Everyone was helpful and friendly. At first I felt a but overwhelmed, but they helped me with information on products and warranty which help me finalize my choices. We went to Kitchen Shop 25 years and were very pleased then as well as now. Excellent service, products and people.

Built new home in 2014. Ordered complete kitchen, including appliances, laundry room cabinets, and 2 bathroom vanities. We upgraded all cabinetry except laundry room. Wasnt pleased with the cabinets. Doors seem very thin, and drawer glides broke after less than a year. They are supposedly Amish built. In 2017, the finish started peeling off of the bathroom vanity and the cherry kitchen cabinets,above the toaster.,the finish melted off. Between an illness and death in the family, they didnt come out until January, 2019. No response, they came out again in late 2020. Basically told me that its up to me to get it fixed. The Battle Creek manager, Jeff was kind of snippy, threw his hands up and told me that it was up to me to get it fixed. I will never deal with them again.

I had them make a counter top. I realize because of Covid, everything is behind. The counter top had a back splash, but it wasnt attached. Not happy.

Showed up 5 minutes before closing, thinking they were closing later. The two ladies served my friend and me anyway. May be doing some counter 🤔 and backsplash work with them...

I order a full kitchen set of cabinets and countertop Jeff McNell said it would take 4-5 weeks for everything to come in. At 5 weeks i call him and left a message asking for a update Jeff never call me back so i called again i had to call him again then he said it will be a few more weeks so after 11 weeks the cabinets show up but there was one cabinet missing and not countertop so i call Jeff again and of course he did not pick up the phone and never called me back so after a few days of call i got ahold of him and he said it will be a couple weeks for the new cabinet that i was missing and could not give me a update on the countertop so Just called MKD that make the countertop and got i update I would never use kitchen shop and never use Jeff for anything

Provided an inaccurate quote and came back to collect money two months after job was done! Theyre very dishonest. Stay away.

Best Ever!!!We had a flood last winter which took out about half of our home. Once we went to the Kitchen Shop, and used them for our re-construction of our kitchen and rest of house we could not have been happier. Jeff and Carl took our job very personally. Picking out new things for the remodel were made easy by Jeff. Carl worked as the General contractor and his attention to detail was outstanding. Both of these gentleman were the best we could have wished for on our remodel job. My wife absolutely loves the kitchen and the rest of the house. The professionalism and work ethic of the kitchen shop is the best I have ever seen. I highly recommend the kitchen shop for any large or small job.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The designer was able to show me how I could get more kitchen out of my space. Cant wait to see results
