Bad company to deliver,very slow unload,I don’t understand why needed appointment.

If your just a small fabricator dont bother with Alro. You cant get in, in anyway to view any metal. If you dont know exactly what you want over a phone then you get rude responses from office staff as if your waiting their time. Nothing is user friendly. Ill travel to Saginaw always for now on.

Excellent service, I’m a sheet metal apprentice and have picked up deliveries from the alro warehouse. I have also collected numerous deliveries at my workplace from the truck drivers as well in all types of weather. all my experiences with the guys at alro have been great. The folks at this company are very friendly, helpful, and care about safety

Cant go in the building? So we cant come in your business but Im sure your employees enter others. Should we stop allowing alro employees to enter our business?

Alro Steel is top notch! Operators are helpful and efficient, if they dont have your material in stock, they can probably get it within one or two business days. Alro is open to businesses and the public.
