Very Friendly... thats itthey will smile as they take all of your money.hidden fees for services that are typically part of getting a new phone or plan. oh, we can do that for you....without saying theres a $40 dollar charge for it. additionally, very misleading information on upsales and pushing unnecessary stuff under the guise of discounts that end up costing more than the original product.

Alexis helped me and Robert made us laugh. Walked in 10 mins before closing and both were very nice and enjoyable. They were not bother by me and my kids coming in right before closing time. This is no McCracken Im in the store or just left the store here Verizon in the Bay City Texas and Stephanie is one that helped me and my computer I couldnt get it to work with the Internet actually 2 laptops she fixed both of them and Im very satisfied not preciate appreciate the story in Bay City Im from Missouri and its that show me state so I came in here she showed me exactly what I had to do

Awesome service from (can’t remember her name) black chick (is that pc to say) who said over after store was closed to finish helping me get 2 new iphones. only thing was the ac turned off automatically and it got really hot.

WORST PLACE TO BUY A PHONE!!I bought a Samsung 8s plus at 535pm yesterday and I realized I didnt like it. To fancy just needed a construction phone bc I drop it and my son uses my phone. I didnt even take the charger out of the box or anything. I put it back in the bag and tried to return it today AT 230ISH to get a different phone. They say u have 14 days well thats a lie. Bc obviously less than 24hrs after I bought it they wont take it bc the otterbox ALEXIS THE SALES MANAGER put an on it and then the ANOTHER ASSOCIATE today did again trying to get my screen protector on must of scratched the top. I WANTED a SCREEN PROTECTOR which they DID NOT have at WIRELESS ZONE. So i had to get a 20 dollar one at walmart it was a pro glassSo bc Alexis or the other girl or me could have scratched it putting the case on....BTW there were no scratches on it when I bought it in bc i looked and I didnt use it.....SO LESS THAN 24HRS AFTER PURCHASE ....I CAN NOT return a $900.00 dollar phone bc it has tiny minut scratches which were CAUSED by the $63.00 dollar OTTERBOX CASE I BOUGHT TO PROTECT IT in which the SALES MANAGER PUT ON MY PHONE for me! Then another associate today trying to convince me to keep it.So not sure who did it Im stuck with I phone I dont want!!!! WORST VERIZON AUTHORIZED DEALER EVER!!!!#DID I SAY THAT THE SALES MANAGER SENT A TEXT (which before the text they were taking the phone back..and she was the one who got the commission from my purchase!!) THEN THEY WERE WHISPERING AND LOOKING AT MY PHONE!!
