Staff is very nice and professional. Lobby is very clean. However, the service piece and price I pay is horrendous. My rates have increased by almost $100 over the course of the last nine months. Why does the web site tell me I can manage my account but then tell me I need to call to for assistance? So, if I want to make any changes, I have to take time out of my day to go in just to have them try to keep me from saving money. Unbelievable!!

Service good up to the point of execution! All smiles and polite. Schedules mean nothing to them. Had schedule of between 3 and 5 pm for a week ahead of date. Nobody showed up or informed me that they will not come. Many calls on my part yield a man to arrive almost 7 pm. No work was done and promised they will be back next morning. This is now the next morning, after more than 50 minutes on phone this morning to determine when they will be here, still not resolved. My call this morning started off with an agent that hardly spoke English. It was down hill from there. If Comcast management is really interested in bettering their service they will talk directly with us. Too much to hope for! I will not be rude......but I will be honest and frank regarding their customer service.Jerry De Santis

Fair Warning!! I didnt get what I ordered and they wouldnt budge. During my complaint call they tried to sell me a service contract. During my online chat complaint they tried to sell me an upgrade package. Im giving up. They win. Dont let it happen to you.

Im so pissed I cant put half a star. We updated our modem from one we bought at Best buy about 3 months ago when our internet worked perfect (per their recommendation) and now have nothing but issues, and now am being told that we have noise in our line causing the issue and they need to send someone out to fix it at our expense. If Comcast had a face I would punch it.

Was a long time customer. Moved and scheduled service but got better deal elsewhere and they couldnt connect new address until 1 week. Called solutions to cancel. He was very rude and made me state my current address 4 times. He ended up not putting through cancellation and I have been harassed by Comcast by text and phone stating I had to talk to various departments to cancel. I will NEVER deal with Comcast again!!

I rate this Locations service 5 stars because they are always very patient and professional. I have been a Comcast customer for a long time. The principal reason for this is the service I receive from the two front desk Women. They have been there since I can remember. Whenever an issue comes up, I just go see them. Much easier than dealing with the call center. Give these Women a raise!!

I wouldnt even give them a full star, they lairs and they will miss hold information about your bill and then try to say they are sorry but this is your bill. When you tell them its not the bill you were quoted the manager says, your not in any contract with us; so if your not happy just give us back our equipment. When they get caught in a lie and they cannot double talk their way out of it they turn it back on you. This company is trash and they will do anything for a dollar, value customer my as$. Im sending this shyt back and find something a lot better.

They turned my services off at the telephone pole on Tuesday 12-5, and after 7 phone calls and appointments made that no one showed up for and one appointment canceled with out notifying me. I still have no internet! And was told yesterday when i Called there was no appointment scheduled after waiting all day for someone to show for the appointment I made. And a new appointment was scheduled for the 13th. So it will be over a week without services.

Be careful with your online account. Apparently they are okay with thieves gaining access to online account, continuing to abuse it and change private information. Even after problem was brought to their attention 3 times. Maybe some customers are okay with spending hours on the phone for the same issue and being transferred to unanswered line but Im not.

The people working here are completely inept. I was exchanging a known defective model modem (as per their tech) which they were still giving to customers. After explaining this is the 3rd time using this model with the same result she gives me another! No offer to resolve the issue by ordering the correct equipment (again, specified by THEIR tech). Nope, she says I cant give what we dont have. Have a nice day So now its left to me to call and order one, which I did.. Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service center! I wouldnt expect much assistance going there if you have any technical issues or questions. They dont appear to be trained in anything other than how to receive money.

I called in for tech support and after several calls the situation was finally resolved, and I was talked into faster internet as well. I was promised the faster internet would cost $4 more on my bill for 12 months including all fees. The bill is $9 more, so I called customer service; it was the principal for me that it was something I was promised. Customer service will make you want to pull your hair out. I was promised a call from the manager who never called. The situation has not yet been resolved. I am writing letters next.

I have had terrible customer service. I was quoted an upgrade price on the phone that was considered a promotional offer, but later received an extremely higher bill. Have not been able to resolve this on the phone, or in person. I am extremely frustrated and I am looking at other cable and internet services.

This is guided at their mobile services, I live in kalamazoo michigan and was told I could do the early upgrade program, I drove 2 hours to Jackson, not only was I talked to like trash but I was told since I moved from the Xfinity internet area that I was not eligible for an upgrade. I have been a loyal paying customer for over a year and have never missed a payment. Being punished for not having their internet has to be the most pathetic rule I have ever heard. Im willing to pay my hard earned cash with no problems but Im tossed on the back burner for reasons I cannot control. I moved and could no longer have their internet in my area, i have reached out and for many reasons i feel it is necessary to tell people to steer clear of this company, i am currently working a deal with AT&T who have been more then respectful that I cannot have their internet and provided that I will not need it and will not be punished if I cant have their extra fodder. I talked you guys up and gave great reviews, it is a shame this is how you repay your customers! Thanks for nothing.

Our cable has been cut in half 3 doors down from us where is new construction! My husband & I have called them 10+ times, it has been 3 days without Internet, phone & cable & still they havent come out to fix it! Comcast has terrible service, the people on the phone lie & never even put the info in the system, so the next time you call you have to explain everything again! 3 big cables 4 in the air are sticking out of the ground this is a safety hazard!!! An emergency ticket was put in & 2 days ago & it still hasnt been repaired, this is terrible customer service!!! We are about ready to call the local news!

Been billed 3 times after I moved. I payed in full not to worry about another payment. They said I was at a balance of 0.00 and wont ever receive another bill. The next month they called again asking for money. I payed in full again and made sure they put a note in saying Im at a balance of 0.00 and wont have another bill now COLLECTIONS CALLED A MONTH LATE SAYING I HAD ANOTHER BILL!! THEY SAID I OWED MORE MONEY!! The managers are inconsiderate and mean. I never had a problem paying bills in my life now Im worried if I pay off the balance again that the same thing will happen. The note the last employee they read meant nothing to them. I am reluctant to give them more money or the same thing will hapen. I havent been with comcast for 3 months!

I returned 3 pieces of equipment to this location, they scanned the serial numbers on the back of all the devices, but instead of removing the 3 i returned, the actually removed 1 that i still have in my home instead of 1 that i returned, customer service is telling me that in order to reactivate my device i have to pay for another box, since i did a swap (no idea what they r talking about, i only returned) so now i am paying for a box that is deactivated and cannot use. i have gotten no where with them, unless i agree to pay for another device that i do not have, they will not help me at all

I didnt recieve the services that I wanted. Instead Comcast set me up with a bundle and charged me $100 more a month then want I was quoted for. Also they claim that I signed a contract with them but have not been able to produce the evidence that they claim! I did NOT sign a contract nor do I want/ need the services I get that theyre forcing me to pay. It sucks cause they (Comcast )are the only provider in my area. Im stuck or go with out

Good internet, but absolutely horrible customer service. They got me with hidden fees and flat told me things that werent true. I moved and they didnt turn on my Wi-Fi service for 2 weeks. I had to pay my monthly bill and It took me 2 weeks to get through to someone who was intelligent and helpful to fix the problem. Only had comcast for 4 months before switching to At&t. Havent had any issues with At&t. If I could give comcast 0 stars, I would.

Comcast is by far the worst. I signed up for basic cable and basic internet. There was a deal online for 35.00. I has troubles with the site when signing up, so I called customer service. The man I spoke with quotes me the correct amout and it seemed as if we had no troubles at all. We live in our new home for roughly a month when I get a bill, one for two months both months changing 71.98. A week later the shut off my services for no payment, no shut of notice or anything. When I call, the lady I spoke to told me that she couldnt help, that I had to speak to someone in a different department, of which she could not transfer me to. Instead I had to call the exact number I had called to reach this woman and follow prompts to correct person. When I told her there were no prompts, it only sent me to her (or someone else in the same department), she informed me that was not possible, she had never heard that before. Well I went ahead and paid the first bill so I could talk to someone that may help. When I finallybhave a chance to call back, the lady I speak to this time informs me that the promotion I had originally signed up for is not available, and there is no way I can sign up for that now. What they do have is one that is 49.99.. Oh and I still have to pay what my current bill is for the amount I did not sign up for. She claims they will credit the difference but I highly doubt that will happen. If I had other options I would choose them instead.

If you are new construction and need the line run to the pole they will say you are unserviceable. They only want people who already have everything set to go and just are switching to their products so there is no work for them!!! No one

I have been going to this location for past 4 years. The environment use to be freindly, quick service that was very convenient for the customer. Now its a drag to come in to the center and the service is slow and unproductive. There were 15 people in line and many just wanted to drop off their payment. It took nearly 45 mins for them to get through just two people. Thats too long for people to wait in line. Why is there not a drop box for payments? Why is there not one line just for payments? People coming on lunch breaks dont have time to wait and mail service or online payment is not for everyone. Sad, but i sure hope something changes.

The ONLY reason I use Comcast is because of the On Demand, which isnt as good as it once was. If youre moving, do not count on them getting that right, even though their commercial says youll have no worries with moving your cable. I had nothing but problems when I moved. They didnt turn it on the day they were supposed to, they didnt give me the correct channels, they switched my package to a bundle including phone, which changed me from no contract to 24 mos contract, which I finally agreed to for the phone, but the phone didnt work. It took about 6 mos worth of incorrect billing to get the billing correct (partially due to the bundle switch) when I called and said that the phone still wasnt working after 4-5 attempts on their part and that I was no longer interested in the bundle and I just wanted my old package back. At that point they found a person who was actually able to get the phone working (where had he been??), and the whole time hes working on that (at least an hour call and this was after being on hold and disconnected several times after long holds and still hadnt resolved my original issue) I kept telling him that I didnt want the phone, please dont waste you time, i was only going to cancel it, I told him. He kept saying that he just wanted to try one more thing when he got it working, i told him again, it seems you may have succeeded (the telephone light was on) but as I kept trying to explain to you, I no longer want the bundle because ive had to call too many times, tell my whole story from when I moved to the current month, and I just wasnt happy with any of it, so please cancel the bundle. They did, FINALLY. I had been over and over how I had been incorrectly billed every month since i moved and was always told that it would be corrected yet each month, it wasnt correct. So when I received the bill after canceling the phone, I discover that they have charged me a contract termination fee of ($299.00 or $300.00) some crazy amount. So I had to call one more time, tell my whole story (good thing i always wrote down who I spoke with and what was said) yet again, they took the termination fee off and since then ive been billed correctly. It took almost at least 5-6 mos for them to fix it. They bank on people just giving up and paying some outrageous invoice that is incorrect. But they werent banking on the right person. They underestimated me and my ability to take very detailed notes every time I spoke with someone ;)

On Nov.14th, about 6:30 p.m. I started experiencing problems with the internet on my phone. After trying for a half a hour, to correct it on my own, I called the customer. srvc. Dept. I spoke with a lady that was the only person who through trial and error, was the only person out of 8 different srvc reps. who was compentent enough to access my account..She then transferred me to their technical department. Thats when the stupidity started. Over the next 4 hrs. I was told they had no record of me having an account with them, I was laughed at by one of their reps because I couldnt explain to them(never owned a computer)why I was able to get internet on my phone without a computer or a modem. I had one rep tell me that it was my banks fault for not automatically transferring the money from my account to them, even though it had been on and running for the previous 9 days. The last and final straw came when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I was then put on hold for 40 minutes. At this time Comcast cut my call off. I then checked to see if my wi-fi, and lo-and -behold, it was suddenly working! Comcast, you have now lost me as a custormer. I will do whatever I can, whenever I can, to discourage anybody from using your services. I will find another provider for the wi-fi service on my phone. Not that it matters to a multi-millon dollar company who will provide poor internet and customer service to the next person as long as the almighty dollars keep rolling in

Called and wanted to set up internet services, got set up with 75mgbs internet for $80/month. Come to find out when we decided we wanted to add cable not even a month later our internet has a data cap which we were NOT informed about! Called them up to switch that... after talking to 4 different people who kept telling us so many different things we finally found one that the lady said DID NOT HAVE A DATA CAP! $145/month.. for 75mgps internet, 140+channels, and home phone... well we had an extra box from the last plan. Went to turn that in today and double checked to make sure there wasnt a data cap and they checked our plan and said there was..... and that we would have to call to change our plan AGAIN... beyond pissed! How hard is it to get us internet without a data cap and cable?! Such a money scam..

We signed up for Xfinity Internet on September 14th. Received our home set-up kit Friday September 16th. Connected everything Saturday September 17th only to find there was no connection. Checked out at the pole outside and saw that the cable to the house from the pole was not connected to the tap at the pole. Contacted Comcast service line and was given a service ticket number and someone would respond to me in 24-48 hours. Well 48 hours past and no contact. Called service number and spoke with someone literally 5 minutes just to wait on hold for 2-1/2 hours until I gave up and hung up. What terrible service!!!! Will be checking other providers....
