I have been unable to find bras that fit. Bra Genie is great. I had many outings that fit properly and looked beautiful. Taylor was amazing. She knows her stuff and makes you feel very comfortable. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I will be getting all my bras from Bra Genie in the future. Thank you Taylor!!!

Last year I got fitted at a national chain lingerie store. I liked the bras I purchased at the time, but have not had much luck buying bras since then. I visited Bra Genie today thinking I had a pretty good idea of my correct bra size. Boy, was I wrong! Becca not only helped me find my correct size, she also thoroughly explained what design features would help and why. She was patient, kind, and extremely professional. I left there feeling really good about my purchases and my appearance! Thank you so much!
Really wanted to love Bra Genie. Id heard such great things. But I didnt and I will never be back. My experience was actually terrible and I hope no one else has to deal with the customer service I endured. I called before going in and talked to someone who was less than happy to help me over the phone. I decided to go in and try in person. I know that often a first impression is just that and things can be better the next time.Sadly, being in the store was the same as the phone call - poor help and bad attitudes from associates. I was expecting more after all the raving reviews. 85% of whats in store is swimsuits. Not quite on brand for Bra Genie but sure, its about to be summer. I was excited about the amount of cute suits at first but I really needed to find a new bra. And now, I honestly dont even want to go back in now to look at suits.The associate in store greeted me and grilled me for information after I told her I just wanted to browse. She was not very pleasant and was overall really unhelpful in my whole time there. She let me try on bras that were far too small for me after I asked her for a larger size. She assured me that theyd be too big for me which I doubted but agreed to try on in case this is where the magic genie showed up. Neither fit as I suspected. If things had been great up until that point, I would have flagged someone down but I was just done with this experience and didnt want to continue. There was no magic here. Sure there can be bad or busy days and maybe this was just that but they lost me. Im sticking with Dillards.

She helped me find the best fitting bras and helped me find my confidence while shopping for bathing suits. The fitting, the products and the customer service were beyond expected and I am so thankful! Came here for the first time and loved it! The store is very well organized, well stocked, clean, and pretty. Dee was my fitter and she was lovely to work with. The lingerie itself is cute and good quality. Its easy to spend over $200 here, but for the quality and customer service, its well worth it.

This place is a lifesaver. Ive been going to Bra Genie for years due to a difficult size. Their fitters are amazing, especially Taylor. She helped me figure out exactly what styles were both fashionable and functional. (Comfort above all, but its nice to not have hideous items.)Their prices are very reasonable. I paid $50 for most of mine. The most expensive thus far has been $80 and is still going strong two years later. They have luxury options, but thats all they are: options.
5 Stars and hats off to Becca and Courtney! My 87 year old aunt and I walked in 10 minutes before closing. Becca and Courtney never rushed us even after I suggested we just get fitted and come back another time. I tried on upwards of 10 items and my aunt tried on several herself. Becca even helped me find a comparable bra on the clearance rack. I’ve been living off of target bras my entire life but I think it’s time to grow up. Will definitely be returning. The prices of the garments are for a reason!

As most women know, bathing suit shopping can be a painful experience. This was not the case at Bra Genie. I had never been here before, but I heard from a friend that it was the spot for bathing suits in New Orleans. As soon as I walked in the door, the staff was stellar. They were having a huge sale, and I got so many good suits for 50% off. Becca, the manager, was so so kind and literally spent an hour helping me size and perfect my shopping experience. I went to the pool in my new suit and felt great! Highly recommend this local shop.

Ive been wanting to try Bra Genie for years and cant believe I waited so long! I was fitted by JaNae and she was absolutely wonderful. From start to finish she was very attentive, patient and also extremely knowledgeable about each and every piece I tried on. The level of customer service I experienced was fantastic and if I could give them 10 stars I would. I REFUSE to shop for bras anywhere else ever again.

My first purchase from Bra Genie was in August 2019 for a sports bra for my boot camp class, on advice of a friend. Best bra fitting experience I have ever had, and I purchased an awesome sports bra, secretly promising myself I would return as soon as I could to get another. I returned today (5/11/20) with a family member, she having her initial visit, and I intended to purchase bras and a swimsuit. I am hard-pressed to say if this was a better fitting than the first time around! It was equally as great an experience, resulting in probably the best bathing suits Ive ever owned and also some good bras and panties. Honestly, I dont think I can ever go back to any other place to buy a bra again. Thanks for making my girls so comfy & the attentive and knowledgeable professional staff you have. I walked into Bra Genie for the first time yesterday not knowing what to expect honestly. Let me tell you that was the best bra fitting and experience Ive had in my life. I have so much confidence and am fitted properly for the first time in my life. Everyone was so nice from the lady at the front desk on down. Colleen and Angela were especially helpful. Colleen is very funny. I felt like I was chatting with old friends. They made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love my new bras. I will never shop anywhere else for bras

Nice store with experienced and helpful staff, so no question about customer service. However, the one thing I havent seen in many reviews is how expensive this shop shop is. Expect to pay at LEAST $60 per bra and with it being quite easy to spend $200-$300.

Very disappointed in this location. Yes bra Genie has great amazing undergarments. However there customer Referral program is bogus and clearly not handled well. My first visit to bra Genie, I spent approximately $300 I was Told if I referred them a paying customer that me and my friend would both receive a credit towards our next purchase. The next time I came into the store to spend another hundred dollars, I brought my best friend with me, as soon as we walked in the door we informed the sales clerk that I was referring them a new customer. Upon check out they had us fill out a little referral card to get the credit! My friend put her bras on her wish list and returned a few days later to purchase the bra! As she checked out she made sure to tell the cashier to tell her that she was referred by me! She even wrote my first & last name down and handed it to the cashier. If she needed to do anything in addition to get the referral credit, she and I she should have been informed at that moment. Instead they checked her out and did not give her the discount. My friend then called me and told me my referral credit was waiting for me that I should go purchase my next bra, which I did. Upon check out they refused to give me the credit saying that she would have had to fill out yet another referral card, we did everything we were asked to do and then we were blamed for making a mistake. If you have a program like this it should not be that complicated for your customers who are clearly trying to bring you more business. This was incredibly upsetting. Its not about the $10. Its about being lied to & treated with a lack of appreciation. The sales clerk could tell I was very disappointed & downhearted due to being misinformed and feeling screwed over. They did absolutely nothing to try to make things better. They let me leaveThe store upset but they didnt mind taking my hundred and something dollars for that bra I just purchased, yet again. A $10 discount does not seem like in a immovable mountain for a customer thats spending over $100 every time she walks in the store, but apparently it is for this location. Me and my friend are incredibly disappointed with the way this was handled. On top of that when I walked in the last time I told my sales lady that I was there to purchase the red and pink bras that were on sale for %20 off for Valentines Day. The sales ad said all red and pink bras %20 off! I purchased a red bra that day and did not receive the 20% off because it was on clearance. I understand that most stores policy is that they do not discount items that are on clearance, however since I specifically asked to be shown the red & pink bras that were 20% off, I believe I should have at least been informed that I would not be receiving 20% off on the red bra that I was purchasing that day! Now that Ive purchased 3 different brands of bras from them, I know the brands and my size, I think Ill just look for them online now, after the way me and my friend were handled. I shouldnt have to know how your policies work in order to get a credit that was promised to me, it should be the stores responsibility to inform me. We did every single thing they told us to do exactly as they said and we still did not get the discount promised. I wonder how many people they have taken advantage of like this?

I have always struggled with getting measured accurately. Id heard quite a bit about Bra Genie so I decided Id stop in. I can tell you I was beyond satisfied. Ashley and Hannah assisted me. Ashley is in training and did my measuring and Hannah came afterward to check her measurements. The training is obviously very good because Ashley was spot on. The customer service was incredible! I would recommend stopping in to anyone. Ill see you all again in the next few months!

I absolutely love this store. They are very helpful and on target for your correct bra size. They are a little pricey but in the long run worth it and the price you pay is definitely worth it. Everyone was extremely helpful. Gave me helpful tips and tricks that I never knew of especially how to take care of my bras. Its the perfect store for women with bigger sizes Im a size 42h for example. The only downside I would say it would be that they go by UK sizes instead of US sizes. So its hard to convert sizes.
The personal service they offer is amazing...and the larger selection for larger cups women is a out of this world...

I will no longer purchase my bras from Lane Bryant, Bra Genie has a better fit for the same price. The fit was very noticable.

I was fitted for a bra 2 weeks ago that fitted just right, but it did not leave any room to breed. I actually brought the last bra in the store for me because they didnt have any more sizes in the store for me to fit of size 41 JJ costing $65.00. Right now I need to buy another one that is not too exact but Im not sure if I want to get it from here. They will have to prove to me that the bra will be comfortable enough to wear Maybe a size up.
Nice ambience. Very friendly staff who are eager to help, but the selection wasnt as impressive as they made it seem (no more than your average lingerie section in a dept store). Also all that garbage about European sizing was just that - garbage. Standard US sizing was on every label, and really, whats the pt of offering European sizing unless to try to seem more posh than necessary. Despite trying on 3 different circumference sizes in 4 different cups (shouldnt all that unique sizing have been more precise?), I only found ONE bra that I liked, and it was $142!!! Thanks, but no thanks.
Great service, great selection of high quality bras (and usually matching underwear) for women of all shapes and sizes. Excellent customer service that doesnt pressure you or make you feel self conscious about trying on bras in front of a stranger. Pricey, but worth it! They do have a no-refund policy, though (for obvious reasons).

Bra Genie has opened up a whole new world for me. Ever since I was a child I literally needed bras and my whole life, my wardrobe was limited. Every bra Ive ever worn was always too big, or small ... I had a bra fitting appointment at the Metairie location. I was greeted and taken right away. JaNae was my fitter. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She listened to what I was looking for. I was impressed that she stayed within my price range. I did spend a little more on one bra but there was no pressure. Thank you JaNae.
Do yourself a favor and go here. Even if its just to be properly fitted and buy ONE bra. Almost no one fits bras properly - but this place knows what theyre doing. Its heaven to have a bra that fits!

Let me start off by saying! Horrible customer service. Rebecca (the manager)has a nasty attitude who talks to employee with negative demeanor and customer service is horrible. She needs to attend etiquette and training classes to improve her work ethic. “Are you going to answer the phone or do I have to attend to your customer”-Rebecca. She said this to another associate while she was answer question to a customer who was waiting for 30 min like me. Katelyna (associate) needs to join her also because she is unpleasant and has a short fuse with her customers. I’m surprise she still employed. To Hannah and Ja nae! The store is blessed to have you as their associates and if you would leave it will be a downfall. The wait is longer and they need to consider your feelings on how the bra feel instead of making a quick sale. I will continue to be a shopper of Dillard’s and Macy’s. I hope y’all have a better experience than I did. Good luck ladies!
