Awful experience! This are the most unprofessional people e ever had to deal with! They claimed they finished the job and asked for full payment! I check my countertops the next morning and EVERYTHING was just Awful! Everything was cricket and uneven! Nothing finished!They wont come back to finish but they asking for full payment or they are threatening me with lien on my property and that they will bring me in court!This are the biggest crocks in town!They will say a thing and do everything possible to cut corners and cheat !

Had a great experience with Roman Stones! Very happy with the prices I was quoted and they were able to get my new counter tops installed right before the holidays! My husband and I had a hard time deciding on a mutual type of swartz we liked and Roman Stones was able to offer us a ideal selection that both my husband and myself fell in love with! The prices were great too! Very happy the customer service that Roman stones employees were able to give us. They showed on the day of installation very courteous and professional in their work. I’m just going to say my time talking with Roman reassured me proper attention to my stone requested from a wholesaler was ignored and I was set aside to be strung along by “installation professionals” who never intended to deliver anything specific to help me and Roman helped me get everything done and with a positive attitude and with a good deal!!

Greatest! I called Roman Stones a week before Christmas after sorting the numerous lies from our first choice which were directly recommended from select Stones warehouse location in Baton Rouge! I had so much going on with my business and personal home as well time was very valuable and I needed to get another slab for my half bathroom I was told before. Roman solved my problems right away and eased my mind about the cabinets and bath. Roman Stones’ fabricated the material I had completely finished by Wednesday before Christmas and left me cheerful with ample evidence that I’d been being scammed and I will not recommend or use any other fabricators upcoming in the New Year! Where to even begin, this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THEM! We were consistently lied too about the status of our stone and installation. We were told the stone place forgot to order our stone the day of install and ordered the sink, but turns out, Roman’s never ordered our original stone to begin with NOR the sink we picked out and lied and blamed it on someone else. We ended up having to settle with a stone because they couldn’t get the original stone we fell in love with because they forgot to order it. We gave them one more chance, and day of install they show up 2 hours late after previously arriving with the WRONG sink we had ordered cut out into the slab. They install it into our kitchen and the quality of work was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! A 5th grader could have done better than what they did. After firing, we are being informed we paid for the material and no services and they WILL NOT refund the deposit for the material that they forgot or ordered wrong. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼UPDATE: Added photos of the job they are claiming we approved including damages...credit card company disputed transaction and gave roman’s 2 months to submit proof of our claim being false and credit card company contacted and confirmed Roman’s is unable to submit proof of what we are saying was false, especially against our proof of what we are saying is true.

Roman Stones came out and gave us a free estimate on counter tops for our kitchen and two and a half bathrooms. They were very professional when providing information and had a great selection of templates they brought with them for us to view. I am not a former employee. Not hardly. And if I could give this kitchen remodel quality a negative 10, I would most certainly do it. The quartz does not fit and has ridiculous seams that can be seen from a great distance. I have added a slew of photos to show the multitude of messed-up spots in my kitchen quartz and backsplash. The difference in the two is that the backsplash guys have returned to attempt to make things right...Ayman Zaben has not. Nor has he paid the additional $500 that he charged me to his crew. Unbelievably poor quality, unbelievably slow, unbelievably unprofessional, and didnt even pay his own crew after hiking up his final price! Oh, and he included the wet bar in the written estimate but failed to include it in his final work.Do NOT hire Ayman Zaben for your stone work. You will undoubtedly regret the decision.

Did a “job” for us off of Oneal Lane. Not only did he demand to be paid for install upon delivery (which is suspicious) he then cracked multiple slabs on his poorly fitted installs, siliconed in our sinks without installing the hardware (which is just pure laziness) and drilled the holes for our faucets too close to the sinks. And then to top it off has ignored our attempts to communicate with him to come back and fix it for a week. He will take your money and run, do not pay upfront and do not use this company.

Crook!Please do your research on this company.Call the Better Business Burea and Louisiana Attorney General before giving this company money.Ayman Zaben, owner of Roman Stone came out to my home along with a representative of his company, to measure and quote my job.I signed a contract stating the material brand and color.Per contract I issued a $5500 check, made payable to the owner, personally.They bought a different material and wanted me to accept it. I did not.I asked for a refund once I realized they were trying to get over on me.I was told by the owner that he would refund me but have yet to receive anything.

They were able to get and install a beautiful granite stone my wife and I selected from a catalog and Roman Stones was the only business in the area able to get the type of stone we wanted in before christmas, they ordered it and had it shipped and delivered to them within a week and had it installed the very next day!! We had Roman install granite as part of our Kitchen renovation. The price was extremely fair. The granite was of high quality and workmanship and measurements were perfect. Roman initially sent 2 employees who worked the project and Roman showed up later. The entire install of approximately 65 sq ft took two days of on-site install and cutting but a majority of the work was done prior at his shop. We had 2 sinks installed also (one was a drop-in and the other a bottom mount).Roman seemed to honest and wanting to provide a quality job. I would recommend Roman to others as we am very happy with his work.

Im James my wife and I purchased our first home together. My wife picked out a stone that no other company was able to find. Passing threw Baton Rouge we happened to see Roman Stone LLC. and decided to stop. Mr Aymen wasnt only able to fine the stone but was able to price it lower than our budget. We left pleased but, after installation we were Amazed. It is absolutely breath taking. Thanks to Roman Stone are new home is perfect!! As we look at the final product we cant say enough about how happy we are with the final product. From the first moment we entered their office to the last minute of the quartz installation we were complete sure that we made the right choice. We did our homework as far as price per sq/ft and no one came close to this guys and we looked very close to reviews online. My wife and I have a 90 year old home, needless to say, most of the home needs to be updated. while speaking with a friend he mentend Roman Stones. The next morning my wife and i decided to swing by and check it out.The staff was so friendly and helpful and my wife quickly found the stone as she said I can NOT live without!1 Roughly three weeks later material was in and our insulation complete.Both my wife and I were very happy with the work. With a few pieces of material left we offered it to our installer. He actually broke down the stone into pieces and added them to our back slash. Absolute Genus! It brought the whole thing together. It was such a small effort that went above and beyond our expectations. We defiantly recommend Roman Stones!!!

This Company will screw you over any way possible. i had some work done by this guy and not only was the slab late being ordered but also he didnt finish the project at all. i was unfortunate enough to deal with him already first hand. to top it off a girlfriend went to work for this guy and wouldnt even pay her for working. dude just doesnt have it together all the way around. i wouldnt suggest anyone being subjected to this guy in any area. Please do not use this company. I paid over 1400 on July 15th for quartz installation. No one has came to measure. I’ve beeb speaking with Cassie. I have a copy of my receipt. I just spoke to the owner. He said she no longer works there and took the money illegally. I have several messages to back this up. These people will scam you. We’re pressing charges and contacting the police station. Please do not use this company. Please feel free to message me for any questions.

These guys are great. The entire process was seamless. I went to their warehouse to pick out my slab, within days guys came to get measurements for my countertops, and the following week they were installed. The entire installation process took 45 minutes Includkng the installation of my sink. The prices were also the best by far out of all the estimate I got. Definitely recommend!

This guy and his company is not true to their word. Company has a high turn over of employees. Did my counters and I’m very dissatisfied with the work. The cutting are off and he shorted out my oven try to make the granite fit. Scratch up my molding around my bar trying to put in the bar top on cabinet counter. He promises you a date of installation and never show up. I had to actually track him down and take back a piece of granite that was not fitting ....my stovetop uneven b/c granite was uneven. Very upset and disgusted with his work. He stated he was having problems with his employees and taking them to court!!!! Hope things have changed but he did work for me 1yr 5 1/2 mos ago. I had a small budget for my daughter’s kitchen in her townhouse in Lafayette. And no One in town could get close to it.We were about to give up and “settle” for an updated laminate. But I stumbled on Roman Stones Facebook page, and dropped in with our ridiculously crude drawings and he said he could do it for a price that we could actually pay. He had some surprises with materials on installation day, but he made it happen. She loves her countertops, and we are happy we found Roman.

I am not a disgruntled employee - I am just a Baton Rouge homeowner who wanted new countertops.I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They installed the wrong quartz in my house, never delivered or installed final pieces, were extremely untimely (said they would be done by 12/18/18 and it is now 01/22/19), and they refuse to fix any issues.Full Story:On 11/23/2018, I wrote a deposit check and signed a contract with Roman Stone. The check was cashed later that day. The contract stated they would demolish current countertops and install Calcutta Lucia quartz in my kitchen, guest bathroom, and master bathroom. The contract also included 4 bathroom sinks and 1 kitchen sink. While signing the contract it was agreed that all work would be completed by 12/18/2018. They were nearly impossible to get in touch with from 11/23/2018 to 12/26/2018. They finally started installing the countertops on 12/26. It is now 01/22/2019 and they have not finished the installation or delivered the final piece for my kitchen. I paid out the rest of the contract before they delivered the final piece of quartz. They took the money and ran. The quartz installed in our kitchen and master bathroom is not the quartz that we agreed to in the contract. I was willing to overlook this issue as they had already installed most of the quartz. But they installed a different quartz in the guest bathroom so it does not match the other two rooms. Instead of asking them to re-do the entire kitchen and master bath I just asked them to replace the guest bathroom with the same quartz that is in the master bath/kitchen. They refuse to address this issue or even respond to us. It has been 2 months since I signed a contract and my countertops are still not complete. On top of all of this the stone in the kitchen is chipped and the sinks in the bathroom are crooked. They also left large gaps between the countertops and the back-splash.Update (6/3/2019):After 6 months of arguing with this company, I finally got the last piece of quartz for my kitchen. I was never able to get the quartz in the bathroom replaced. It is still a different type of quartz from the rest of the countertops in the house. I was just repeatedly told that “it looked good” and basically that I was wrong by the owner of company. The company continuously messaged me telling me that he wouldn’t fix the bathroom countertop until I took all the bad reviews down. I took the reviews down (except for the complaint that I filed with BBB) but they would still not fix my bathroom countertop. Overall, I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I would never recommend Roman Stones, LLC of Baton Rouge, LA to do any installation of granite countertops. Roman Stones does not provide quality work. The measurements are inconsistent and smaller than agreed in contract. Roman Stones worker and owner showed up late, left early, and did not even finish the job as per the contract. They have horrible customer service. They do not return phone calls or try to make the customer satisfied. A job that was supposed to be completed in 2 days has taken over 2 months and Roman Stones still hasn’t fulfilled the contract and installed all my backsplashes. Check out BBB reviews and you will look for a different company to work with.This company is the worst I have ever dealt with.

I paid this company more than 1/2 to begin my work. He tried to pass off a different material than in my contract. He took my money and did not do the job. Please contact the BBB and Attorney Generals office for information on this company before hiring them.
