Didnt have alot of needed merchandise in stock. It is the only harbor freight around our area unless you drive way out of town which we had to do on a different day.

If you in any way value custom service just dont...When I went there were several items clearly labelled as being on sale. They had normal purple stickers under them (not the member sale color of orange). They all rang up for normal price. I told the cashier that they were on clearance. She just looked at me. I said Id be happy to show you the price. And she looked at me like I was stupid.I very clearly knew that she had no intention of trying to help me.The whole time I was there the staff were talking about horror films and making loud banging noises (playing with an electric fly killer against a window getting it to short out).When I went to return something that I had purchased but was clearly not new the cashier told me that I couldnt return it. Then I said really? It was opened when I bought it? And then she let me return it.Seemed like she didnt want to help.The main point: the staff are adversed to working and dont really care about helping you. Harbor freight may have decent tools at a decent price but at what cost?

Very friendly staff.. an item showed available but wasnt on the shelf. The cashier called it out on the speaker and in no time it was brought th up front. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Its a Harbor Freight. They have inexpensive tools and occasionally unbeatable deals. Its a standard by the book Harbor Freight experience which is good enough for me. The employees are fairly knowledgeable they typically know more than your average Home Depot or Lowes employee.

The quality of their tools has improved tremendously. There pricing had increased somewhat but there are still bargains to be had if you shop wisely.

Great prices. Decent selection. Clean. Not a bad store for budget supplies and tools. I tend to favor Harbor Freight for quality agnostic supplies.

Recently called there to ask about a generator and the person on the phone said yes they have them. When asked about the price, his response was more than a dollar and less than a thousand. What a dirt bag. And he is probably getting paid 15.00. what we stopped in, the boxes were right in front of the registers.

This is THE place to find whatever tools you need. The staff s very helpful and the check out is fast most of the times. Theres always some sort of discount or special offer going on.

Rude... The tools dont last long. I had a return because the item never worked. I plugged it up and knew not come on. I called the store 5 times no one picked up but the first time called I explained what was going on . He said I could YouTube it because it was button on it i needed to use so we YouTube it still didnt see it so I brought it back .Got to the store I wanted a refund because it never worked. She didnt want to give refund asked for the manager. The girl was telling her something over phone and she out was an attitude . I explained to her what happened and showed my phone of me calling. She went to the back and came back out and we give you the refund this time. I told her thank you but I will not be buying anything from there.

Always alot to look at. Every time I go with my boyfriend we spend forever just looking at stuff together, with him telling how to use it. Love the lessons he teaches me...

Typical Harbor Freight store. Decent products at reasonable prices and not so decent products at super cheap prices. Did not have to wait long to check out.

I do so hate being such an inconvenience to cashiers. I should try harder not to be so insensitive to the priority of their social lives and being the cause of so much effort on their part to ring up a sale for me. After all, its not my patronage thats laying their wages.

Descent cheap tools. VERY hard to find ANYTHING since the remodel... The layout just doesnt make sense... and its pretty much a self service store. Lines can get very long. I lost all my tools in the 2016 flood, but since Im disabled, I didnt need Craftsman quality tools anymore. The hand tools are pretty good, the electrical ones, not so much. For instance the cordless drills are very good, the wet vacs not so much, and thats kinda the way it goes. But their return policy is very generous, 90 days, just keep your receipt, or your SOL!

They have a great selection of tools and oddities. Definitely have something for everyone.

Horrible customer service. Waited in line for 45 mins. Just to purchase a hammer. One customer in front of me. COURTNEY, thr cashier was very slow and unapologetic. She called 4 times for a manager. No response. By the time I went to the other line, she then opened another register and began checking out people behind me that waited far less time than I had. When I asked for the store manager Delany said there was no store manager working today. Horrible

Great for finding some of those hard to find good at great prices. I was looking for a rasp and block plane and they had lots of choices.

I adore this place. The staff have been super helpful every time Ive come in, and when I did have an issue with a tool, it was so easy to get it handled. ALWAYS let them save your receipts with your phone number. I was able to swap a broken tool today with absolutely no problems. Thanks guys!

Really cool place to shop or just look around

For like $20 you can get nearly a cart full of tools. I like getting coupons for the free flash light. Those are great. Its a good place to visit if you need a sometimes use tool. I bought a circular saw and demolition hammer and they both worked great. Store is in an unfortunate side of town, but the great prices and selection make up for it.

Gotta be my very favorite store

This review is based on Harbor Freight as a whole instead of a particular store. I graded the three stars because I have now for 7 months ben waiting for a certain cordless circular saw that they have on display and no sign saying that product is discontinued or will no longer carry the product but like I said been waiting 7 months for them to get this in stock and when I asked about the product nobody seems to know if they will ever get it. And this was going on before the pandemic so they cant blame it on that. But other than that, Harbor Freight Tools are really good for the prices except for their Hercules tools which are more expensive than DeWalt I find that mind-boggling.

Prices are really good but you get what you pay for. Quality is poor on a few items. But to get started on a tool shed there is no better place.

Great if you are aware that 1/10 tools will break before you get the job done. When you first get a tool, be careful with it until you know its strength. But hey, theyre cheap enough to easily replace if they do break.

The store has been given a internal face lift things are easyer to find.The Sherwood store that is.

Quick in and out for the tools we needed for a quick car repair while we were traveling. Staff seemed pretty friendly. They were quick at checkout.

Great selection of quality tools at unbelievable low prices. Customer service is great when they are not busy. If busy, be prepared to have to search for your items & Google questions related to whatever product or project youre interested in. Sign up for their mailing list (available by email and/or postal mail) for even more savings.

In general I love Harbor Freight and I would have gave 5 stars. However, it does irritate me that they need my phone number to sell me anything. Staff say its for keeping track of inventory but thats B.S. There arent any other stores that do that. Computers keep track of inventory by subtracting whats sold from quantity in stock. Simple. Thats pretty much why the 4 star review. I am usually satisfied with the quality of the cheaper tools, but Im seeing off brands creeping above big box store prices. Home Depot give you a warranty, they dont sell you that on top at the checkout. Just my two cents.

My favorite tool store on this planet but Im rating this store a 3 stars because I have been at this store on 3 occasions and seen people work out with tools and welding equipment and upload in front of the store with employees gasping for words. Where are the security cameras? Whos the manager on duty just sitting back in the office and watching stuff fly out like a contractor picking up?

Exelent service

This has to do with the staff, not the products. When I went there, during a mask mandate, two of the three cashiers were wearing their masks around their chins. Such blatant disrespect for their customers and themselves means I wont be back.

While some might question the quality of their products if you purchase the inexpensive, no questions asked warranty you will have no problems. Staff is friendly and helpful.
