I typically enjoy coming to this store, but today is a bit of an exception, returning for a booster after getting annual shots for dog a few weeks back... shouldn’t be so complicated to check in... 🤷‍♀️

I was so happy to get wood pellets. Menards was out of supply and couldnt tell me when it would be delivered. Staff was helper and polite.

I checked the website to see if they carried an item. I drove there and asked the man on the floor where the item was located and he completely nasty to me. I was appalled at the level of rudeness. I understand they don’t always have things in the store that they carry on line. That’s not the problem. The problem is customer service. I own a business and I would terminate any employee who spoke to a customer in that manner.

I have shopped at this store on numerous occasions and left some not so great reviews. I bought fittings for my air compressor and been back there on a couple of occasions to get fitting as i ad on tools. They still stock the brand but most of it is for automotive fittings and i started with there industrial fittings which they dont have many of now. So now i need to go to another store to get them. And yes i did bring this to their attention.just frustrated.

I love this place! I love that I can bring my golden retriever in on a leash. She loves to walk around, smelling everything and picking out a new toy. The staff is really friendly and service is quick. I go here for feed, gardening supplies, maple syrup stuff, everything! Even their riding boots are priced decently. Havent figured out what their rewards program does, but thats ok.

I really love coming to tractor supply. They are very friendly. The last time i went in there i bought leaf lawn bags. Got 6 bundles but when i got home i had 7. So the next day i went in and explained what happened when i got home there was 7 instead of 6 an i want to pay for for the one i did not. The lady was baffled and could not believe i came back. Well Honesty is the rite thing to do i told her, she said well thank you for coming back in an paying..she was still in dis belief. But they are always friendly, and helpful. Dog food and clothing prices are reasonable. I will continue to come back. God bless

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, they didnt have either of the lawnmower parts (fuel filter and spark plugs) that I needed.To be fair, neither did the seven auto supply and hardware stores that I visited. ( My riding mower is getting up there in years.)Theres much to be said for let your fingers do the walking. Had I called first, I would have saved time and gasoline.

The store was clean and the staff were nice. We bought a large riding lawn mower and the manager put it together for us to pick up within 2 hours. He was great about ordering it and he even help load it onto the trailer.Im giving 4 stars because some of the staff arent very knowledgeable about their products. When an employee called for assistance, it took a long time to get someone to come help.

My dog loves going there. We walk around forever together so he can sniff all the sniffs and get all the pets he can. He likes the pig ears they have and sometimes I let him pick out a new toy. Today he picked out a stuffed taco. He had to carry it around the store to show everyone before we could leave.

Loved the place. First time there. Huge selection of just about everything. Lots of clothes. Great everday prices and sale prices too. Clerk signed me up for the Neighbors Club and gave me a $5.00 discount at the register. Im going back tomorrow!

Out of all the tractor supplies this one didnt have as much variety of items. It wasnt a bad store just a limited supply. Wouldnt deter someone from going there though. Nice staff.

Fix the loading dock. As a company, you should be ashamed of yourself. The store has been there for close to twenty years, and thousands of man hours have been wasted with drivers trying to get into the dock.

Good service, friendly staff. Feed I got seemed old. Rabbits wouldnt eat it. I imagine though that I could have exchanged it if I had returned it.

Cant say I go too often to this place, but when i do their customer service is outstanding. They do have good products as well.

Used to have a great selection of quality pet foods, now they rarely have what I need in stock, or if they do, its in a small uneconomical size - need to buy 2 or 3 at twice the cost of 1 large bag.

I found exactly what I was looking for and was helped immediately when I had a question. I have returned several times for other items I saw during previous visits. Prices are comparable to their competition, but they also have items not found elsewhere.

You can usually can find anything you need or they will search for you.

Could have dropped a grenade in the place and not hit a store employee. Substandard customer service. Was told lll be right with you when l couldnt find what l was looking for and never saw the guy again, left after 10 minutes.

Great selection of everything you would need. However service is subpar. Understaffed, i went in there for vaccines for my dog. I located the vaccines myself with no help. They were locked in a fridge. The lady at the back desk was busy so went to ask an employee at front of store, who was free, if she could unlock the fridge. Was told she did not have the keys that i would have to wair for the assistant at the back desk. Wait 10+ min while they spoke with another customer about coat selection online. Finally cashier relaised ahe had a line and aaked if there was anything we needes that was quick. I said yes and it took less than 2 minutes for her to unlock the fridge and for me to be cashed out and out the door. No reason i shouldve had to wait so long for something so simple when they have a free person. Would not go to again unless it is the only place that has what i desire
