Danette and her Mgr were great helping and explaining all options of stones. Also if I had any questions, they were quick to answer me back regardless if by email, text, or phone call. Only problem we had was installer was 2 hrs late but demolition of old laminate was quick and installation of granite was perfect. While 2 guys installed undermount sink, other guy supposedly sealed granite. My 2 other contractors noticed streaking in sealed granite and then I felt unsealed spots. Sent pic to Danette and spoke with her and they came back and made it right! I only gave 4 stars due to that and also installer had to be called back to pick up old countertops that we had paid them to do.

Danette and Julie at Grabince Granite were very helpful with their insight and guidance with a piece of granite to fit inside the cabinet when I converted a mostly useless wet bar to a regular liquor cabinet. It was a small job but the two of them were polite and professional. Im also very happy with the result.

Great experience working with Grabince. The office staff was extremely helpful when we were picking out the granite we wanted. They gave us guidance on what stones were better suited for sun exposure and which ones to stay away from. The installers were the best Ive seen. Their attention to detail was amazing. Id highly recommend Grabince!

I highly recommend Grabince Granite. Danette at Grabince is so knowledge and accommodating to work with. She answered my calls (and there were a lot of calls) at all times of the day and held my hand through the entire process. Ed came out to do the measurements and was very precise with details and explained to me exactly how the granite would be installed. I had concrete countertops and they were able to install the granite directly on top of the concrete without the mess of tearing the concrete out. Big relief. Replacing the stove was a very tight fit, which Ed explained it would be when he came out to measure. I love the look of my new granite countertops (pictures dont do it justice) and I am so relieved after all the worrying!

During my tub surround project, some unexpected complications came up due to measurements not including adequate tolerances. After noticing the errors made by some of the less experienced employees I contacted the shop and had my issues resolved by one of the managers himself. He did a fantastic job and personally went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the results.

I have used Grabince twice now and have been very pleased with the follow-up service and transparent and candid pricing.

Terrible customer service. Over a month ago we went to the store and selected our granite. They said there would be a long wait because of the backlog of work but we agreed. They agreed to measure our kitchen. They would call us on that Monday. We waited--nothing. 2 weeks went by. I emailed --- no reply. 1 week--an apology and promise to call me. nothing. I emailed again. Nothing. 1 week. I called again -- they apologized and said they would send someone out. 1 week. I called again. They said they wont measure it and wont take any more orders. OK why didnt they tell me that a month ago? We could have gone elsewhere. Stay away. I can only imagine how bad their work would have been.

Danette took us through the fabrication area and explained everything. Installation went as expected and they even came back when the range didnt quite fit and made adjustments. Great prices and selection. Highly recommended.

Quick, professional, reasonable, and easy to work with. I received several quotes for replacing my kitchen counter tops. Right from the beginning, Grabince seemed to know more about the process than the other fabricators I dealt with. They measured very carefully - it probably took them about twice as long as any other fabricator. I expected that this meant they would be more expensive but that wasnt the case at all.Once my slab came in, there was an issue with the stone itself (a small scratch that they noticed). Grabince addressed the issue and their staff (Danette, Rose, and Isabel) was very good about including me in deciding which solution was best for that issue.I love my new counter tops - I will use Grabince again.

My husband and I were trying hard to overcome the stress of the 2016 flood and still needed the granite for our kitchen. We visited several granite companies. We knew we had found our granite when we visited Grabince. Nanette, Rose and Isabel took us in like family and we could not be happier! Our granite is lovely and functioning fabulously. On installation we found some imperfections and they were quick to come and take care of it. The owner even came to make sure our measurements were taken correctly.
