Great customer service! I had to get my watch battery changed twice and both times it was so quick and easy.
This store is really nice they sale Purses, Wallets, Watches etc... For me the draw back is how expensive they are. I found a Wallet I really like but it was $88.00 the purse I wanted was $108.00 Yikes to much for me..

My order was lost in shipment right before Christmas. I was able to call and get through to customer service quickly and they immediately sent a replacement watch and shipped it overnight. So thankful!

Ordered a watch for my anniversary bought 2 day shipping was supposed too arrive already turns out fossil hadnt even sent it out yet and they so graciously refund the 2 day shipping cost and are going too send it out tomorrowso now i wont have it for my anniversary
Was in there yesterday with a broken smart watch (for the second time). The two that were in there were VERY helpful and made some great suggestions in exchanging my old one for a new one that fit my lifestyle. They never disappoint!
I like the layout of the store service is great but they sell the watches but not the chargers to the watches which I think is silly.

I had a problem with my watch, and Janae’ went above and beyond to resolve the issue. My husband and I were frustrated walking in, but after this experience will happily remain Fossil fans!
My friends and I ask them if they can change the band on his own (900$) watch(not a fossil brand). The worker there say yes. 3 mins later, his manager comes out and says that they broke it and tell us that we should check our warranty saying that fossil can’t do anything about it even doh they broke it
