Tyler was honest and sent someone to get my bike due to my work schedule so I could have my new tires and handlebars installed, when it was discovered I needed to also get new grips he called ASAP and when I picked up my bike on a Saturday the Tech who did the work on it (Samuel) installed them on the spot for me and did an awesome job, he set my bars up to fit me best and showed me how to adjust them if needed as well. They marked up my brand new powder coated rim. Second tire on this rim and it looks like they didnt even use plastic shims to try to protect the rim. Very disappointed and upset!

Just purchased a new Honda Pioneer 700-4. Chad was great helping me find what I wanted and getting us a great rate on financing. My husband took our 97Polaris to get fix they had for 7 weeks said they had to get a new carburetor because the technician broke a screw in it. Wrong they didnt do nothing for $314.86 had to call another company to fix it. Plus they didnt put all the parts together right n missing parts call talk to Lori Ross told her about it WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN.plus to never return phone call. When I call and talk to Lori she even told me she going to back with me and never did

So my parents, who have been customers for years, went to the store to get new communicators for their Gold Wing. They were told that they would not put new communicators in their current helmets due to everything going on. That is understandable. So, they buy new helmets and the new system. Well, $600 later and when they went to pick up their new helmets the man that installed them refused to help them sync their helmets. My parents are older and not the most techy. He just told them to read the directions. Even if it is and was an easy process, the fact that they asked for help and he refused is horrible customer service.

First of all the staff here are just awesome down to earth people. Went to test ride a new Gold Wing , there demo was out for the weekend they said, Mike the salesman pulled a new Gold Wing from the show room put a plate and said here you go . That tells you they want the your business .Of course at the end we made a deal and purchased our First Gold Wing.It is an hour and half drive from where we live. ( yes there is a Honda dealer by us 20 minutes away thats a whole different story ),but worth the drive if you are looking for an atv,go karts, motor cross, etc.Great people to work with.Thank you again Bay cycle.

I went here for a uhaul rental, one truck, one trailer is all that was there. A waste of my time. On the other hand, seeing as the business staple is actually off road and motorcycles, im sure it is worth looking at for those types of things. The showroom was well lit, and clean. Staff courteous.

Vonnie and Cathy were able to get me financing. It was refreshing to deal with people who are so knowledgeable and professional. I was given a complete run down of how to operate the motorcycle. I just purchased an ATV from Bay Cycle. The helped me through the whole process of the purchase and then have been very helpful with questions that I have. They also gave a safe riding class for children in which at the conclusion, children received a state driving permit for ATVs.

We went here to look for helmets. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and we found helmets to our liking, but I was surprised by the lack of street bikes. We only saw ORVs and snowmobiles.

I had a recall on my motorcycle, so I stayed around a little to check out the new bikes. The dealership was clean and the people were very nice, but there werent any of the new super sport bikes. I was really hoping to see a CBR1000RR or a CBR600RR.
