I went in the store today to purchase doorway translation pieces. I’ve been a little overwhelmed by the task of finding the correct ones so today I asked someone to help me. Ja’Vonte was very kind, patient and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I really appreciated his patience.

Once again for me, I was looking for a couple pop-up canopies. The web site says they have 4. When I call, I get put on hold and seemingly forgotten. After the loss of patience to wait for help I decide to go to the store. At the store the are none in the location specified. I am customer service for help, they suggest the computer inventory probably isnt correct and try to brush me off. I convince her to get me some help in the department and then wait for about ten minutes with no help showing up. After a second attempt by CS, someone tells her there arent any but the racks are full of inventory that could be the canopies. The pallets are shrink wrapped but its not something that will be looked for.HD has just lost their way when it comes to customer service.

Hurricane season. It was very hot and muggy inside and outside the store. But the door greeter (Tonganicka) was very nice and courteous. I was in the wrong area and I stop a store worker (Renee) and I think she went above and beyond with making sure I found what I was looking for. Thanks Home Depot….

The guy in the paint Department he was not very help I bought a gallon of paint and ask him some questions about the paint he said whatever is on the label thats what it is after that I had to ask him can he put it in the basket for me he hesitated but he did it he didnt want to, I talked to the salesperson in appliance he was very nice an pleasant to talk to and ask questions, he stayed with me, and made sure I got what I wanted and needed so I am very pleased with my refrigerator freezer,

Garden center is such a mess you can’t get down the aisles. Paint center takes at least 30 minutes to get through because the workers are texting/talking on their phones.

Overall happy with my shopping experience.

I only visited the garden department and while Im barely a novice gardener I wasnt impressed with the plant selection. It was basically a cookie cutter variety. All the plants looked healthy and well taken care of and they sell almost everything you would need for your garden it just felt like more of the same down each isle.

Bought a water heater, they had it in stock, we picked it up and they helped us load it up. Very nice

Im neutral on this store. I can imagine the challenges of running this large store are numerous. But, I have overall had a very flat experience here. Somewhat of a busy location. As youd expect a busy Home Depot would , there is pretty much anything youd need. They close off entire aisles to stock so sometimes it feels like 20% of the store is closed at the same time at like 11 a.m.

Theres a African American that works in the electronic Deployment. Every time I go there this employee give me a hard time. Ive talk too the manager and she does the same thing.i love Home Depot but I may to shop at Lowes. Ms. Callahan Ive been shopping there since 1998.

I Stayed on Flooring waiting on Help about 40 min.

Our microwave oven went out and we got a check from the extended warranty we have. My mother is 90 years old and we have done everything virtually all year. We took our first outing and went to your store. Living without a microwave can me very hard. Lol. We were a little up tight but mask and all seamed to be in use we felt safe after we got there. When we got back to the appliances no one was there but a nice man name Fred came over, to help us. He stayed with us and was very knowledgeable .when we decided on the one we wanted, he did everything. Got it down from the top shelf, roll it to front of store, and brought it to the car. He made a trip that I had been dreading into a successful, friendly and professional experience. If you are a man, this is where you will be often. Practically every item you need to handle maintenance items, painting, hardware, plumbing, appliances, roofing, lighting, landscaping, and the list goes on! Very helpful associates there if you cant find what you are looking for, or have a question.

I had the best experience at this location. I placed an order online for curbside pick up, but I realized the order was wrong on my end. So I walked the aisle to find my correct items & a young asian looking young man assisted me on every item and actually walked to me each item. Also when I went to the customer service desk the line wasnt long at all & the reps were extremely nice. I told the young lady Tilelia Butler my situation and she quickly pulled my order and and reversed it to the correct items and gave put the credit back on my card. She was informative of how the process needed to go. She confirmed that I did get right items and she thanked me for being a customer.I will definitely start coming to this location more often now.

Compared to most Home Depots, I found this one to be a bit disorganized. Still, the staff I spoke to were helpful and it was a mostly positive experience.

They had what I needed but nobody that worked there knew where anything was. I spent an hour and a half walking back and forth across the store for five items

I bought a ladder tonight from Home Depot on September 6, 2020. It was a 24 feet fiberglass made by Werner. What I didnt appreciate was the black woman thinking that I was about to steal the  item. Yes, watch but dont make it obvious coming up to me as if I dont know that I have to pay for it. I am a black female, also.Where was she some months ago when a customer ran out of the Home Depot on Coursey in the garden center carrying two items both in their own packaging? I cant remember what the items were. Everyone who comes to Home Depot doesnt steal. If my uncle didnt need the ladder I would have gone elsewhere.

I love home depot. I could spend a small fortune in there. I wish their staff was a bit more knowledgeable in some departments. Still doesnt stop me from going. It pays to look stuff up online first and send the locations to your phone. That way youre not hanging around waiting for someone who cant help you.

Even when I try to complete myself its always The Home Depot that helps me get there.

Home depot always has what I need and shop there often. This location and 3 others in the area I frequent depending. Ive found they all are a little different and things items sell at different rates and some choices of stock items differ. Ive found things at this store that I could not at others and there is always good stock

Was trying to find out about performing an insulation job - simply wanted to look at the insulation machine. Talked to five associates and no one had an answer, including the alleged commercial counter. Was told to go to the service desk, where the line did not move at all for several minutes. Not much if any service going on there.So then I went to LOWES on Siegen, was helped immediately, the associate walked me to the machine, answered my questions and gave me his card when to call when I was ready. So, Ill be using Lowes for this $1,500 plus job since I get five star service there. and one star service at this place. Did I also mention their store was much cleaner and had a way better selection too?

Purchased a tool kit that had to be returned since it had not been one week when noticed set had rust on it when opened box for first time. Plus, went in to purchase an A/C filter. The 18×25×1 was not available but when inquiring from employee about stock, he instructed 16×25×1 would work in unit. After taking home this prove to be untrue. Product was also returned to store.
