Not as great as the Midland location. Good product. Pumpkin dirty chai came to 7.10 with oat milk. Some fake plants pull the vibe just a little off. Otherwise, kind service and a cute small shop.

This place is AMAZING! The staff were incredibly friendly and the environment is second to none. This is a must visit place for any coffee enthusiast.

As a person who travels a lot for work I have had many a cold brew in my day. Few stand out but here at live oak I can confidently say the maple cold brew is the best cold brew I have ever had. So, do yourself a favor. Order it and thank the barristas for making your life that much better.

Very aesthetic and cozy coffee shop. They have a satisfying and reasonably priced coffee, and I enjoyed the homemade oat bars. The name of the cafe, as confirmed by the barista, is based on the live oak trees you see in the Carolinas, which have big beautiful limbs that spread far and wide create big canopies. I used to live in Wilmington, NC so this reminded me of my prior home. The inside reflects the name by having a lot greenery and a variety of comfortable places to sit. Great spot for a Saturday morning pick me up

This place is awesome! They offer everything you can think of. They help you pick drinks and food items. If you don’t like what is made for you they are very accommodating with that as well, but I myself have never not liked something I ordered. They have options for vegan and vegetarians which is what I love most. The baristas are always friendly and helpful. The shop inside is small but beautiful and very aesthetic. It’s a nice place to sit with a friend or work by yourself. They have some seating outside for right now which is super nice! Stop going to starbucks, if you’re going to spend money on coffee spend it on good coffee. This is the place to go!

Small cozy place - met up with a friend to play a few games and have a morning coffee. Barista was pleasant/helpful - menu board was not working properly. I still dont know what all they have to offer.Will come back: peaceful environment plus the mocha was good.

I love live oak so much! I go often to both locations. The atmosphere is always cozy and the employees are really nice. You can tell that they are treated well by their employer!I follow them on social media and they are always giving shout outs to other businesses in the area, they like to give free coffee to local businesses as a pay it forward kind of thing, and they always recognize their employees for going above and beyond, and wish them a happy birthday on their birthday!Live oak will always have a special place in my heart!Also their syrups are made in house and fabulous! Not too sweet, and not artificial tasting! They also have some really yummy hot chocolate! One of my favorites and Ive tried many in my lifetime!

Im deaf so I went to this place twice so far. The barista named Avery. She got A + grade for the customer service! : ) We communicated through writing the notes with no problems. Thank you for treating me so well. Blueberry muffin is so tasty, it never fails me every time I get one here. Yummy!

Such delightful staff and atmosphere! Im partial to their lavender latte, which has been exquisite whenever someone there has made it. I cannot recommend this coffee shop enough.

We stayed next door at the Marriott. We are always hesitant to try local coffee houses as sometimes they are just too inconsistent. So we typically go Starbucks.This place was phenomenal. It gives us hope that more local coffee houses can be even better than the corporate chains.Would highly recommend

I go there at least 3 times a week. Destiny needs a raise she’s absolutely the best barista ever. She knows what I want before I do and is consistent. I love Live Oak

My fiancee and I took our engagement pictures here. The staff was super cool about it. Every time Ive been here has been fantastic. The staff I wonderful and their coffee is great. 10/10 will go again.

The coffee was excellent. We had our two small children with us and wouldnt recommend it to anyone with kids. The seating is tight and trying to get around with a car seat and diaper bag was pretty tough. We would certainly go back sans children 😉

Perfect atmosphere and coffeehouse experience

Called number listed. The person who answered said they were open until 9. Made a trip out at 6 only to find everything closed and a different number on the door. But the door also says they should be open until 8. I was excited to try this place but there seems to be a huge miscommunication issue.

Uptown Bay City continues to amaze! Delicious coffee prepared by amazingly competent baristas and an enjoyable ambiance make this a place Ill be coming back to!
