DO NOT RECOMMEND. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have used Catering Kegs multiple times and always worked with the same person, Preston. I just called and asked for Preston, and the man that answered yelled WHAT DO YOU WANT?! multiple times, then hung up. I called back, assuming it was a misunderstanding, and he yelled the same thing and hung up again. It was laughable how unprofessional it was. I have never experienced anything like it, and absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

I called catering kegs on August 27th about a party Im having September 12th. I ask if he can get a German beer and he tells me he has one and asked if I called the previous month about it. I tell him no, I havent done business with him in a few years. Anyways, I get a quote and all is good. On September 3rd I call again telling him to cancel the half barrel for a smaller quarter barrel Oktoberfest keg. I explained to him that I would not have enough people coming to justify having such a large keg. He tells me hell call back with what he can find. He never calls back. So I give him a call September 10th asking for an update. He tells me he has no Oktoberfest beer and tells me the larger German keg is in. Most likely he is trying to pawn this old keg he told me about in August on to me.

These guys were EXTREMELY helpful! And they fill CO2 bottles. So if you only found places who exchange CO2, look no further to have your new or used CO2 cylinders filled. I stopped by to fill 2 cylinders, and also left with 2 kegs of beer!

The brothers that run this place have been doing it for years. They load your vehicle quickly, try to offer flexible return times especially after LSU games. I havent had a need to go anywhere else over the last 4yrs. No complaints

Well called in for Budweiser keg....I asked if theyHad one or some instock....to no luck they didnt have budweiser....so next question was, if you had bud keg what would be the price...To cut to end he couldnt tell me a price just cause he didnt have any.....you have been in business to long sold more than many to not, I repeat, not know the price of a keg of beer...your the one in the business....Im just trying to drink up!!!@GO FIGURE

Perfect place to pick up a keg for your tailgate. Back your truck right up, and they load you up. They do 50lb bags of ice and cups, so its pretty much a one stop shop

I needed a Keg for a friends birthday party, I called Catering Kegs at about 5:45 and even though the guy on the phone said they close at 6pm, he stayed open long enough for me to get there and purchase the keg. The guy is super funny and I give this place an A+ recommendation. Will definitely buy more kegs from here.
