I personally will never deal with this company again. Alex ask for pictures and measurements on my table I sent pics of the table with the serial number, make and model. He scheduled me for 10 am on Monday morning 3/ 30/ 2020 his guy shows up at my home at 11 AM. I asked where his help was as I knew this table is one solid piece slate . If he had researched the table he would have known what he was dealing with instead of assuming. Needless to say my table didnt get refelted .Big T will be here at 10 AM in the morning to do the job with the right personnel.
