Absolutely the best! We have borrowed from them several times and even if we are late in a payment, they still keep it and dont put are items out.We also have bought several items from this pawn shop and they are extremely pleasant, especially the manager. The prices are also fair.

Came in to do a loan on a gun, staff talked me through the process and gave me what I need. Later I came into buy a gun and a few other things and they gave me a good price on the lot of items and are willing to work with you! Highly Recommend! Great Selection of Guns!

Its a pawn shop people. Staff has always been super friendly. And I never expect to get top dollar for what I bring in. I only do trades for things I cant sell. I never sell outright. I never buy. Only trades. Why sit on stuff when I can get something I want now.

Best pawn shop in town. Prices are fair, their willing to work with you and treat you with respect. The staff are friendly , helpful, and professional. They also guarantee anything you buy, without giving you a hard time! I would never do business with Stans gold pawn shop again. The manager was rude, very unprofessional and walked away from me while i was talking to her. They wont budge at all on their prices and only guarantee what they sell for 48 hours, if something doesnt work. They obviously dont value, their customers and are very distespectful!

Brought in a gun to pawn, I understand their assumption must be that Ill never pick it up and theyll have to sell it so they should only loan based on what theyd pay to purchase it, that being said they offered 1/4 what they couldve gotten for it, maybe Im way off base but they didnt seem to have much idea what they were looking at not value it appropriately. Added second star because customer service was good.

Bought a gun, would not fires, very very broke! No way they tested this gun, but of course they say they did. One month later, they till me its repaired come get it it a half a hour... It should be here! They told me twice before when it would be repaired and back at shop. These guys must not make their money from serious gun lovers. If you want quality and a fair price move on. If you want to roll dice go to a casino! Oh of course your a bum for wanting your money back on the junk they told you was great.

I completely agree with the previous review. I visit many pawn shops - mostly for tools. In some cases, they have used items in questionable cosmetic condition priced HIGHER than retail. One example I saw recently was a 22 LCD TV that was priced HIGHER than the exact same TV which was featured new at Target. I cant say much about the competence of their staff - I was approached initially, and said just looking. The young man went back to talking with another visitor and employee - and their entire conversation was laced with profanity. I walked out immediately. Disappointed that the Kawkawlin pawn store owner retired.

Very horrible customer service, very terrible prices, shady things going on. They wont even let you know the serial or model number of something they are selling so the year can be verified. I asked if I can have the model number and the guy said no you cannot.... Do not shop here!

I will NEVER refer anyone OR purchase ANYTHING from here again...., unpriced items are looked up online and to see what they are going for NOW WHAT ABOUT WHAT THEY GAVE FOR IT??? in my opinion that is UnDeR HaNdEd They low-ball the purchase/LOAN form the property owner and then upon forfeit resales for WAY moreI am a service tech looking for tools on the cheap. And the guy slipped up and told me how he came to the price of and item,and when i did complain and he looked at the other set which was in a very nice protective case. and worked on several refrigerants, with adapters BRAND NEW .... and the set I was looking at i thought would be cheaper... it was in a flimsy cardboard box and i didnt recognize them as a brand Name either,, and used at that!!! then as if i dont know what i am trying to buy.. when i just asked how much.... he tells me what the devise is that i am inquiring about and its in perfect condition and then removes a battery from it. as im leaving he asks me to counter offer him on the now overpriced items. SELLER&BUYER BEWARE you have been warned!!!!

Their prices are way too high for junk merchandise. Items look like they have been there for years.

Its ok, if looking to get what your stuff is worth forget it, they dont want to pay well.

Never go back, simply asked a guy if he would go $5.00 cheaper on a item he came back with ten dollars more, and told me he would rather donate the item than sell it to me for $5.00 less, which made it personal, a true a**hole.
