I was looking for a Mitsubishi Outlander for a few weeks and found this wonderful dealership that had the perfect car that literally has everything I WANTED AND LOVE! My sales guy Alex was very friendly and easy to work with we traveled from Virginia all the way to Bay City, MI to purchase our car, and I am very satisfied they all took the time to explain everything and all the technology on the car also the Owner was really nice and great customer service! I went in their to purchase a 2014 M-Benz I thought we had a deal and they backed out on me, my credit score high 700s they got me financed through a credit union $ 320. Per month for 72 months I asked if I could get a second key Id even pay for half of it they said nope we refuse to get you a second key even though I said Id pay cash for half of it.. the finance MGR. Is a total IDIOT!They lost a sale over a key, Id never buy anything there.... Shop at your own risk!!!

Only place Ill take my car for service. I love the online ease of setting appointments, The waiting area is very comfortable, and they always wash my car at the end of service, even an oil change! I cannot say how much I appreciate that. Love this place!

First time at this place. I usually go to the mitsubishi dealership in Southfield of course because I live in Detroit but decided to come here and check out some cars. My Fiance and I went out looking for a car on Saturday 6/26/21. We stopped by and talked with Kevin he was very nice and not pushy at all when we told him that we were just looking and that we would go home and talk over our options. Absolutely OUTSTANDING purchase experience!! I looked all cross the lower 48 states to find the most perfect Shelby GT-350R and I found it here (of all places, but I am SO glad it was at Showcase!) Jereme (the sales manager) set a VERY fair price for the car. I called to enquire about the car early on the first day it was advertised and within minutes of hanging up, I called right back to put a deposit on the car and Im VERY glad that I did because apparently during the day Jereme and Kevin (Kevin was my sales person) received offers for more than the asking price. I applaud Jereme and Kevin for their integrity and professionalism for declining any further offers after I made my deposit! I flew into Bay City from the Washington DC area to complete the purchase and pick up the car on the one daily flight from DC but my flight arrived at around 8:45 PM, well after the closing time of the dealership. Kevin, one of the genuinely nicest people Ive ever met, picked me up from the airport in spite of having a family/young children at home. He brought me by the dealership to see the car and Jereme was there waiting. They brought me back to the bay where the 350R was waiting, covered up in its custom car cover. When they removed the cover, I couldnt believe my eyes - the car was absolutely PERFECT! Even better than the superb photos that Kevin had taken for the ad. There were absolutely ZERO scratches, nicks, dings - it was flawless, nor was there even a speck of dirt or dust on the car. Kevin then drove me to my hotel and very kindly picked me up in the morning to bring me to the dealership. He and Jereme even picked up a wonderful breakfast spread from a local (and very good) restaurant/diner. So we bought a car from this dealership and was told that the car was mechanically sound. 2 days later we have a check engine light on the struts are going bad and the ac doesnt work. Dont trust this dealership they will tell you whatever to make a deal. I guarantee you will find better service and more honest people anywhere else. And as for your reply I would be happy to take a picture of the paperwork and post it here so you records are wrong. I covered the vin but as you can see another lie from showcase Mitsubishi. Ty for proving my point.

Sales people are very nice. Finance people not so much. They say they work with all credit and income situations but thats not the case. The finance people even go as far as discussing your finances and credit loudly in the showroom around other customers and sales people. We left pretty frustrated and purchased a new car at a great rate elsewhere. Theres plenty of dealerships in the area so if youre going there only because you want a mitsubishi then just make the trip to Grand Blanc.

I feel that I was baited...We are in the market for a new car and after looking at showcases website they prices listed were very appealing. So we came in for a test drive of a couple cars we found online. while we went on the test drive they took our keys to evaluate our trade in. After the test drive we went inside to see what kind of a deal we could come up with. The price we were give wasnt anything close to what was advertised online. We asked why the price isnt whats listed online, and the salesman show us were on the fine print you have to go to another page that shows who qualifies for that and of course we didnt. we told the salesman that we feel like we were baited and were going to pass on the car and that we would like our keys. well apparently the manager has our keys and we had to wait for him. Both my fiancee and I had worked all day and our kids were getting anxious and we all just wanted to leave. The manager comes over and asked whats the problem? I told him that we feel like we were baited and just want to go home and asked for our keys. He kept asking us questions and trying to sell us and I kept asking him to please give us our keys. He kept say I will ,one minute let me tell you this or let me show you this. We began to get very frustrated and couldnt believe they were holding our keys hostage! We might have considered showcase for the future until the manager got involved. The salesman was nice enough and even told us that were not the first to feel this way. But after the manager keeping us there until he was done was just not professional. And because of that were done trying to work with showcase.

The financial guy whos name escapes me right now was also extremely helpful and very polite . Everyone in the dealership was extremely polite as well. I picked up the car on a Saturday and was told they would put on my trailer hitch and address a couple of small items I found the following week. These items were addressed the following week. I came into contact with Andy a number of years ago after we discovered our mutual interest in Mitsubishi cars (I own two of them), but I lived out of state and had been spoiled by having a family member in the business who always took care of me, so needless to say I never thought I would need to go to his dealership. My family and I recently moved to Jackson, MI (two hours away from Bay City) and I began having issues with my heat 2003 Montero Limited (no heat=no good in Michigan winters). I had taken it to multiple shops, but no one could figure out the issue. One shop wanted to replace my heater core and radiator, one did multiple coolant flushes/back flushes, another shop simply said they didnt know. Now like many Montero owners, I absolutely love this vehicle and, since it still has less than 100k miles on it, I wanted to find a shop that could fix this issue. I decided to contact Andy at Showcase Mitsubishi and he let me know that he was confident that his service department would be able to get it fixed. He put me in touch with Darrel in service and, after determining that this sounded like a quality shop that knew what they were talking about, I made the drive to Bay City. I understood in advance that it might take a few days to diagnose and troubleshoot the problem, so they put me in a loaner vehicle and set to work. It turns out that it was not a heater core as I had feared, but a number of very strange things regarding the coolant lines, some sort of sensor, and the heating head unit (where the heat and AC nobs/dials are). I am not sure how they figured it all out, but they did get the problem solved and now my heat blows hot again! Darrel communicated regularly and also addressed a number of other concerns I had with the vehicle. He also explained things in terms of costs and benefits, as it generally does not make sense to try to fix every minor detail to make a 16 year old vehicle perfect, but he did go over everything with me very thoroughly. In the end I believe they did everything that they could to be transparent and sought to solve each of the problems I was experiencing in a cost effective way (i.e., looking for aftermarket parts, etc.). Very glad to have heat again and, even though I will have to drive a bit (also note that there are multiple Mitsubishi dealerships that are closer to me), I look forward to doing business with Showcase in the future and will be bringing my 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander in for service in a few months. Dont hesitate - I strongly recommend doing business with Showcase. Andy and Darrel, thanks for the great experience and service!

I’ve never bought a car from the dealership because my credit is not the greatest. Vernell took the time to find me the body size (CUV) and price that I was looking for. He made sure to explain everything to me and even picked me up to test drive and purchase the car because I didn’t have one. I should start off by saying Ive never actually purchased a vehicle from them. Only have been there for service on my Mitsubishi Eclipse that I bought through private sale, but Darrel in the service department along with the rest of the service team are top notch guys! They do excellent work and provide fair pricing and they dont try to add on anything thats unnecessary. I would definitely recommend them and wouldnt hesitate to buy a Mitsubishi or any other car from them. One of the problems often when buying any car is the post-sale experience and how the dealer will treat you afterwards through servicing the vehicle and what not. I can assure anyone though that they will stand behind you, and any vehicle you bring to them for any maintenance or repairs! They truly represent the Mitsubishi Motors brand well!
