Walmart use to be my favorite store for years. No matter where I lived, whether it be in several different cities or towns I lived in. I also lived in other states and of course, Walmart was my favorite store.Anymore you cant even find anyone to HELP YOU, especially when you do find someone, their answer is I dont know seriously then why arent they teaching the NEW EMPLOYEES where to find things.The other problem is BARE SHELVES.The last one is I researched their website to make sure the have what I needed before I ride a bicycle all 6 miles one way and get there, and the employee tells me we dont always have what our website says . Then why on earth would they advertise they have it. False advertising. I would have went to another store then, unreal.Just disappointed in the store. Its went downhill so so bad.

Very nice Walmart! Nice employees, clean store and selection you expect from Walmart, however not all Walmart brand products are very durable/quality but you get what you pay for. Always a cheap option though and a better one on most products

No trip to Walmart is complete without a walk down the clearance aisle. For example, this retro Ghostbusters figure of a possessed toilet was found in the clearance aisle for only $3. I only needed a gallon of milk when I walked into the store but I couldnt resist checking out the clearance goods, and I am glad I did!

We were just killing time before our flight, wandering around the store - not really shopping. This store seemed clean and staff asked if they could help us. It was a pretty good Walmart.

Grocery pick up at this Walmart is always amazing! Always on time. Always have all or most of my order and the workers are super friendly!

I ordered a birthday cake from here and the decorator did amazing. I gave her a picture of what my daughter wanted and she made it happen. I wish I could share the photos on here. We will be back again and again.

I do most of my shopping 🛍 there. You can get anything from food to tires. They have good prices.

Love the friendly atmosphere at my Walmart, can always count on this store to have the new movie releases on 4K bluray for me. Sometimes I come here to look for anything new or unusual in movie, games, crafts and home just to procrastinate. If youre a pro procrastinator they have a nice deli where you can pick up a quick lunch then resume window shopping.

Customer service could a little better, but other than that its an good place to shop at.

Did an online pick up. Waited less then 10 minutes and had my purchase fully loaded. The lady who brought it out was super friendly and very quick. I even loved her pink hair!

The Tawas Walmart falls short in every category. Shelves are not well stocked (even before covid). Their selection is seriously limited. West Branch is by far better. More selection, sizes, nicer things... way mote clean! Employees are even nicer and more helpful.

I love Walmart but a lot of the pricing, especially items on sale either have no prices on them or are hard to locate.They also have discontinued a lot of Equate products that Ive been buying for years and cant find anywhere else.The frozen food selection needs to expand or order some new items please.For example; Hot Pocket selection use to have a variety of different sandwiches and for at least a year,, they give you the same 2 items now for a long time. Nobody wants that limited of options so now we go somewhere else

I usually dont like Walmart but the greeter actually greeted me on the way in and the way outand to my amazement did the same to the next four people that were standing next to mthey need to go over to meijers and give them some training or something because those people treat you like a second class citizen..To be honest I dont really understand why they have greeters at meijersall they seem to do is look at youmaybe they should be called lookers....Also Nance is an absolute Superstarshe makes my visit pleasant every single time I am there..she took the time to ask me how Im doing and also generally seemed happy to see me which is amazing and is beyond the call of Walmart dutyAlso I noticed a lot of the people at Walmart were taking the mask thing pretty seriouslyover at meijers theyre in a different type of world where viruses dont affect their ignorant judg-y attitudes..Overall my experience at Walmart was pretty stellarI even got some Reeses big cups there20 star experience

It never ceases to amazes me the selection of not only groceries, but the odds and ends that you cant find anywhere. The pharmacy is incredibly helpful, patient, knowledgeable and helpful....especially Danielle, she is outstanding for her cooperation, (I have a elderly mother who sometimes needs help with explanations), friendliness and just being a good person.

Okay Walmart is Walmart they all are pretty much the same. But come on Bay city location you have 40 registers why are only 4 open? I cant be the only person that has a hundred things on my to-do list and waiting in line whether that is for self checkout or registers is not on list. If you were to say umm I dont know open more than 4 or 5 of your registers when you see lines forming at every open register, your customers would greatly appreciate it thanks

One would think that Walmart could anticipate the probability of increased grocery demand over a holiday weekend and the week immediately prior to take the appropriate steps as to ensure the shelves were fully stocked. Not so for the Bay City, MI store.

Needed help finding a few things and asked 2 different employees, in different areas and they both were attentive, courteous, very helpful and made us feel we were important! Best service !!

As I did my weekly grocery shopping the Bay City Michigan location, I was dismayed by the damaged product on the shelves. Many items that I would normally purchased were not saleable due to extreme damage. Entire cases of coffee crushed. Dented cans and crushed boxes on the shelves in every aisle. Seems like the employees either dont care or are rushed through stocking.

Took my key fob into the automotive department had the manager help who ended up breaking my key fob so something that should have cost me 5 bucks is now going to cost me over a hundred for new fob and reprogramming. Thanks walmart.

I had the worst time trying to recycle my popcans I had two huge cart fulls so I go through the entrance and the greeter said ohno no you have to go back out and through the door next to the pop bottle machine ok fair enough but he could of at least been a gentleman and opened the door for me. Ok now Im ready to recycle my cans the machine wouldnt except half my cans there was absolutely nothing wrong with them brand new cans.. 😤😤😤😤 soafterwards I asked a new door greeter if she could please watch over my cans while I cashed my receipts out she had the biggest attitude with me she goes I guess hurray up. I hate Meijer because of their ridiculous prises but they do treat you so much better. I WILL NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!!!

Not inforcing mask! People who has covid-19. Was walking in store no mask. I told a worker, they said ™oh well not my problem. I left and will not come back, again.Big sign say MUST WEAR MASK! Yet no one will enforces. But buy a bag of popicles, and Same security guard. Will chance you out the store, if you dont show him a receipt. I think your priorities are a little misguided.

Online returns were not working. Then when I went to get my pictures after 20 minutes they stuck someone in photos qho had no idea where thing were. Then I went back to return online order and the lady said it was still down without even trying. I know its hard to get workers but maybe managers should step up and take some responsibilities.

I had a contact lens exam today and everyone was very helpful. I really like the Dr. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions.

No amigos to use. What ones were not in use were dead. Staff did not plug them in. I couldnt do all my shopping because I couldnt walk. Also you do not carry all the things I purchase on a regular basis so I have to go to two stores. With my disability n covid that is not recommend. So I only shop at Walmart maybe once every other month or so. Just not worth me going. Theres never a amigo to use n if there is one is dead n you dont carry things I use.

Poor customer service in the Bakery Department. I tried to order a custom cake and was told they couldnt make it because they didnt have a cake decorator.

Im not a big Walmart fan, but this location has it all. Ive seen a lot locations lose their McDonalds or Subway, salon services and etc, this location keeps their Tennants.For all those who are whining about masks, the store has no real control over these matters and besides that, vaccinated folks are allowed to not wear them according to your supreme leaders and the all knowing cdc. Get over it.

Low prices, moderate selection, but beware of your surroundings. Saw an older gentleman get hit by a car crossing the parking lot to the front entrance. He was about 3 feet from the sidewalk and was hit. Poor guy. Not Walmarts fault but still be careful.
