We were lucky enough to have Kori as our salesman! He was extremely calm and helpful while my husband and I car shopped with our two year old in tow! I was just about ready to give up for the day when I saw a vehicle that caught my eye, kori immediately grabbed the keys and checked it out with us! My husband noticed the breaks were making a slight noise and Kori immediately had it brought to pep boys. The next morning I received a phone call telling me that the issue was fixed and our vehicle had new breaks and rotors installed! When we arrived Kori immediately handed us the keys ( he hid them in his desk so no one could sell it before I could return! ) my husband and I took it for a spin and just as promised the issue was fixed! Horrible place not necessarily the employees but the Policies. I advise you to try and do the right thing by your credit so that you never have to deal with car dealerships like this that dont do credit checks. I messed my credit up and had no other choice but to come to this place and I understood upfront that it would be a very expensive transaction because I did not have good credit but I have 3 children and work and needed transportation. I have currently paid total of 20,000 over 2 year period for a car worth only 9,000(the car ended up flooded and totaled and 9,000 was the amount it was worth). They really dont try to help you if you are in a bond and need help They did not personally do anything wrong. I am just warning people about the consequences of leasing from these no credit check places. GET YOUR CREDIT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im only giving one star because thats the only way I can post

Worst Experience Ever!! I had to get my vehicle detailed on my own. Kori my car salesperson on airline hwy stopped answering my messages after i gave them all my money. They accidentally turned my car off cause they didnt pay attention to my insurance that was paid correctly and emailed. My check engine light came on a week after my purchase. I had to leave my job to bring it to service and take a lyft back to work. When they were done with it they told me they could not bring it back to my job for me so i had to wait until the next day. The next day I had to take a taxi up there to pick my vehicle up. When i got on the interstate my windshield wiper almost flew off the interstate so I had to turn around and go back to let them know they broke it. Do not go there because they have bad customer service!!!!!!

I really dont see how the employees and the owner of clean slate motors sleep at night no one that theyre ripping people off with the 15 cents a mile over ridge 4 2000 miles and over you already pay in a carnal so why should you have to pay for the mileage Ive never encounter a leasing company like this before. I dont advise anyone to purchase a vehicle foot from them because of this their vehicles are good but this 15 cents a mile being is not good at all your Indian a pain to car notes a month instead of one carnal

So this is my 4th car with this company. The service is professional and upfront. They are courteous, fun & helpful. I drove of the lot with a 2018 in mint condition and extremely low mileage. Most rent to own, in house financing companies are beating the people’s pocket. There is something for all income brackets. But the most important attribute is the way they make you feel. Going back to Clean Slate Motors (Everybody Rides) to get a new vehicle after my accident was admittedly not my first option. I was concerned because of my experience with the lack of communication and unprofessional-ism from the service department at a location in another city. But I remembered how open amd honest Kori was, so I went back to The Baton Rouge location to meet with Kori. This was my first experience with buying a nearly new but used car and it was the worst experience ever. I wish I wouldve read these reviews before I went there. This company turns your car off for the most simple things without no warning to name a few, having exclusions on your insurance(your under aged kids 10&7 years old ) or better yet not returning a phone call when youre unable to because you work 12 hours a day but they never return your calls...etc I shall never ever deal with this company ever again and dont recommend anyone else to either YOU WILL BE SORRY! These people are selling JUNK CARS. Kori sold me a white Jeep Liberty. It hasnt been a month and it wont even start. It KILLED ON THE INTERSTATE on Wednesday. Someone has been coming to tow it since. If this were a repossession, the vehicle would already be gone. I am contacting a lawyer because I am sick of the runaround and the manager wont even accept my call to explain whats going on with this piece of junk I was sold. STAY AWAY FROM EVERYBODY RIDES. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!So I FINALLY got a manager Heather on the phone today. Instead of actually listening to me she decided to try to talk even with me, screaming something then hanging up like a child. Like Ive said...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

A pure rip off, i purchased a car this year from this sad place of business. I had my first issue with the car in Feburary, early march, and by the end of the April i no longer had the car nor did i have my 2,000 deposit. I was unable to take the car to my own mechanic, and have Clean Slate Motors aka Everybody Rides keep their end of the warranty. and to add insult to injury, the head gasket blew on the car and i was told that the manager would pay 50% of the total repair cost, but the car would no longer go over 40 miles per hour. I never received a phone call back, or anything. This place should really be closed down for the type of business they do. They are really taking advantage of the people who are in a bind and have no choice. I dont know where the BBB is hiding but they need to come out of hiding and do something about this place. i dont believe GOD would bless an business like this. I cant see how the owner nor the empolyees that work there sleep at night.

This company is very disrespectful and inconsiderate. The district manager refuses to call me personally to discuss my circumstances and issues with his disrespectful employees. I have followed protocol by going to the website and sending emails to customer service at least 10 times and calling daily. Each time Im told hes out of town or hes on vacation. This has gone on for at least 3 weeks. I feel for 1500 dollars down, at least have the respect for my business to call me back personally. Once they have your money, and you leave the lot, you are treated like a third class citizen. Just because I chose to use your company dont treat me like Im less than. But they are quick to call you and take pride in order to disable your vehicle and repo it. I refuse to give them that satisfaction to prey on the next person with my car.

This is my second time there. I said I was going to write a good review but I am glad that I waited. I feel that these are money hungry people. I didnt have a issue with getting a car because I had a down payment also they work with you if you dont have it all. When you drive the car off the lot make sure if something isnt right and they promise to get it fix they write it on the I owe you book. I had a problem with my car and they said to bring it back if the light dont go off. So thats what I did. Now it falls under the 50/50 rule. If I knew that the check engine light would come off and on and it wasnt because of the battery I wouldnt have got this car use common damn sense. Why trade in a car for another car with a engine light on. Thats really dumb. I am not saying its a bad company but somethings are just ridiculous. They paid half but whats $150. Smh. If that was told to me from the start I would have just kept my car or picked something else.

My son purchased a car from them and I feel so bad for him. He switched insurance companies and his brother was listed as an excluded driver. They told him he could not be listed; blah blah blah. So my son actually had the wrong type of insurance; so instead of them giving him the next day to go take care of it they have shut the car off. I know my son wants to build his credit, but I would just take that lost and let them take their car. Im real puzzled about them not wanting an excluded driver listed. These people are preying on young people that dont have credit and are eager to get into a vehicle. My next step will be to protest in front of their place of business. People are about to start getting taxes and want to purchase vehicles. You have messed over the wrong son!

I contacted them in May about purchasing a vehicle and told them I had $1000.00 to put down and told me that they could put me in something for that down payment. When I got there the vehicle they wanted to put me in was so ragged that I was leaving without one then the salesman said he could put me in a 2008 Honda CRV but the down payment would be $2000.00 and I would have to pay 1000.00 down and would defer the other 1000.00 and pay it in 6 weeks so I did it. I informed the salesman that the windshield was cracked in 3 different place and it affected my view and he said there is nothing they could do about it. Then when i got home i had to put 2 new tires on it cause they were bald (also was mentioned to salesman and refused to change). Then i was never told about the mileage (you only get 1200 per month) till i read the paperwork after i signed everything. They dont give you the final price or go over anything till after you give them the deposit and sign paperwork. Which floored me after everything was done that i would have been paying almost $16,000.00 for a 2008 Honda CRV with 80,000 miles. Well I just made 2 months of having the vehicle and havent paid my fist car note yet (Not due yet) and went to get in it yesterday and it will not start. I called the account manager and she said that she doesnt see anything wrong with it to call the service manager in Baton Rouge so I did. They said they would come pick up the vehicle with a wrecker (which I would be responsible 100% for) and bring it to the repair shop but I would be responsible for that also. Keep in mind that the main fuse for the vehicle is melted and melted the box for the fuses, why I dont know. Well needless to say i cannot afford to have the car towed, fixed and still be able to pay the car note that is due next month so they said they will come pick it up and keep it. I will NEVER EVER deal with these people again. They seem good at first but really scam you out of your hard earned money. Now Im out of $2000.00 and a vehicle.

I love my car & I’m still riding today. My acct mgr is Lela. There are times when I’m late or break an arrangement. It’s true she fuss at me, but she is just doing her job. Lela has been wonderful. This company isn’t as bad as some of the reviews claim. Now they have made it even more convenient to make a payment with paynearme at the CVS. I recommend Everybody Rides to anyone.

This business is not a great place to lease a vehicle. They charge you by mileage and if youre late on a payment they will deactivate your car. Plus the lady who works there handle customers so rude! They dont even deserve 1 star!
