Only DQ in battle creek. Personally I grew up going to this location and its so satisfying seeing this open year after year so many thanks to the owners who keep it going. The staff has always been pleasent to deal with and made me an awesome hot fudge brownie sundae. The brownie was soft and hot 2 thumbs up. Oh also they have the liquid cheese for the chili and cheese dogs. Some DQs use shredded cheese thats not that great. Definitely stop by if your in the area help keep this place in business.

Grew up with Dairy Queen,am so glad we still have one in Battle Creek. Peanut Buster Parfait is a favorite.

Awesome strawberry sundae and hot dog for the grandson. I had the new, Reduced Calorie Dilly Bar. Only, 240 calories. Needless to say, we will be back!I scream, you scream, we all scream for ICE CREAM at my place. 😊😱

Excellent ice cream! The only thing I wished theyd do is have one window order and the other pick up to make it easier to know who has ordered and who needs to order. The people are just randomly standing around trying to keep distance.

We go here often, and the treats are always good. The workers are always very courteous and seem to enjoy their job.

Was the worst service Ive ever had at a dairy queen. The young man that worked the window had a serious attitude. I gave a big tip and still had bad service. Last time at that dairy queen.

Good ice cream but had to wait too long. The 2 employees were playing on a phone while we watched. She was way slower than he was but no sense of urgency at all.

The dairy queen itself is decent and good service and ice cream.they are extremelysslow every time we are their but we know to expect it. The bad is its located in post addition , battle creek. So you have to listen to blasting rap music driving by or in the parking lot constantly. Plus you get to deal with loud disrespectful people yelling in line on their phone or at their kids. So its an experience for sure

Quality is steadily declining. Had our blizzard fall out of the bottom of our cup tonight... were just given a second cup to put it in despite having it drip and melt all over us through the bottom of the cup. Long wait times. (Stood in line for close to 30 min ) as they only had 2 people working. Still like the food, but the customer service is lacking.

I had a frosted animal cracker blizzard. So good! My mom had a Buster Bar. Also very good!

I grew up on the dairy Queen side of town. Has always been a pretty pleasant place for moms to take us. lots of delicious flavors of sweet treats to try. My favorite, if they still have it is the Peanut Butter Parfait

I have always received great service from this Dairy Queen. There is a great selection of items, but it seems like there are less actual food selections than larger locations. Also other locations have a great selection of ice cream cakes, that I do not believe are available here. There is no indoor seating as some other locations possess. But the pricing at this location seems to be better than the other locations. Parking can be limited and a little v tight during peak times.

I am up on the wall about this place, been here three times with the kids because its in walking distance.The guys and gals working are always nice, but they halfass my shakes. Top half is the mix, while bottom half is plain ice cream. The Georgia mud fudge deserves a lil more respect than that!

The icecream is the BEST, but the wait is not worth it. The kids working there are always worried about their conversations with other workers than the customers. Weve waited 20+ minutes for icecream and it only takes that long because the workers have no urgency. Just goofing around while the line grows

Awesome treats like any other DQ! No inside seating. Staff is always friendly. Has one picnic table outside and parking is sometimes difficult because of its location.

The ice cream is the best! If its made correctly or how you requested its even better! Much of the younger staff is pretty inexperience and/or poorly trained. Ive had two different girls argue with me about what I ordered, saying that they didnt have it. I had just ordered it and got it the day before. The woman who seemed to be a supervisor or something explained that they did have a Chocolate Chip Blizzard. Simple order, right, guess not because they screw it up more than they dont. I ask for chocolate ice cream, they make it with vanilla and then I have to buy a second one because I do not like vanilla.

If I could rate lower I would. 3 blizzards and a shake took 15 minutes after ordering. Blizzards came out the window in shake form, already too irritated with the wait to wait to fix it. Blizzards were only half mixed. DQ needs some new employees. For it to be the only one in BC you think it would be a better experience.

We received our Blizzard and it was milky. Apparently the machine wasnt getting the ice cream cold enough!? My granddaughters blizzard was better, but still more milky than she likes it. My daughter- in-law ordered a cup of ice cream with chocolate syrup and peanut sauce. She DID receive harder ice cream, because we had to wait 10 minutes for it to freeze, but she also received hot fudge, instead of chocolate syrup. She does not like the fudge! So, I would have to say that we had a bad experience this time. It was soooo busy yesterday afternoon, so we took them and left. Ive been going to Main Street DQ since 1955. This is the only time, I remember, this happening. Not bad!! Huh? You asked about THIS experience though.

Place would be so much better if they had a better location. One with more parking and easier access to and from.

This time it was good but the previous time my order was wrong and after waiting for 20 minutes to get it I wasnt going to take it back. My Coney dogs were supposed to be mustard and onion but it ended up being a regular dog with just relish.
