I had a hitch installed. Work done was perfect.My only concern was with the counter staff. They were not welcoming at all. I have used Rowleys for many years. This was a first for me. Perhaps something bad had just happened. I spent a lot of money to be treated as an inconvenience.

Worst experience ever. Mechanic got into my truck and jabbed the brake pedal causing brake fluid to leak out of abs module. Said he couldnt align it because of that. So they sent me home without any brakes. What a fun ride home 15 miles away without brakes. Almost two accidents on the way home. Thanks Rowleys

Started coming to rowleys after having been done wrong by bell tire down the road a few years back. I have had work done a few times with them, just recently id bought 4 new tires for a set of aftermarket rims I had. Theyd installed the new tires as Id asked, balanced them then I took them home to clean the rims before installing on my alero. Found the valve stems were leaking from the base on 2 of the tires real fast so finished cleaning and headed back to them. Apon taking it back to them their rep promptly had his tech put new valve stems in all 4 tires as I feel probably should have been done to start with, but no extra cost so they did make it right, but I am weary now they may like to corner cut but I digress, they are much better to their customers then bell tire and will make it right when called out 😀

Got a flat tire...screw in tred...walked in was immediately greeted with a smile and immediately were ready to help me out. They did a great job and I was in and out in 15 to 20 minutes for only $20. I had priced two other places who would do nothing unless I bought a brand new tire for about $450 ...crazy!!!!

After getting multiple quotes from different shops in the area, Rowleys wasnt the least expensive, but priced everything i needed done with quality parts , unlike the cheaper shop which gave no warranty. Drew saved me over 50% of what the dealership wanted to charge and gave a comparable warranty with the parts and labor. Randy, the mechanic, was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out everything that needed to be replaced before performing the work. Amazingly with everything that needed to be done, they had it finished up at the end of the same day. THANKS YOU GUYS. I feel so much safer being able to stop on a dime and steer my way out of any oncoming disaster. You cant put a price on that.

They did a great job on my alingment but my problem is I drove for two years with sloppy front end parts and never had tire ware on the Inside. I go in for an front end alignment which was only suppose to take an hour at best. An hour in they tell me that I need knockouts removed from one of my upper control arms for an extra 104 dollars to correctly do the alingment. I said that fine I just had brought enough money. After 3 hours with no traffic at the shop it was finally done. Then they tell me after doing that extra 100 dollars worth of work that the canber and camber are still off by 3 degrees so my tires will sit in more. I spent the extra 100 to resolve this knockout problem only to have more problems now which worse tire ware then before I had alingment done. Tired telling me I need new springs or that they dont know something might be bent. They didnt have a clear explanation. Front end is nice and tight now but took to long and now my tire ware is worse then before I put all new parts on and they charged me extra to do extra wo k that was suppose to fix the problem. I should of had them toe it in and not touch anything else as I had no tire ware problems before hand.

Went inside there yesterday and got a new set of tires, came back today for my free alignment check that came with the purchase. My 4 new Trail Guide tires look great on my Ford Explorer. Much smoother ride now, even on the beautiful streets of Bay City. Great prices, great service everyone was friendly. Very saitisfied in my experience. See you in 6,000 miles for my tire rotation.

When I tried to go here 2 yrs ago and WILL NEVER GO BACK, the two guys at the service center where rude and treated me like I was an ignorant costumer. All I wanted was an alignment done and was picked on cause I didnt know at the time that the rear may need to be done too!

My trucks been on the lift for an hour and 15 minutes hope people dont need an oil change or break work done your car will be here for weeks. Its not like I have lo pro tires on painted rims,or 44 boggers. Its a steel wheel work truck. Some b.s

Stopped in to get a tire fixed with a slow leak. I needed it fixed that day because my daughter was taking it to Sandusky Ohio the next day. Fighting bridge traffic and wasted time stopping at belle tire who said they were closing at 5:40. The sign says 6. I made it to rowleys at 5:45 who agreed to fix it. They had me out before 6. They are lifesavers!

I brought my truck in for a suspension alignment only because I didnt feel like dealing with Michigan rust, otherwise I would have worked on it myself like usual. They told me that they refused to do an alignment until certain parts were replaced, then told me they would give me an estimate on the repairs. Their quote included about a dozen different components; Not only did this estimate come out to almost 1,300 dollars, but some of the components they condemned had already been replaced by my own two hands not even 2 years ago yet. My father warned me about these guys after they billed him for almost 1,000 dollars just to install a tow hitch, he was right. Nothing but snake oil merchants and con artists.

Went in with a lower control arm off the vehicle to have the ball joint and bushings removed, they let me stand around for a while but no big deal... Finally I get service and he acts like its such a big deal to have the ball joint and bushings removed... And then tells me it will be at least $80 - $100 dollars to have it done..... I grabbed my control arm out of his hands and told him new control arms cost that and to shove that price up his assistant this place seems to always over charge people and make a job seem harder than what it really is. I dont know how they get customers, Id assume the customers they do get have no mechanical knowledge what so ever because if they did they would know they were being ripped off.
