Arrived on time, all three movers were polite, moved everything out, no damage and I added a few items and was moved with no problems. They even moved several items to the garage that wasnt being moved.Put everything into place, cleaned up the mattress container, tv box and took it when they left.I would highly recommend Corrigan for any type of move.Office staff was top of the line and walked us through any issues we had.Dave

After more than two dozen moves this company was the most considerate, conscientious, and professional mover we have ever had. Moving my mother’s estate during COVID when we were unable to be there, they were excellent at keeping us informed during the whole process. They even went back to the facility to pick up items that were not in my mothers room and shipped them to us at no additional expense.

Our moving experience with Corrigan was basically very good. The staff in MI who assisted us in packing were absolutely top-notch. We opted to use containers (five) instead of a traditional van. In retrospect, I wish wed have used a van. My four-star rating reflects the delivery sub-contractor in GA (A.C. White). The containers arrived on a flatbed truck. The delivery team brought no way to access the containers from the ground. Fortunately I was able to provide a ladder, as well as a screw-gun to open one of the containers, AND carton knives to speed up the removal of the packing blankets. Their apparent tools consisted of a single claw hammer. We incurred NO breakage, but the delivery crew did put a scratch in the hardwood flooring with one of their dollies. A.C. White and our rental agency are presently mediating a repair. Using a van instead of containers would have delivery much faster. Had the delivery team taped the bottoms of their dollies as the loading team did, we probably wouldnt have incurred the floor scratch. Bottom line: loading team, including the Corrigan office staff, Excellent! Delivery subcontractor, not so good. I would definitely recommend Corrigan as a mover.

We had a great experience with Corrigan team from start to finish. The estimates given for moving by Melinda were were quite close to actual weight. The packers were efficient and respectful of our belongings. There Wes no damage to the house during the move. Jessica coordinated the actual move with assignment of the driver and follow up. Our move went very smoothly. Very professional and hard working people! The packing was done carefully and well. All the workers were polite and friendly and dressed in a clean uniform. They took good care to protect our carpets, doorways and walls. Although we moved to an area that is remote and has rough dirt roads, our belongings arrived safely and on time. From start to finish, Corrigan Moving Systems service was top notch. Moving is a huge undertaking especially after years in one place. After 19 years in one residence, I had to move my father across the country 1,500 miles. I needed a third party service for special packing of items, as well. Add to that an additional 450-mile move to a neighboring state at the same time for another relative! Needless to say details can get lost in the shuffle with an order like this but nothing fell through the cracks with Corrigan. Both the relocation specialist (Chris M.) and the moving coordinator (Jessica R.) handled all aspects of the move (and my nerves) expertly. They were very good about maintaining contact via phone and e-mail.When the day came time to pack up, the workers were courteous, swift, asked questions to make sure they understood what was to be shipped where, and they were overall friendly. Also the third party company they worked with was just as professional.The next day was loading day and those men gave my husband and I the same friendly, courteous service with attention to detail. Both drivers were in constant contact so by the time everything was loaded and out of sight, I was reassured that everything was safe.Both deliveries reached their destinations in a timely manner. There were two destinations, in fact, for the 1,500-mile move: the first a retirement community apartment and the second, a storage facility where they unloaded into 2 units.There has been only one thing discovered broken so far (not beyond repair) that could have been packed better but despite that I would definitely recommend Corrigan. Theyve proven to me they can handle multiple moves across multiple states at the same time as well as handle any issues that crop up before, during and after in a timely manner. Great job!

Corrigan was not the cheapest quote we received for our cross country move. That being said, the level and quality of customer service I received in the process of getting the quote helped to instill confidence in Corrigans ability to both get the job done and do it right the first time.The individual who came out to do the estimate was a local contracted through Corrigan, but they were still prompt, professional, respectful, asked good questions, and erred on the side of things taking up more space in the truck and weighing more, instead of trying to keep the cost to implausibly low numbers. Their sheet, covering the items in our apartment was the most detailed of the three we received, by far.The individuals who arrived on the pickup day to load the truck were also prompt, professional, respectful, careful with our stuff, and loaded a remarkable number of boxes, and furniture items in a very short period of time. We offered fresh, cold, bottled water and they were appreciative even though thanking us for offering water was hardly required of them.We moved during the first two weeks of July. All three of the companies I called warned me that it was functionally the busiest part of the year for them and that it would take time for the truck to arrive at its destination. Corrigan provided a healthy delivery window (roughly 10 days) and the promise was a guaranteed pick up on the day I chose, and guaranteed delivery within that window. They kept me updated on the progress, including when the original driver fell ill and there was a delay while a replacement was brought in. Ultimately, our things were delivered on the final day of the window. It was frustrating to go without for so long, but I was incredibly grateful that they kept to their promised window, in spite of the busy period and delays along the way.Thanks to the original estimator being conservative, our belongings came in significantly under the estimated weight and we wound up receiving a refund of almost 10% of the total cost. In the end, this brought the cost of moving with Corrigan down below the better estimate which may even have cost more due to under-estimation of weight and volume on their part.Ultimately, I hope to avoid needing to move cross country again. Ever. Should it happen anyway, Corrigan will be the first company I call for an estimate.Do keep in mind, this is not a fast process. It takes time to collect your things, much more time to drive them from point A to point Z (with the 24 other points in between), and all sorts of delays can occur along the way. My experience taught me that picking the people who were straightforward, honest, and professional in their dealings was the better choice than going with the people who told me what they thought I wanted to hear.Final thoughts:If you pick Corrigan, they will take good care of you and your things. Be kind enough to return the favor with your own patience and politeness. Also, always tip your movers. They work incredibly hard and will wind up handling most of your prized possessions in the process of loading or unloading the truck. Theyll do a good job. Treat them well and theyll do an even better one. The peace of mind is worth the tip.

I cant say enough about what a great job Kristin did for me with all of my scheduling difficulties- and how awesome the whole team of movers I had was. They were very nice and did a great job of protecting the house floors, walls and interior! They moved everything I asked and went above and beyond to make the move as easy for me as possible They even took some difficult items out of walls and helped pack some items I forgot to pack. Upon arrival at the new house, they really were invaluable!!! We used Corrigan Moving Co. to move my father from his home of 50 yrs to an apartment. This was a very stressful move because my father was not happy about it and when it came time for moving day, he was in the hospital. The only thing that was not stressful was working with Corrigan Moving Co. One phone call was all it took to set it up. The day they unloaded our furniture from Corrigan United storage, we discovered that our Henredon bedeoom dresser was missing and several other items. Company was immediately notified by us and the truck driver. It has been 8 months and still no settlement. Their sales rep, Melinda Becker, took pictures of our belongings, the movers tagged it, inventoried it, moved it and stored it and LOST IT. Now they say the burden of proof is on us. We have a contract stating 100% replacement cost. 8 months have gone by - no settlement yet! Now they refuse to pay the tax until the item is replaced - its discontinued so no luck there This company and their United Claims rep, Christina Foster, have been playing games for 8 months. They partially paid claim TAX INCLUDED but now will not pay the tax on the dresser until its replaced. Talk about double standards. So now I will also include the large delivery fee coming from North Carolina to Idaho. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. ITS A FULL TIME JOB JUST TRYING TO SETTLE A CLAIM.

The folks at Corrigan were awesome! They handled our move from California to Mexico City, and then back from Mexico to the U.S. Kristina Bader was a huge help! All our stuff got through customs with no delays and no issues. Moving internationally is a big enough challenge, but the folks at Corrigan took the move of our household goods off my list of headaches. Oh, and they did a great job handing the storage of our stuff that we didnt take with us, including two cars, while we were gone. great job guys!

We just had our first major move from Michigan to Colorado. We were a bit apprehensive but found the whole process to be relatively harmless. The estimate was the best of three and the had great support throughout the process. The actual loading and unloading was professional from start to finish.

I recently moved from Pennsylvania USA to Germany and I was personally completely unprepared for the homegoods shipping portion. I had a flurry of quotes from many less than reputable companies, and then I found Corrigan. My move coordinator was excellent from the first time I spoke to her. I ended up on a very short time line(less than a week to organize before my plane left) and Corrigan took it without issue. With incredibly little time, they were one of the few companies able to organize a packing service on short notice, work out all of the documentation, and get me going. My shipment was not even that big, and they still treated me like I was a valued customer.The packing company showed up on time, were effecient and careful with my belongings. Then I just hopped on my plane and Corrigan took care of the rest. There was a small hicup in transit of my goods, but Corrigan handled it swiftly and professionally all the while keeping excellent communication lines open with me on updates. I felt like they really treated my personal belongings like they were their own.Corrigan also has skillfully selected their international and domestic partners. In Germany, Hartmann took over the final destination portion and they were just as reliable and good at communicating. Actually, on the delivery day there was an ice storm the night before, and the driver still made it at 8am as promised.One of the most notable things about this experience, was the feeling of confidence I had in Corrigan from the start. There are many sketchy shipping companies out there and I just felt like Corrigan would get it right. It can be pretty scary giving someone all of your important possessions away to strangers if you dont trust them.Overall I was extremely satisfied with Corrigan and their partnerstl;drPros-Trustworthy-Fast-Good communication-Competetively priced for professional international moving-Billing was straight forward with no hidden fees.Cons-Really, none that I can think of. For me, the experience was only positive.
