THESE ARE THE RUDEST LAZIEST PEOPLE ON THE FACE OF THE PLANET!!! They didnt even try to help us. We came to start a new account with Verizon they barely wanted to talk to us about the phones told us it would be $70 for both of us to get on the plan but its $70 per person. Unfortunately my husband dropped the phone and we had to make a claim to get a new one. The Verizon rep told us we had almost a month to bring back the phone. But the store said they wouldnt take it back because its been 14 days. I had no idea this wasnt actually a verizon store. Never would have bought it if I had realized it was. If you look up the definition of poor service you will see a picture of these people!!!!

Every time me and my dad go in there, Alana is always so nice and welcoming and helpful! I got to know her a little this last time and she’s awesome! Doesn’t try to push things we don’t want on us either. We also witnessed her train another associate and she is very attentive and involved and cares about what she’s doing.

Waited an hour for Costumer repasenative to acknowledge i even Existed, no greeting upon entry and after paitently waiting for an entire hour I A VERIZON WIRELESS CUSTOMER was informed they had no sim cards available, only 5G said the VERIZON representative,...I drove across the street to best buy where the VERIZON wireless rep gave me a sim I returned to store for activation of phone ,two hours have passed and no phone still.. When informed i did her job of getting me the proper sim card The VERIZON representative, asked for the card that came with sim,so she could Ascertain that I purchased this item and did not steal it After providing information she required And she saw that it was not stolen She did not activate phone instead VERIZON representative was more concerned with what looked like her husband or boyfriend, ( This is only an assumption) I do not know if it is fact but typically if you are just a customer you do not discuss what you are eating that night together with the Verizon representative ... And I might add This is the same customer who at this point was at her desk for 2 hours getting what looked to be help with a Bluetooth set of headphones... We have for phones with Verizon wireless And this is hell we were treated.yesterday

Verizon stores need to provide more staff. One staff member cannot service the city of Baton Rouge. We had an appointment (for an issue that couldn’t be taken care of online or over the phone per Verizon) at 10am. At 11:23 am the one employee was still servicing the same customer ahead of us and 9 customers were backed up in the store by that point. Not a real swift idea to allow staff to take off on a Saturday. The poor employee was apologetic but we had to walk out. Perhaps ALL customers should have appointments if Verizon is unable to provide adequate staffing during Covid. Not organized.

Made the swap to Verizon and met this wonderful woman, Alayna, who went above and beyond to explain what I was getting into.(discounts and ect.) She was very knowledgeable and was able to bounce in-between multiple customers to facilitate their needs. One hell of an employee you guys have. I will forever return with my business. 10/10

Props to Erick Crew at this location in Baton Rouge.Cellular Sales, a Verizon affiliate in St. Tammany which is not associated with this store, duped me into purchasing a new phone when it wasn’t warranted. The new device was returned next day after their “mistake”, sordid as it was, yet for over a month including hours worth of store visits and phone calls to upper management, my plan continued to reflect a new phone contract and I was billed as such. Desperate for a resolution, as the regional manager for Cellular Sales proved to be all talk and no action, I happened upon this location where Erick Crew stepped to the plate and singlehandedly corrected the issue within a few hours. At no benefit to himself, while losing a handful of walk-in customers, Mr. Crew made phone call after phone call to help me resolve my issue.This is the sort of leadership, integrity, and awareness that a customer should expect. Promote this guy now!

Bait and switch!!!We were quoted one price, after all papers were signed phones(2) were working, and we got up from the desk to leave...he says oh, I made a mistake...your monthly payment is now 30 dollars more a month. Dont go unless you want to be screwed.

Eric was so amazing. My family asked so much of him and he delivered above and beyond what is expected. He not only got my fiancée’s family new phones and account set up, but he helped me transfer to my own account apart from my parents and added my fiancée my account, changed everyone over from ATT to Verizon with no hiccups, set up everyone’s cases and screen protectors, transferred everyone’s content over (as much as he could today), and he stayed late. I know that I can definitely rely on Eric should I ever need anything from Verizon.
