This is my go to corner store. The staff is friendly and I love their rewards program. I save a lot of money!

Had my flu shot this morning. Pharmacist was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Received the wrong prescriptions twice, would not return, very rude, if you can go somewhere else do so!!! Worst I have delt with my whole 35 of my 54 years

Slowest pharmacy I have ever encountered. I waited ten minutes for the pharmacist to acknowledge me while he was 15 feet away. He rudely commented that he would be with me shortly (another 10 minutes later). Currently waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru, four cars deep, and havent seen anyone move

They dont answer the phones, are snotty when you ask a question and are like oh well.

First, the positives: Store appears clean and is well-lighted. 1 main aisle leads back to the pharmacy, with product aisles branching off in an organized manner. Staff is polite and helpful. Unfortunately, they are understaffed and wait times are long. The following probably applies to all CVS stores: their phone robot is useless and annoying. Youll be 5 minutes just getting to a human to answer your question, if at all. 3 minutes to get information that the robot can answer. Theyve lost 2 possible sales to me because I cant get someone to pick up the phone.

The person of color pharmacist with an afro is rude and slow as molasses.Because of her unpleasantness, I wont be returning to this CVS.

The worst service. I can understand when someone is new and confused but when seasoned employees including the male pharmacist are rude and don’t care , there’s no excuse. Too bad ...this pharmacy could be a gem in Battle Creek.

I know I have had one technician go out of his way to help me. But other than that one time my dealings with CVS have not impressed me, I am used to Walgreens Customer Service for as far back as I can remember. I would never have switched had it not been for CVS contract with our Union contract. Very disappointed that happened.

Helped me move to the area by transferring all my meds in like 5 min, told me the cost and when they would be ready. Quick,easy,polite

I attempted to call the pharmacy to ask a question and was left on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up on. I tried two more times and the first time I was hung up on again and now the last time I couldn’t even get to the voice prompts to be put on hold. Very terrible customer service. It’s appalling how rude this whole exchange was.
