5 to email them pages to print. Every ups store charges different rates and in poorer areas they charge way more than in other cities with higher incomes. Basically because if you need their services they can overcharge. Nice employees but horrible unregulated costs due to all being independently owned and operated.

I love going here! Close and very friendly people. I never had any problems with them. Always helpful and quick service.

I have all UPS packages sent here for pickup instead of my house to avoid porch pirates

The manager Manager Erik came over to assist when the other staff didn’t even turn around when I was at the counter. He took my package, taped it up, then after he was done told me he’s charging me a dollar to tape it instead of telling me up front before doing it. After asking if I wanted a receipt he bruskly said “we’re done here.”Not friendly, but they performed their job functions adequately.

I drive here because I get treated like a valued customer ❣️

I am currently at UPS Store 1064, which has truly been a nightmare. I opened a mailbox a little over a month ago and all seemed fine until this morning. I received a message that my mailbox was closed. I signed a 3 month agreement and paid in full. Came into the store to get it resolved and the people working here Blanca and Shannon act like they are doing me a favor reinstating the account which by the way has not occurred yet. I have been deferred to a holding spot until they are not busy, in the meanwhile I was advised in an email to no longer use this address. This needs to be corrected immediately and some other perks should come with it. I am being very patient.

Quick service, no waiting. Good for Verisign finger printing.
