Ive worked with Overhead Door for several years, whenever we have a garage door issue at various properties. The office staff is friendly, the service crew is knowledgeable and their prices are fair. I stopped in today to buy a replacement torsion spring for a garage door and they helped me figure out the specifics and made the spring within 5 mins! Id definitely recommend Overhead Door to anyone.

They are very friendly and helpful. They make sure to fix what needs to be fix, even if they didnt get all the parts. They make sure that you will get it and they will finish the job properly.

When researching and pricing overhead doors for our new home, we selected Battle Creek Overhead Door. They were responsive, detailed in their quote, and were helpful to answer any questions we had. We were wanting a black “carriage overlay” door with black powder coat hardware and they were accommodating to these special requests. While fully researching door manufacturers, the selected door manufacturer even recommended them. Their field crew did an outstanding install with absolutely no issues. They were courteous, professional, friendly, fully cleaned up after themselves, and we have had no call back issues. I would highly recommend Battle Creek Overhead Door if you want a competitively priced no hassle installation.

If You Need New Door look elsewhere. I ordered a door and I had to pay 1/2 as a Deposit. Three weeks later they installed the door and I paid the other half, but after they left I discovered that they didnt install the Insulation on the door. The installer didnt even mention that it was missing. I called to speak to the Manager and I was told by the person who sold me the door that they wouldnt cash the 2nd check until the project was completed. They cashed the check anyways. The installers came back out a few weeks later, but they brought the wrong kit, they waited for another co-worker to bring the missing materials. Not only did they Not finish, but two of the panels they installed were damaged, but they installed them anyway. They are scheduled to come back today and finish but at this point, I dont have Any faith in this company. For $1,300.00, it should have been completed right the first time. I have called and left several messages for the Owner/Manager to call me but I have yet to hear back from him. Having to take 3 days off to get a door installed isnt worth dealing with this company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere... My Friends and Family like the door but the customer service this place provides is less than satisfactory, so I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
