Bought a 2014 Nissan murano about 4 months ago. Already needs a bearing replaced, a new starter. Couldnt get it into their warranty shop before my 3 month 3g warranty ran out! AC doesnt work either! Definitely bring a mechanic with you!

We asked to look at a couple cars and we were informed that they had to have a credit check done and paperwork in order for us to just look at a car. We do things backwards hear direct quote from a manager or assistant manager. Not sure which one since they did not introduce themselves.

First, I want to say that Hollywood is awesome. If they would have had the car I was interested in on the lot, he would have had a sale. Now, to the not so good part. I contacted RightWay to inquire about a specific car. They sent me a text and asked that I come in, which I did. They took a copy of my DL which is normal for test drives. What what not so normal, is that they wanted to run my credit even though they did not have the car I was interested in, nor would they even give me a price of any car on their lot unless they ran my credit, so I didnt even know if there was something in my price range that I would even be interested in. I feel that unless there is a specific car that you definitely want to buy, then credit should not be run, because theres no point. I know the range value of my trade in and I know how much I can afford, so unless there was a car in my price range that I was looking for, there was no need to run my credit. I felt like I was lured in under false pretenses to get me in a car that THEY wanted me to drive, not for what I was looking for.

Do not buy a vehicle from this place . If I could of gave them zero stars I would have . Hollywood sold my son a truck back in February before all this COVID stuff . He has had nothing but trouble with the truck and COVID happened then no one was there to get ahold of before his warranty run out . He tryed over and over to call Hollywoods cell phone and would not return his calls . Now they are open back up they will not do anything for him cause the warranty has run out . Go someplace else for a vehicle cause these people will screw you over . If they don’t want bad reviews then they should be doing what ever they can for their customers . For starters getting rid of Hollywood .

I gotta say. My experience here was what I least expect it to be. I thought this was just another car place that clam they could get me approved for a loan and then have me go through a bunch of stuff just to be told that they cant get me approved but it wasnt at all. Not only did they get me approved but they got me into a newer vehicle that I never would of thought that I could get. Hollywood was very patient with me and just kept on working with me until he could get me into a new vehicle. I honestly never expected a sales rep to be so patient like he was. Troy the financial manager was also very helpful and understanding. Stop in to run some numbers. They were checking with banks for loans. Said they would call the next day. Waited until end of day to call them. They said they would call me back again. Never heard from them terrible customer service. My family had bought 5 cars from this dealership over the years. All new people and none are helpful. This has been a great place to buy a vehicle. They have a modest selection of very nice vehicles. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating and will do whatever they can to help you find the right vehicle to fit your family and budget. We had problems with our vehicle within a month of owning the vehicle and they were amazingly helpful and accommodating. They got the vehicle into their shop right away and even let us test drive one of the stores vehicles so we wouldnt be stranded. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will highly recommend anyone to go there. I will definitely be returning when it comes time for another vehicle for my family.

Sold my wife a Saturn ion with a has leak refused to fix it but one of their mechanic told us it was like that when we test drove it but we wasnt made aware of it . Not to mention the price change after we signed

Absolutely lied to us on the phone...we drove over an hour to get there and then they refused to even allow us to test drive any thing other than a Ford fusion hybrid....even after we explained to them we need a truck or SUV because of where we live....we get snow drifts the size of that car....then I had one of the salesman scream in my face about how I wasnt listening to them....no Im not listening n neither were they!!
