Very Fraudulent Company. Will take your money and not ship you anything. We owned a Xenetech router for over 10 Years. In January 2021 we decided to upgrade the controller with there new version touch screen controller. Sent them the money upfront and did not receive the controller. We contact them on many occasion and at the end they would just not respond to us. We even sent our issue to our Lawyer to try to get our refund. BE VERY CAREFUL........

Dont deal with this company. Absolute trash. They wont pick up the phone, they dont offer support or parts. I now have a $10,000 paperweight that is heading to the scrap all due to a simple fix. Use a different company. These people are straight up scammers!!

I have a Xenetech2550 rotary engraving table. The table is great, however the software is horrible to work with and the company offers no customer support. I would never recommend anyone to buy a Xenetech engraver. If you do, youll be on your own. Good luck!

Tech support Jason is a good guy!!! Nevertheless, I would not buy anything else from Xenetech. I bought a 9x12 Rotary engraver and paid the deposit and final payment quickly. But Xenetech charged me again when they shipped the engraver. Luckily, I paid with my credit card and finally reported the 2nd charges as fraudulent charges to the credit card company. For months, I had tried unsuccessfully to work with Kathy and Guy to have the over payment refunded to me, but they always had a reason why they couldnt do it. So they left me no choice but to report the charges as fraudulent -- which they were!

Sent $24,462.50 December 2019 for a new laser engraver....Havent seen the laser. Have requested a refund in November 2020 and since then no response to phone calls or emails. This company should not be allowed to solicit business anymore and should be shut down. Various government agencies have been informed of the situation. Looks like others have been scammed out of their hard earned money.

Their machines are built to last! Top notch technical support. Their main support person has been there for years and really knows the systems.

Do not work with this company !! Our company ordered an engraver in September 2020 and they asked for $9000 up front (half of the price) and said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. After numerous attempts to collect our item or at least get our money back we have received nothing but the run around and still no product. Almost a year later. Our owner is giving them 5 days to give our money back or they are reporting them to the state and it’s also theft.

Unfortunately the 1-star reviews are very real. Research them on the Better Business Bureau. We are a startup in NY who put a deposit down for a machine with Guy Barone at Xenetech Global Inc. The machine arrived 4 weeks late and did not work. A technician was here for 2 full days to fix the machine but could not. Guy then agreed to refund our deposit of over $11,000 dollars but did not. This has been going on for months and we have now had to involve attorneys. Please let us know if you have had a similar experience as other companies have reached out to us with the same story. Do not recommend working with this company in any capacity.Also to address the reviews below by Joel Lundberg and Ashton. A John Lundberg is the Vice President of Xenetech so they seem to be related. And Ashton works for Xenetech. They are fake reviews.

All theone star reviews are all suspiciously worded the same anyone else notice ? Anyway I have owned a XENTECH 13x25 40watt lasersince 2007 not one issue from the machine that was its fault (operator error on problems i had lol) Always been very very helpful when i have had to re register software. I was expecting is company to be a competitor in the America market but unfortunately I found it biggest fraudulent companies. Really professionalin convincing the client at first to take money and arrange to pay the arrears and the issues raised on them
