If you want dress shirts done or a professional look, run and don’t walk AWAY from this place!!!! I’ve tried 3 times for them to get it right with my expensive dress shirts!! I brought them shirts with examples of what I wanted! I took the time to explaining and reexplained what I wanted!We pinned the placement and measured together what I wanted! When I came to pick up my (expensive) dress shirts, they put the embroidery in a different place, made it larger! Then I was told they couldn’t do what I wanted because of the font I picked!!!It would have been nice if I was told that BEFORE I LEFT thinking we had an understanding! Now I’m left with a (expensive) shirt with a monogram that I don’t like!My shirts are designer but the monogram makes them look so cheap!!! Lastly, the young lady that worked with me was nice but most of the staff was very unprofessional and down right mean at times!!I will never allow them to monogram my shirts again!

We use them for our company merchandise and they have always been great to deal with. They communicate well, and the ladies in the office are always courteous and helpful. Very friendly,professional and very accommodating. I brought in two shirts to be monographed one week before my wedding.They sent me a proof before the shirts were done .The shirts looked AMAZING!!.Got the shirts home 2 days before my wedding ..Tried them on...My shirt was to small ,my fiances fiances was too big.( I bought the shirts in to them).I immediately called them..They told me not to worry.I purchased the correct size shirts (totally my fault) and brought them bback to them the day before my wedding.They had my shirts ready by 12pm on Friday.Will do business with them again.Very pleased.Again the shirts look Amazing! !

Nice people but not helpful at all. The two times I tried to do business with them, they acted like I was an inconvenience. All I wanted was to have some hats and shirts printed with a custom logo. Simple right?
