I just want to say WOW! I am Very Impressed with one of the sales Representatives at the Airline location. After calling and leaving a message for a representative to call me back about an order, I received a phone call early the next morning. DC called me and asked if I had ever spoken to anyone and if he could help me. So I explained my situation and asked if he could help with my order. Without hesitation he got right on it! Not only did he answer my questions, but he followed up with me to ensure the customer service department for a third party vendor that i ordered from answered my questions as well. With his relentless concerns of my questions being answered, I was able to see that the part I had ordered was the wrong one. So I was able to cancel the order before it shipped and order the right one! I cannot thank DC enough for his Excellent Customer service and Commitment to Serve his Customers!! Outstanding service from salesman Woody and mechanic Dillan! I brought my 1999 TJ in to have a suspension inspection done. I inherited the jeep from my dad which hadnt been regularly used in years and I knew it needed a lot of attention. In short, they replaced most of my suspension/steering and a few other seals. Woody kept me informed and applied their 60th anniversary special, a rebate for the 4WP no interest financing and labor breaks where appropriate. After it was done I requested they show me the work that had been performed, since it was substantial. Dillan was my mechanic and took great pleasure in detailing what he did and why. I was a Navy mechanic on F-18s for 24 years and I was very impressed with his work ethic, knowledge and attention to detail. I will be requesting him (and Woody) from now on.My dad was a faithful customer of Light Line before they closed. 4WP has now earned a lifelong customer in me.

Fast service freidly staff

I was very unimpressed by this shop. First, they messed up my alignment quite badly. When I called to tell them, the tech said that all Jeeps pull right and that I shouldnt worry about it. In other words, they didnt feel like trying to fix it. So I went there in person and they agreed to look again; the next week, after waiting 3 hours, I finally got it back and it pulled even more than before! Finally took it to another shop and paid for another alignment. It was completely fixed, with no pull. Poor service and quality of work - I will not use this 4WP again.

Bought a Smitty Built has cover and a Bolt Hood lock for my 2018 Jeep Wrangler from 4Wheel Parts in Baton Rouge great staff Woodrow got me exactly what I needed. They didn’t have the hood lock at the store so he had it dropped shipped to my house at no charge. Install both in a couple of hours. Great products.ThanksJimmy

I ordered a lift for my Jeep Wrangler which was received in a timely manner. All boxes were accounted for. Half way through putting the lift on realized several parts within the boxes were missing. After several hours on the phone and sending emails, they refused to send the missing parts unless we paid for the entire set after we already paid for it once. We pay for it and send the set we have with missing parts back. Still have yet to receive a refund as they promised for what we sent back. They send us a box that was opened during shipping and most of the pieces missing from it. After several more hours on the phone they agree to resend the package which was suppose to be in 2 days ago. Have now been on the phone for an hr and still no part. It has not even shipped yet. My jeep has been on blocks for a week dealing with this company. DO NOT recommend ordering from them unless you can go without your vehicle for over a week and spend countless hours on the phone.

I want to give a fair review. I have to say that I would not recommend it. The staff there seemed to be very disconnected and unfriendly. I can deal with that because it’s everywhere in Baton Rouge. My issue comes with 2 things:Honesty and follow through.I brought my Jeep in to have a vibration diagnosed and to have a front end alignment. What I got was a list of parts they wanted to change that had no link to my vibration. I was told it needed to be done first before the alignment. That was very bad advice as the parts that were recommended to be changed were changed and did nothing to fix my issue. They basically wanted to charge me a bunch of money to change parts in a guess to fix my problem. I brought it to another mechanic and he just laughed. Lesson learned.The other issue was follow through.After they performed my alignment and tire balance, the vehicle still had a vibration even though before I left with it, the guy told me it was much better.I called back to let them know that it was still having the issue and was put on hold for 15 minutes. The guy then told me that someone would get back to me. That was May 21st, 2019 and I’m still waiting.The place may be very good at selling parts and installation but, not to fix problems as they advertise.Would not recommend.

They are frieldly and know their stuff! I have an appointment to get truck fixed Thursday and cant wait!

Goodnplace to visit

This is a long story, but to make it short. I own a 2012 Ford F350 that I had an 8 ProComp lift installed on it (Not By 4 Wheel Parts). I was driving from Pensacola, FL. to Baton Rouge, LA. as I was crossing the Mobile Bay Bridge I hit a road transition and my truck began to shake, not a little shake I am talking Home Depot paint shaker style. I had to reduce my speed to 45mph to make it to Baton Rouge. I took my truck to 4 Wheel Parts on Wednesday and they worked on it all night and I do mean all night. The problem had not been resolved, but they told me with some time they would figure it out. So they did, the staff there is great, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I will be doing all my business with them as a company, and as long as I am able to return to Baton Rouge that is where all my work will be done. Thank You Guys

Great place to buy 4x4 parts and accessories. Nice selection of instock items no matter what you are wheeling in. They even install what they sell if you dont have the time or the knowledge to do it yourself. From light bulbs to lift kits, they install them. A+ to all the guys and gals there.

BEWARE! They had my Jeep for one month for what they said was a two day job. The installed a Poison Spyder sport cage and Bestop Hybrid Pro on my 2011 Jeep JK. They ordered and installed the wrong cage, lost my old top and windows, destroyed parts of my interior, cut and cracked pieces on the new top, and absolutely have been giving me the run around. There are too many good shops in Baton Rouge to waste your time and money at 4Wheel Parts!

Got a leveling kit and new tires. Was told I needed leveling kit for the tires I wanted. So I decided with the leveling kit and tires. When I brought my truck in for the installation I was told that they didnt really want to install my items without replacing my control arma as well. To me sounded like a scam but I reluctantly went with new control arms. Once I got my truck back the suspension was very stiff, which I expected it to be since they cranked up on the torsion bars a little bit. I also was hearing a lot of rattling that I didnt hear before. So I scheduled to bring it back in. I was told that the installer didnt tighten some thing down and thats why I was hearing the rattling. Also I got the extra tire warranty and the free rotations and road hazard. The only problem is you have to schedule an appt to have that work done and most of the time its 2 weeks out. Who has tone to wait 2 weeks if is a road hazard issue? Neither issue was fixed and left unsatisfied and will more than likely never buy anything else from them. Upon reading up in the torsion bar suspension on my type of truck I decided to try to adjust the torsion bars myself. So when I backed the adjustment nuts off quite a bit the rattling, went away, the ride was considerably better. It was not nearly as rough. Up until I made the adjustment every time I hit the smallest bump it felt like I was slamming into the deepest pothole. Bottom line is the overtightened the torsion bars which in turn raised the front end past level. Since I had the work done I have to put 2 new radiators in my truck that my mechanic says is probably from how rough the ride was and how it seemed like it was slamming on every bump.

About 4 months or so ago; I purchased Bilstein Shocks all around for my Hummer H2 and Mr. W. Jacocks was my salesman. I noticed after installing, that I would somewhat bottom out going across railroad tracks and minor bumps in the road...I live around 25 miles from the nearest 4 Wheel Parts store and just happen to be in the area and stopped in to inquire about the performance of the rear Bilstein shocks...during the conversation with Mr. Jacocks; he simply without hesitation and any prodding from me, looked up the shocks again to be sure of the application for my H2 which happens to have ride assist and would need the HD Bilsteins....Mr. Jacocks admitted to his mistake and ordered the right shocks for my vehicle; when I was simply planning on taking a loss to get the right shocks for my vehicle. Mr. Jacocks could have simply over looked the mistake and charge me for new shocks...as a medically retired field grade military officer, I commend Mr. Jacocks for his display of integrity....The Manager, Mr. R. Cupit met me halfway and charged me half of the labor it would take to install the correct shocks...for this, I commend these gentleman and will continue to do business and advise others of my testimony.
